Utilization rate for the restrictive gate and required time and walking distance to board are to be a measure for the gate management and passenger's convenience estimation. So, the main purpose of the gate management are maximization of utilization rate and increment of airport terminal user's convenience through the efficient gate management. This study intends to maximize the utilization rate on usable gates by concerning about layout, terminal configuration, local passenger of the airport and development of gate assignment algorithm and DSS which maximize the gate utilization and minimize the passenger's walking distance.

This study intends to maximize the utilization rate of usable gates by considering layout, terminal configuration, local passenger of the airport and development of gate assignment algorithm and DSS which maximizes the gate utilization and minimizes the passengers' walking distance. And the decision support system can provide an efficient means of airport management of airport using an assignment algorithm.

This study intends to maximize the utilization rate on usable gates and minimize the passenger's working distance in terminal by concerning about layout, terminal configuration, local passenger of the airport and formulate the gate assignment problem with integer linear programming problem. Then we obtained solution using optimization software LINGO and analyzed that maximize the number of assignment flights and minimize the passenger's walking distance.

One of the important components of this administrative reform is customer satisfaction. Every public enterprises introduced the Service Charter and Korean government took Customer satisfaction as the key index of public sector performance assessment. Most public enterprises introduced customer satisfaction management in an attempt to improve the quality of customer service. The government granted high incentives to excellent business innovative enterprises and developed additional indices, which are related to CS. From now on, every Korean enterprises must embody feasible customer satisfaction management and improve the quality of customer service In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the public enterprise based on the Service Quality Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the five categories within the Service Quality: responsiveness, convenience, tangibility, sympathy and reliability, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model.

The purpose of this study was to establish the hierarchy of housing values. Housing values were hygienic, safety, convenience of near environment, social affiliation oriented, self-actualization, aesthetic, and prestige. A final instrument was developed through two stage pilot surveys. The respondents were 1292 homemakers of middle and high economic class in Seoul and Daejeon, selected through stratified randon sampling technique. Data were collected during March and April 1986, and analyzed using SPSS and SAS computer packages. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, Guttman's reproducibility coefficient. The major finding were as follows; The hierachy of housing values was established with Guttman's coefficient of reproducibility. 94. Those were hygienic value, safety value, convenience of near environment value, aesthetic value, social affiliation oriented value, self-actualization value, prestige value in order.

The goal of this study is to develop and Analysis of User's Convenience a cockpit prototype based on the design guide of cockpit integration module. The process of this study has been followed analyzing development trend of next generation Automotive cockpit, extracting the design factor needed to making integration module and laying down the design guide of cockpit integration module. Finally, this study is indicate an instance that evaluation of utilization with Integrated Automotive Cockpit Module System.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities applying the seven principles of the universal design. The facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities were limited to the provisions of the "Enforcement Regulation of the Elderly Welfare Act". There are few legal regulations applying the universal design in the construction of the elderly welfare facilities. The facility standards are set only with the minimum requirements such as securing the safety of the user, securing the space area, functional convenience, and risk prevention. However, the contents of the regulations are limited to the minimum standards for functional convenience and safety required for living. In conclusion, in the elderly welfare facilities, the notion of universal design, which considers not only the elderly, but also service providers, employees, and general visitors, should be considered.

Since the 21st century, to the worldwide computer, broadcasting, communications and other technologies have be developed. because of the Internet allows real-time information delivery, Information Society that was done quickly. In this study, using information technology, Active measures to enable e-commerce in agriculture is discussed. agricultural e-commerce to the consumer satisfaction surveys were conducted, too. In addition to, as a e-commerce features, informance, convenience, interface presented. After research results, I think information, convenience, interface is important to consumers. Consumers will be spent on activities having a new value. To respond to these consumers, Companies must evaluate the internal capabilities. and outside the assessment continuously. E-commerce will give an effective way to companies. And e-commerce will develop further in the future. Therefore, e-commerce will be done by the long-term plan.
