  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine how the expertise and interactivity of a physical therapist impact a patient's intention to revisit a hospital based on trust. Methods: We surveyed 274 patients who received physical therapy in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to assess their reliability and revisit intentions based on their expertise and interactivity. SPSS 22.0 was used for frequency analysis and reliability verification, while AMOS 18.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and model verification. Results: Physical therapist interactivity significantly impacted patients' intentions to revisit based on trust. The physical therapist's expertise had a significant effect on trust but did not demonstrate a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Conclusion: The interactivity of physical therapists has an important effect on patients' intentions to revisit a hospital based on trust. Although therapist-centered expertise can generate trust in patients, it positively affects the intention to revisit the hospital. Therefore, it is suggested that physical therapists' patient-centered expertise and interactivity build patients' trust and are important for revisiting intention.

Present study performed frequency analysis, factor analysis, customer trust analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple (simple) regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The analysis results indicated that the image of family restaurants had significant positive (+) influences on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and revisit intention, among which the biggest influential factor was found to be the store factor. Significant influence was shown for brand image followed by corporate image. In addition, customer satisfaction and customer trust had significant positive (+) influences on revisit intention. As a result of this study, store image among family restaurant images appeared as the most important element; hereupon, this study considers that it is necessary for a family restaurant to build a differentiated image to increase revisit intention by satisfying customer needs and by encouraging customers to have trust in the restaurant.

  • This study suggested a theoretical research system on the effects of the corporate social responsibility in family restaurants upon corporate image, corporate preference and revisit intention. Based on total 342 university students from the empirical research, this study confirmed the reliability and fitness of research model and verified total 4 hypotheses with structural equation modeling(SEM) by Amos program. SEM results showed that the corporate social responsibility of family restaurants had positively significant influence on corporate image(legal and economic aspect 0.203-p<0.05; philanthropy aspect 0.318-p<0.001; ethical aspect 0.203-p<0.05), and corporate image had positively significant influence on corporate preference(0.979-p<0.001) and revisit intention(0.258-p<0.05) as well. Also, corporate preference had positively significant influence on revisit intention(0.844-p<0.001). The findings of this study verified a hypothetical ground that the corporate social responsibility of family restaurants has positive effects upon revisit intention. Additionally, regarding the activity of social responsibility in the foodservice industry, it is proved that the practices in the activities of philanthropy and contribution to society rather than the practices in the legal and economic aspect had significant relations with the customer's favorable behaviors.
