With respect to this research, the College of Arts and Design, Kon Kuk University founded Design Venture of KKU(Kon Kuk University) in July 2001 as an approach to tackle the issue on how to accept and respond to the waves of changes in paradigms of the 21st century represented by information revolution. Such move is to cope more effectively with the changes in the current educational environment with an aim to secure the competitive edges compatible with the conditions of each college under the uniform and standardized educational systems. Even the professionals in the design fields of this country try to find the significance in bringing out in the open the latent creative talents of the students by improving the quality of our daily necessities and putting the students through more practical training, and in creating international competitiveness of our design field by encouraging the students to gain more diverse experiences. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to present the approaches to revitalize Design Venture of Kon Kuk University which has been managed as part of the efforts to establish the new identity for the design of this country in the 21st century, and to present the new model for an enterprise which, rooted in the College, can grow into a high value-added business. The methodology for this research is based on the case study of Design Venture of Kon Kuk University and investigation into the literature. The contents of this research include the following three steps. Firstly, initial research is made into the background for founding the College of Arts and Design which had been promoted as a differentiated strategy for the long-term and short-term development plan of the College of Arts and Design, in Chungju Campus of Kon Kuk University. Secondly, the basic strategy for Vonchi, brand of Design Venture of KKU and the brand launching process are examined. Thirdly, Various approaches to revitalize the Vonchi brand recognition are collected and analyzed to present the conclusion and the alternative. Such research findings as given above on Design Venture of KKU may satisfy diverse consumer-oriented requirements on the strength of the characterization and differentiation of the college and may enhance the competitive edge of the college.

The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the problems in and the complaints from fashion textile converters and 2) develope the effective strategies to revitalize the converting business. This research study consists of two parts. The one part includes a study, on the domestic industry, which is mainly conducted through questionnaires, interviews and a review of related literature. The other part includes a study on the foreign industries. In case of Japan, survey was performed by visiting Japanese industry and interviewing Japanese converters. However, in case of Italy, a study was mainly conducted through a review of related literature and by interviewing Italian converters thru mail. As a survey instrument, a questionnaire was developed by the researchers after reviewing the related literature and interviewing textile converters. A questionnaire was distributed to 250 textile converters who were selected at random from the directory of textile converters which had been made by the researchers. All of the returned responses which include sixty four questionnaires were used for the analysis. The difficulties with which these converters confront are in a small scale and lack of specialty, professional training, and government support. Also, converters need an association or an organization that represent them. Cases of Japan and Italy were researched as examples of developed nation's. For instance, one of bench mark companies in development, planning and management, "Fashion Soft House" in Japan was analyzed. Regarding to Italy, the functions of the textile design studios which were mainly located around the silk complex, Como, were examined. Finally, on the basis of the results of this study, the strategies to revitalize the fashion textile converters include the tactics concerning management, production, education, improvement of the relationship between related industries, and the supportive policy by the government.

Construction industry is an important key industry and many measures to revitalize it as local economy has been stagnant. However, construction industry works combined with governmental policies, global and local economies, populations, construction companies and many other related factors, and it is very hard for those counter-plans to meet every need and goal of the related. In this study, interviews and questionnaires of the professionals of the construction industry in Busan, were carried out, to find the cause of the inactivity of the construction market, the problems of the policies and regulations, and the problems of the construction companies in Busan and the solutions were suggested. The realistic master-plans and the reduction of the cost price for the problems of the redevelopment business having no feasibility, the reasonable relaxation of the restrictions for the problems of the governmental policies, the professional training and education for the lack of the high-quality human resources and the working system changes for the problems of the local construction companies turned out as results. The results of the study will be a chance to understand the different ideas of the professionals, and help with the plans to improve and to revitalize the local construction industry. The purpose of this study is to explore the key elements of the regional innovative milieu by analyzing the role of regional innovative elements and case organizations that promoted the emergence of 'Songakdongnesaramdeul (the people of the Songak town),' and to present pertinent policy implications. For the purpose, this study set the "Songakdongnesaramdeul," a residential community organization founded for regional innovation to revitalize the village community, as a case organization from the perspective of regional innovation system theory. The result of the study showed that creating an innovative milieu through the creation of various innovation elements to revitalize the village community is crucial. Especially, this study confirmed that the existence of regional development organizations is the key element of the innovative milieu. such as case organization that contributes to regional development while promoting interaction between actors, common learning and systemization, and new value creation activities. The implications derived through the study can be summarized in four points. First, a variety of means to promote the formation of subjects in response to the public debate of the village agenda is needed. Second, it is highly important to create innovative elements, for example, organizations and programs, resources, and spaces that promote regional innovation. Third, forming a close network between various innovative resources existing in the region and establishing regional capabilities that allow to mobilize and utilize such innovative resources are important. Fourth, the establishment of a promotion mechanism such as a case organization is suggested as a major task, to revitalize the village community. Specifically, forming and revitalizing numerous private-based community organizations with regional developmental capabilities to establish local governance also has significant importance. In this vein, based on the point of view of the regional innovation system theory, the establishment of regional policies to construct a regional innovation milieu, such as creating innovative elements that can actively promote the regeneration of the village community and establishing a promotion system, can be presented as major tasks.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 전통시장 활성화 방안에 대한 연구로서 2021년 천안시 전통시장·상점가 실태조사 자료 중 총 188개를 연구 분석에 사용하였다. 전통시장의 환경개선 활성화를 위해서는 시대 상황에 맞는 환경적 변화가 일차적으로 요구되고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 전통시장은 낙후된 공간으로 주차환경개선사업과 시설 현대화 사업(화장실, 시설 장비 등)으로 시대적 요구에 맞게 특성화 세분화 과정을 거쳐 공간을 개선함으로써 운영의 편리성을 높이고 방문객의 이용 증진과 자연스러운 인식 개선을 도모할 수 있다. 또한, 차별화된 경영활성화 콘텐츠와 시설 현대화 사업과 유기적으로 조화를 이룰 때 전통시장 활성화 사업의 효율성과 효과성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전통시장의 활성화를 위해 전통시장 활성화 요인 중 시설의 환경개선 부분에 대해 분석하고 그간의 전통시장에 대한 정부지원정책에 대해 실질적 대안이 될 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

