Nowadays, Water Mist Fire Extinguishing System is increasingly used in maritime field for various application. The fire extinguishing capability of the system should be verified by hydraulic calculation in the same manner as the conventional water based fire extinguishing system such as sprinkler system. water spray system and etc. Additionally, the review of effectiveness of friction loss calculation method used for hydraulic calculation is needed because the pipe flow characteristic of its piping system has higher Reynolds number than that of the conventional system. In this paper the review work was carried out based on the NFPA Code 750.

In this paper, we propose a model of improvement of quality system level using system FMEA. The system FMEA is developed to a system analysis technique using the concepts of conventional FMEA. This is know what is important factor to manage the ISO 9000 Quality System. Therefore, it is used the system FMEA as the main method of the proposed model. The important factors of this model are internal quality audits, corrective and preventive action, customer claim review management review. This model is considered to be guideline for improvement of quality system level. We show the efficiency of the proposed model by means of a case study.

We studied how to achieve successful implementation of massive research and development projects requiring collaboration among industries, universities and government-supported research institute. We have set up an engineering process innovation model to be deemed most adequately for all practical purposes, relying on the theoretical studies on the merits and analysis of the effect of the information system based on Milestone Management, Work Breakdown Structures and Web, which is known to be effective for research project (schedule) management and the objective management, and implemented a real-world web-based project objective management system. After a review of various R & D Project Schedule Management methods, we found that this information system was very compatible with project objective management. This project objective management information system carries out research and development projects effectively and efficiently, getting together in cyber-space and sharing information, and has been equipped with an Early Warning Subsystem to allow for pre-analysis and timely response to potential problems arising from the course of the project. The system also contains an Executive Information System that in real time, automatically provides the management information required by managers with the rate of project progress (achievement, fulfillment and delay). Lastly, actual progress can be cross-checked through both on-line objective management on the web-based information system and design review meeting held on site, to improve the efficiency and validity of the information system. Moreover, overall effect was analyzed through questionnaires on how well the system and generated information meet requirements and on the ultimate impact of the system upon objective management and communication. The questionnaire on the system effect revealed that the information system was useful to objective management and communication, and that the quality of the system was more than acceptable as well.

본 연구는 "통상정보연구"의 1999년 창간호에서부터 제18권 4호(2016년 12월)까지 지난 18년간 게재된 논문에 대한 메타분석이다. "통상정보연구"에 2016년까지 수록된 논문은 총 1047편이다. 학문분야를 본다면 전자무역, 상품 및 서비스혁신, 지역통상정보, 통상법제도, 통상협상 순으로 논문이 많이 게재되었다. 20편 이상 논문을 게재한 저자들의 전공분야가 15가지가 넘으므로 "통상정보연구"는 다양한 전공분야의 학자들이 논문을 게재하고 있는 다학제적인 논문집이다. 저자는 대부분 대학 소속이었고 연구비 수혜 논문의 비중은 19.7%이다. "통상정보연구"에 그동안 5편 이상의 논문을 게재했던 저자는 총 46명인데 이들의 H-지수는 5.6이다. "통상정보연구"의 2016년 영향력지수(IF)는 1.02이므로 "통상정보연구"의 무역학계 영향력이 높다고 볼 수 있다. 2002년 이후 집계된 "통상정보연구" 게재 논문들의 핵심 키워드는 전자상거래, 인터넷, 서비스무역, 중국, 전자무역, 한류, FTA, 중소기업, 해외직접투자 등이다. 그 중에서도 전자무역, FTA, 중국 세 가지 키워드가 가장 자주 등장하였다.

This paper suggests a method to refine a massive collective intelligence data, and visualize with multilevel sentiment network, in order to understand information in an intuitive and semantic way. For this study, we first calculated a frequency of sentiment words from each movie review. Second, we designed a Heatmap visualization to effectively discover the main emotions on each online movie review. Third, we formed a Sentiment-Movie Network combining the MDS Map and Social Network in order to fix the movie network topology, while creating a network graph to enable the clustering of similar nodes. Finally, we evaluated our progress to verify if it is actually helpful to improve user cognition for multilevel analysis experience compared to the existing network system, thus concluded that our method provides improved user experience in terms of cognition, being appropriate as an alternative method for semantic understanding.

The importance of online reviews is prevalent as more people access goods or places online and make decisions to visit or purchase. However, such reviews are generally provided by short sentences or mere star ratings; failing to provide a general overview of customer preferences and decision factors. This study explored and broke down restaurant reviews found on Google Maps. After collecting and analyzing 5,427 reviews, we vectorized the importance of words using the TF-IDF. We used a random forest machine learning algorithm to calculate the coefficient of positivity and negativity of words used in reviews. As the result, we were able to build a dictionary of words for positive and negative sentiment using each word's coefficient. We classified words into four major evaluation categories and derived insights into sentiment in each criterion. We believe the dictionary of review words and analyzing the major evaluation categories can help prospective restaurant visitors to read between the lines on restaurant reviews found on the Web.

This study closely examines quality management's realities which manufacturing firms have and effective result controls access formula by comparison and analysis on the product of introduction quality control realities and quality management of manufacturing firms in Chollabukdo. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, this research was progressed as order of literature review and survey. After literature review this study drew up questionnaire on the basis of foregoing literature and executed survey on manufacturing business taking TQM(Total Quality Management) in Chollado's area. The result of analysis are as follows. First, according to the analysis manufacturing of industry's realities, investment in TQM techniques seems to contribute to the performance of manufacturing firms, but most of manufacturing firms quality control do not have strategic orientations. Conseqently, general and strategic quality management system suitable for the realities of manufacturing industry are required. Second, It seems that manufacturing industry didn't recognize strategic importance for competitive advantage. Namely, It was found that firms with less TQM executed non-strategic quality management, compared with firms more TQM.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify research trends related to emotional leadership among nurse managers by conducting a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. This study sought to derive insights that could contribute to improving emotional leadership in nursing practice. Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) and Meta-Analysis Of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (MOOSE) guidelines. Databases including PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Scopus, Web of Science, Research Information Sharing Service, Koreanstudies Information Service System, Korean Medical Database, KoreaMed, ScienceON, and DBpia were searched to obtain papers published in English and Korean. Literature searches and screenings were conducted for the period December 1, 2023 to December 17, 2023. The effect size correlation (ESr) was calculated for each variable and the meta-analysis was performed using the statistical software SPSS 29.0, R 4.3.1. Results: Twenty-five (four personal, six job, and fifteen organizational) relevant variables were identified through the systematic review. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the total overall effect size was ESr = .33. Job satisfaction (ESr = .40) and leader-member exchange (ESr = .75) had the largest effect size among the job and organizational-related factors. Conclusion: Emotional leadership helps promote positive changes within organizations, improves organizational effectiveness, and increases member engagement and satisfaction. Therefore, it is considered an important strategic factor in improving organizational performance.

The modular assembly system can make it possible for the variety of products to be assembled in a short lead time. In this system, necessary components are assembled to optional components tailor to customers' orders. Budget for inventory investments composed of inventory and purchasing costs are practically limited and the purchasing cost is often paid when an order is arrived. Service cost is assumed to be proportional to service level and it is included in budget constraint. We develop a heuristic procedure to find a good solution for a continuous review inventory system of the modular assembly system with a budget constraint. A regression analysis using a quadratic function based on the exponential function is applied to the cumulative density function of a normal distribution. With the regression result, an efficient heuristics is proposed by using an approximation for some complex functions that are composed of exponential functions only. A simple problem is introduced to illustrate the proposed heuristics.
