The construction market is diversely changing because social environmental factors are rapidly transforming. Therefore, Construction projects are becoming complex and diverse. Furthermore, the risk being inherent in construction projects are increasing, and now people are considering about the risk management of construction projects in successfully handling the risk factor. The purpose of this study is first to comprehend the preparation of basic references for objective and systematic identification, categorization, and analysis of risk. Secondly it is to find the principle elements within the risk factors identified and categorized around planning process. Finally it is to manage objectively on the planning process, which forms a lot of uncertainty, in order to accentuate the importance about the risk of pre-planning process stage

This study gathered the factor of supply chain risk through literature review, and measured the importance of risk factors which have been recognized by domestic companies. This study has purposes and necessities as follows. First, supply risk factors were classified and explored through positive studies about supply chain risk. Most of previous studies helps grasping the meaning of supply chain risk but limited in conceptual side. Second, this study used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which makes decision-making problem classified, simplicated and systematized to evaluate the importance of supply-chain risk recognized by the companies. Finally, this study suggests registration-point in companies's efficient supply activity would be great by measuring the importance of supply-chain through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

Steel and iron works have place many hazard or risk factor as a high temperature material, a high place, and so on. Accordingly, steel and iron works need system for risk assessment. In this paper, we development of risk assessment system for steel and iron works. In case study applied at the steel enterprise. The resultant, we can discovery that an human factor is an important question form risk assessment.

The purpose of this study is to survey and classify the differences of the perceived fashion risk according to the apparels and accessories that consumers purchased. 243 ungraduate were separated into three groups and asked to rate 15 fashion risk concerns about each item on 5-point scale. The number of item was 103 in the total of the three group. Data were analyzed by using Mean, SO, ANOVA, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Cronbach $\alpha$ with SAS program. The result of this study was high perceived risk in leather Jacket, suit, long coat, sunglasses. The most important factor of the perceived risk structure in the fashion goods was about the perceived risk perception of others. The apparels and accessories which completes the dress were classified into the same cluster. Consumers don't perceive the fashion goods independently, but they make much of the combination of other items.

Until now, passenger airbag design is based on the referred car design and many repetitive crash tests have been done to meet the crash performance. In this paper, it was suggested a new design process of passenger airbag. First, key performance factors were determined by analyzing the injury risk effectiveness of each performance factor. And it was made a relationship between injury risk and performance factor by using the response surface model. By using this one, it can be predicted the injury risk of head and neck. Predicted injury risk of optimal design was obtained through this injury risk prediction model and it was verified by FE analysis result within 18% error of head and 9% error of neck. It was shown that a target crash performance can be met by controlling the key performance factors only.

In recent years, the natural damage associated with flood disaster has been dramatically increased. However, there is no rational method which reflects urban characteristics to estimate the regional safety assessment for flood disaster. The purpose of this study is to develop the regional safety assesment model for urban flood. Flood risk and reduction assesment were estimated by using the linear sum of the Z score of the assessment factors and the weight value of each factor from the expert survey data. And then the regional safety assessment was estimated by subtracting reduction factor value from risk factor value. GIS tool was used to estimate the factor assesment and integrated regional safety. This study can be used to determine the priority of flood protection project, execute the flood insurance and establish the urban plans and the flood mitigate plan.

This study examined relationships between peer variables and externalizing behavior problems of 290 4th and 5th grade children in elementary school. The children completed the Friendship Quality Scale and the peer nomination questionnaire. Parents and teachers rated behavior problems of children using the Connors' Rating Scale. Results indicated that rejected children had more behavior problems than popular, average, or neglected children. Socio-emotional supports from a close friend and satisfaction with the friend were negatively related to behavior problems. Behavior problems were mainly predicted by low peer acceptance, and behavior problems of rejected children were negatively and strongly related to socio-emotional supports of a close friend. In conclusion, peer rejection was a risk factor and a friend's support was a protective factor for externalizing behavior problems in 4th and 5th graders.

In this paper, we investigate the performance of anomaly factors in Asia-Pacific Stock market and show the higher Sharpe ratio of the volatility managed smart beta portfolio. The smart beta portfolio combines the benefit of passive strategy and active strategy. However, the smart beta portfolios are seems to be exposed to the risk of anomaly factors from the perspective of traditional financial equilibrium model. Therefore, the smart beta strategy may generate negatively skewed returns unappealing to investors having lower risk tolerance. Our empirical investigations find that the return of the Asia-Pacific region stock market is more volatile than other regions with the lower efficiency ratio. However, the value factor and the momentum factor of Asia-Pacific region both show good performances. More interestingly, we also find that managing the volatility of the momentum factor in Asia-Pacific stock market almost doubles the efficiency ratio.

Grandparent-grandchildren family adolescents(GGFAs) need to be well discussed because they tend to be more influenced by the negative surroundings than ordinary family adolescents. Over the past few years, several studies have been made on the correlation between the risk factor, the protective factor and the school resilience of GGFAs, but these studies have the limit to explain the only correlation between the one factor and the school resilience. So the purpose of this study was to examine not only the direct effect between the risk factor and the protective factor, but also the parametric path and effect that the one factor has influence on the correlation between the another factor and the school resilience of GGFAs. We investigated the 328 GGFAs in Korea, and the analytic method used was the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). The followings are the results of this paper. It was found that the model adaptability had a considerable validity by inspecting the SEM, which showed not only the direct effect between the risk factor, protective factor and the school resilience of GGFAs, but also the mediation effect by the protective factor. The risk factors - the indifference of teacher, the negative attachment relationship, melancholy, uneasiness etc - had a negative influence on the school resilience of GGFAs. The protective factors - the supporss etteacher, self-esteem etc - had a positive influence on the school resilience of GGFAs. The protective factors were found to reduce the negative influence on the school resilience of GGFAs.

Risk, or exposure to uncertainty, is an inherent of risk-adjusted discount rate. It is therefore important part factor in the determination of risk-adjusted discount rate. This paper suggests the method to quantify risk and explains the process how to transfer quantified risk into incremental discount rate. The estimates of underlying risks will help determine the size of appropriate risk-adjusted discount rate with logical and scientific way when the technology valuation is made.