attention to the elevation of the Quality of living, various ways to revitalize the community spirit are found including reforming hardhearted neighborhoods and overcoming the dreariness of city. With the development of the internet and the spread(dissemination) of "digital home", the communities in cyber space are especially active since we are living in an information-oriented society. To consolidate the communities in apartment complexes, this study tries to find revitalization methods of the cyber community by analyzing the contents of the web sites, understanding the cyber community. The cyber contents that are provided come from three main companies that develop the internet apartments. These are compared and analyzed. The related cyber communities("cafe") are also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1)Though they have some differences on details, the content provided from internet companies can be categorized as introduction to the apartment complex, personal service, community, club and internet shopping. 2)The contents on the cyber community made by the residents are mostly for clubs and chatting since they are made for communication between residents. 3)To revitalize the cyber community, the content that gets more attention from the residents needs to be subdivided into groups.

이 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 독서치료 서비스에 대한 이용자의 인식과 요구를 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 부산, 울산, 경남 지역 공공도서관 이용자 648명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 독서치료에 대한 인식, 공공도서관 독서치료 서비스 활성화 방안에 대한 인식과 독서치료 서비스에 대한 이용자의 요구를 분석하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 서비스, 비용, 환경과 공간, 홍보, 사서와 이용자, 적시성 측면에서 공공도서관 독서치료 서비스를 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

청년실업문제가 해소되지 않고 장기화되는 가운데, 정부의 청년창업 권장정책과 대학의 동조에 따라 많은 청년들이 창업을 취업의 대안으로 인식하기 시작했다. 그러나 그간의 성과를 종합해 보면, 정부의 창업교육 및 관련 프로그램을 통해 창업한 많은 청년들이 대부분 실패하고 취업전선에 뛰어들거나 신용불량자로 전락하고 있다는 분석이 지배적이다. 이에 본 연구는 청년창업의 현황과 실태 및 청년창업 지원 정책의 실태를 살펴보고 그 결과 도출된 문제점을 분석한 다음 이를 기반으로 청년창업 활성화 정책 방안을 정리하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to consider key issues and to categorize international arbitrations on industrial significance. Thus this study focused on synthesizing industrial significance, retaining international competitiveness, and securing national implications of international arbitration as a legal service trade system. To obtain these goals, the liberalization of international arbitration proxy service, invitation of international arbitration board regional offices such as PCA to AAA-ICDR, and drawing of international mediation institutions to invigorate the legal service market should be exerted. To revitalize the international arbitration, it would be renounced the control rights of economy-related disputes with internationalism while policies should be improved to enhance the execution of arbitration agreements and awards. It is emphasized the necessities of the process through the institutional mediation agency to resolve more court mediation and international dispute cases, and to handle international arbitration cases after training professional legal experience through cooperation with international arbitration boards such as LCIA, ICC, AAA, and PCA. Ultimately, to revitalize the international arbitration, the industrial significance of arbitration should be analyzed and the critical industrial influence of arbitration such as in the semiconductor, petrochemistry, and ICT sectors should be expanded to gain the competitiveness of the global legal service market with the assistance of institutional complementary measures.
