And, it should be located in the harmonious spot with the natural scenery and good parking lot.
This study attempts to explore and explain major socieconomic factors which determine the extent of rural consumers' external search behavior in cases of two product categories: electric appliances and clothing. For the purpose of this study, interviews were conducted with 201 home managers in four rural towns(Hwasun, Haenam, Naju, and Bulkyo) of South Cholla Province. On the whole, the hypotheses that socioeconomic status, age and the characteristics of region of rural consumers make significant differences in their shopping motivation and the extent of external search are generally supported in case of clothing. No substantial differences are found in case of electric appliances. This study suggests that the effective purchasing system and the providing of informative consumer information would be needed to rural consumers for their extensive search. It also suggests that psychological aspects and situational variables in addition to socioeconomic aspects presumably contribute to our understanding of search behavior.
Our government finally understood the true meaning of this wisdom and is attempting to revive the rural area by establishing local produce exhibition hall. This is to allow different regions to promote their specialties and provide diverse experience to the public. However, the reality is that unstructured marketing and PR is not achieving much. Marketing in the past was a paradigm of function and benefit. As we passed 20th century, this was challenged, leading to experiential marketing. Customers' cultural urge and interest in experience and participation are getting stronger. With the facilitation of Promotion Center for local special products, local special products and relevant local communities will be promoted, and the distribution business will grow further. This research was performed to establish basic research materials for planning information center in order to invigorate regional products. This study brought about the following results: first, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire emotional elements by associating the elements with local special products; secondly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire cognitive elements by harmonizing local communities' unique identities with their own other special products; thirdly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire behavioral elements by enjoying various experiences and events; fourthly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire relational elements by integrating other new spaces.

This indicated that there is a room for improvement with respect to boosting more sales on lodging and food; 3) The regression analysis indicated a significant relationship between profits earned from sales of experiential tourism product and those from direct sale of farm products(multi-correlation coefficient: 0.38); 4) It was identified that Gyunggi and Ganwon provinces were ranked first in sales of foods and those of lodging, respectively; 5) Finally, it was showed that among the 50 participating villages, only 16 ones hold festivals by means of attracting tourists from outside.
According to the report of the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation (2019), the size of the HMR food market in 2019 exceeded 4 trillion won. On the other hand, the consumption of agricultural products continued to decrease. As reported by Woo (2020) who analyzed consumer panel survey data, when the 2010 agricultural product purchase index was 100, the crop purchase index in 2019 was 72 and the vegetable and special crop purchase index was 69. Therefore, the Rural Development Administration promoted the research projects to develop the technologies for producing stably raw materials of HMR and for optimizing local foods as HMR ingredients. Researches on the development of HMR using local agricultural products has been being promoted in Cheonan, Chungju, and Jeju in 2020. In the case of Jeju, it has been prepared and realized the B2B commercialization of Jeju agricultural products in connection with the convenience store ingredients supplier in the province. In the case of Cheonan, development of HMR foods like as Sundae, dumpling, sausage, and Tteokgalbi using willd chive, cherry tomatoes, shiitake mushroom, fortified perilla, and licopene fortified watermelon has been being promoted. Lastly, in the case of Chungju, a diverse HMR foods have been developed using beans, centella asatica, Japanese lady bell, apples and peaches such as blended juices, frozen boiled rice, and tofu kit. In the future, in connection with the regional specialized crop cultivation project promoted by the Rural Development Administration, we intend to support the convergence commercialization of R&D technology based on regional characteristics.
Age specific characteristics in Korean diet and their changes were analyzed with the demand model including the number of family members by age group as independent vasiables Urban household budget data, 773 household data in 1977 and 947 household data in 1983, was applied to the demand model. A series of F-test was carried out to set up the age groups by food item. The main results can be summarized as follows; 1. Food consumption patterns are remarkably different between 0-13 years old age generation and over 40 years old generation. The 0-13 years old generation reveals higher preference for milk, wheat product, fruit and milk and lower preference for rice and vegetable than any other age generation. This characteristics of the childhood diet has been formed In the generation born after 1970's and thus will be reserved as their generational characteristics. On the other hand, over 40 years old age group prefers rice and fish to fruit, milk and wheat product. Therefore we can conclude that over 40 years old age group maintains the traditional Korean diet pattern. 2. The preference for fish is low. in 20-30 years old age group than in any other age group and wheat product is Preferred highest in 6-13 years old age group of all age groups. Meanwhile the most remarkable change In food consumption pattern is shown in meats and vegetables. Namely in 30 40 years old age group the preference for meat has increased substantially and that vegetable has decreased to a great extent. 3. The declining per capita consumption of rice spreads like a wave to higher age. groups, but over 40 years old age group bas played an important role in reducing the decreasing rate of rice consumption. In order to restrain the declining rice consumption a special integrated food policy is required to induce rice consumption in less 30 years old generation.
