  • An natural suitability evaluation of tourism farm was evaluated for Sabuk Myeon, Chunchon with considering natural location. In an evaluation of natural suitability, it was classified to the grade of one to four with evaluation items of stream, road accessibility, aspect, altitude, slope, soil drain, the present situation of land use, etc.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the direction of development of residential land in downtown of Taegu. The main findings of this study are follows. The residential land in downtown is narrow in size, has bad accessibility to road and has bad land shape. So if you develop the residential land not separately but related to near place, it will be more profitable. Especially, we can use Hedonic Price Model as a was of making better in economic.

  • Recent increases in the road and rail infrastructure, but the urban traffic problems such as accidents, congestion are increasing. The reason is that the high cost and lack of accessibility of railway transportation, the low quality of road services, and efficient transport links, etc.. The developments of a variety of policy and technical means are being performed to solve these problems. Among them, the Bimodal Tram which is combined low-cost of bus and high service quality of railway transportation is attracting attention. In this paper, the development status of technology and efficient utilization of operational and infrastructure elements for the operational efficiency, safety and passenger comfort of Bimodal Tram is studied.

  • Following the previous paper on development of the spatial location-allocation model of center villages (SLAMCV), this paper, the 2nd stage of the this study, aims to check up its applicability for several planning scenarios by the case study. Among 72 natural villages of Ucheon-myeon, Gangwon-do, Korea the highest single center was simulated as Uhang village and the higher double centers as Uhang and Jeonggeum villages, which coincided exactly with the existing centers. The SLAMCV was well operated for three planning scenarios such as selection of the 3rd center village and its hinter villages for Ucheon-myeon, Gargwon-do, Korea by dividing three living spheres, impact assessment evaluation of road improvement projects on the spatial accessibility, and analysis of centerality changes of settlement units by new road construction.

  • The traffic policy of a city in Korea has brought to many traffic problems by putting emphasis on the only side of mobility in the past that the personal transportation was put first in importance more than the public transportation. As the result of this policy, in the process that the traffic policy of large cities in Korea changes into accessibility, it is shown for re-lighting up the development of the public transportation to be going to be able to get many suggestions in searching for the desirable developing direction of the new means of transportation that will arrive at Korea in the future. Especially, compared with the policy of U.S.A. on the traffic plan that has concentrated on the road and the vehicle, and that of Europe that has put first in the walking and the public transportation system, it is considered as an important thing that the lesson is given to us about what is important for the desirable city development. Transportation can be divided into four; a railroad transportation. a road transportation, a marine transportation, and an aerial transportation.

개성공단 철도운송 활성화 방안연구 (Study of Kaesung Industrial Complex rail traffic increment)

  • After freight train line opening between Munsan of South Korea and Bongdong of North Korea last December 2007, people's expectation and interest about trans North-South and continental railways have been increasing. However, the commercial traffic of freight by train has not been increased as much as we expected in the mean time road traffic is more increased. This study examined the Kaesong industrial complex which has a high rail accessibility. Especially, we interviewed the owners of enterprises in Kaesong to integrate their opinions for deriving the problems and improving the business conditions. Also, this study embodied the methods for improving rail freight traffic between North and South Korea. Based on this study, we expect more research will carry out on this field to reform the operation system of trans Korea railways by Kaesong industrial complex development project and the commercial reconversion from road to rail.

농촌지역의 대중교통을 이용한 공공서비스시설 접근성 분석 (Accessibility to Public Service Facilities in Rural Area by Public Transportation System)

  • Public transportation is public service that is contributed to the convenience of the public. However, opportunity for public services in rural areas is weaker than the chance in urban areas. The purpose of this study is to evaluate accessibility of various public facilities using public transportation. To evaluate the accessibility, we calculate the various time from community center to the nearest bus stop, walking time, riding time in bus, and waiting time for transfer. The results of this study ares as follows; (1) Villages occupy 19.8% in rural areas that walking time from community center to the nearest bus stop takes over 10 minutes in integrated Chungju-si; (2) The average speed is 21.9 km/hr estimated to departure and arrival time of bus route; (3) The accessibility time from community center using the average bus speed takes 15.43 minutes to public facilities, 35.15 minutes to emergency center, 8.70 minutes to medical center, 9.70 minutes to elementary school, 16.26 minutes to middle school, and 22.61 minutes high school; (4) The transfer time of public transportation takes 13.46, 21.96, 10.48, 7.78, 11.11, 16.10 minutes to public facilities, emergency center, medical center, elementary school, middle school, and high school, respectively; (4) Traffic accessibility using bus vehicles in the East and South Chungju-si is lower than areas in the West and North Chungju-si. Some villages surrounding public offices (eup-myeon office) which have a high density of population, indicate a high traffic accessibility.

AHP 분석을 이용한 사물주소 부여대상의 상대적 중요도에 대한 전문가와 일반인의 인식 비교분석 (Public and Experts Perception Analysis about Relative Importance of Address of Things Using AHP)

  • Recently the meaning of the road name address is expended as an information through the revision of the Road Name Address Act. As this revision, the address of things (AoT) become more important indicating the possibility for the expansion to the related business. However, recent study about AoT does not concern how the current priority system works from the first research. In this study, we analyze perception about addressable object between AoT experts and public using AHP analysis. We structured the importance of addressable objects as two categories; urgency and value creation. The necessity in emergency or daily, accessibility and welfare conform the urgency index. Meanwhile, public value creation in public domain or profitability in the business area and economics conform value creation index. We conducted survey for total of 89 of experts and public. The results of this study indicate the relative importance of AoT measured by experts and public. Generally, public tend to concern more about accessibility conforming the urgency index than experts. Moreover, the public WiFi and the sports complex scored the high priority among the remain addressable objects, in respect of the urgency and the value creation. This result could be implemented for the activation of the smart city industry base on the geospatial information including AoT.

빈집 공간분포 특성 및 접근성에 관한 연구 : 충청북도 옥천군 빈집을 중심으로 (A Study on the Spatial Distribution of the Vacant Houses and their Accessibility : Focused on the Vacant Houses in Okcheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do)

  • 우리나라는 도시쇠퇴 현상이 지속적으로 나타나고 있으며, 지방 소도시 빈집 발생은 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두되기 시작하였다. 대도시를 비롯한 지방 소도시까지 빈집 발생이 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있음에도 빈집에 대한 기초 연구가 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 가장 먼저 빈집이 지니는 공간분포 특성을 알아보기 위해 GIS를 활용한 방격분석, 커널밀도 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 충북 옥천군 빈집은 통계적으로 유의한 범위 안에서 일정한 군집 형태와 특성을 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 다음으로는 생활 SOC 시설 접근성에 따른 빈집 분포를 확인하기 위하여 대상지 내 입지하고 있는 주요 생활 SOC 시설과 도로망을 이용하여 GIS 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 의료·복지·문화·복지 생활 SOC 시설과 접근성이 양호할수록 빈집 분포가 낮은 것으로 나타났다, 반대로 행정·교육 생활 SOC 시설과의 접근성은 빈집 분포에 중요한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 지방 소도시 빈집 공간분포 특성과 주요 생활 SOC 시설 접근성에 따른 입지적 특성을 규명할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 지방 소도시 빈집 관리 정책, 빈집 정비사업에 활용 가능한 실무적·학술적 가치를 제공함에 연구의 목적과 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

감성인지 만족도를 고려한 도로횡단면 구조설계 기준 연구 (Design Guidelines of Road Cross Sectional Elements Based on the Satisfaction of Sensibility Cognition)

  • 경제성장과 더불어 우리 삶을 구성하고 있는 주변 환경의 질에 대한 관심과 요구가 높아지고 도로 이용자 측면에서도 쾌적성, 심리적 안정 및 안락성 등을 고려한 도로경관 조성에 대한 관심이 확대되면서 도로의 질적인 개선 노력이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 공학적인 측면에서 기준화된 설계지침이 아닌 도로 이용자 측면에서의 감성인지를 고려한 안전하고 쾌적한 도로설계 기준의 정립이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도심지 주요 도로의 도로 횡단면 구성요소를 중심으로 도로 이용자들이 느끼는 도로경관에 대한 감성인지 실험을 통해 만족도를 조사하고 주성분과 군집분석, 다중회귀모형 등을 통해 도로경관 구성요소와의 관계성을 규명하였다. 분석결과 보통의 보도경관 만족도를 확보하기 위해서는 차로 폭은 3~5m, 차로 수는 2~5차로, 길어깨 폭은 0.55~1.43m, 유효 보도 폭은 2.2~3.9m, 중앙 화단 폭은 1.05~1.9m, 중앙 가로수 높이는 6.25~14.5m, 중앙 여유 폭은 0.65~1.625m, 보도 가로수 높이는 6.4~15m, 건물 높이는 18~44m(6~15층) 범위에 있어야 함을 알 수 있었다.
