미용종사자의 재교육 실태조사 및 문제점 (Re-Education Situation and Problem Point of Beauty Artist)

  • The purposes of this study were, a more systemic and desirable improvement method of retraining program was researched for cultivation of field beauticians through acknowledgement of the environmental change and phenomenon of beauty shops by time and through recognition of current retraining situation. 1) In terms of acknowledgement of the necessity for beautician retraining, the item on the necessity for beautician retraining showed beauticians' high requirement for retraining. 2) The main problem of reeducation was that reeducation curricular of each organization have not been programed. 3) Presence education was the main thing to be completed for reeducation program improvement. We also could know that the improvement and complement of work environment, the education extension besides technology education, and the rapid acquisition of information as improvement were recognized importantly.

실업계 고등학교 실내디자인 전공 (A study on the hiring and retaining program of vocational high school teaching staff)

  • 본 연구는 실업계 고등학교에서 실내디자인 전공교육을 담당하고 있는 교사들과의 심층 면접을 통해 앞으로 실내디자인 전공교육을 담당할 교원의 신규 임용 및 기존교원의 재교육프로그램을 개발하는 목적으로 연구되었으며 그 결론은 다음과 같다. \circled1실업계 고등학교에서 실내디자인을 담당할 신임교원은 반드시 실내디자인 관련학과를 졸업하고 실무경험 1년이상, 또는 관련 자격증을 소지하거나 소정의 실기시험을 통과한 전문교사를 임용하여야 한다. \circled2재교육의 과목은 총 9과목으로 현직 교원들이 필요로 하는 재교육의 내용과 활성화 방안에서 제시된 특화분야 및 자격증 관련 과목을 중심으로 편성하였는데 제도, 투시도, 건축 및 실내재료, 건축 및 실내 구조, 공간디자인, 가구디자인 및 제작, CAD, 실내시공, 주거 및 실내디자인일반이 그것이다. \circled3각 과목에 대한 시간 수는 같은 과목의 내용을 학생들에게 가르칠 때 필요한 시간의 약 2/3를 배정하였고 전과목을 택했을 때 총 25i시간이 소요된다. 그러나 재교육을 받을 교원의 대부분은 디자인이나 미술을 전공하였으므로 60시간의 일반연수, 또는 180시간의 자격 열수를 정하고 필요한 과목에 따른 시간을 선택하게 될 것이다.

호흡훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 횡격막 비대칭에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Breathing Retraining on Asymmetry of Diaphragm Thickness in Stroke Patients)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of breathing retraining on asymmetry of diaphragm thickness in stroke patients. METHODS: This study was nonequivalent control group pre-post test design. Subjects were assigned to two different groups(intervention group=10, control group=12). Intervention group conducted breathing retraining program for six-week. Diaphragm thickness was assessed by ultrasound in B-mode with a 7.5 MHz linea probe. The collected data analyzed by Wilcoxon signed rank test and Mann-Whitney U test. RESULTS: The intervention group significantly increased diaphragm thickness ratio on paretic side but the control group showed no significant difference in diaphragm thickness ratio. The control group significantly increased asymmetry of diaphragm thickness, but intervention group showed no significant difference in asymmetry of diaphragm thickness. CONCLUSION: This study showed that breathing retraining increased diaphragm thickness ratio in stroke patients and prevent the increase of asymmetry in diaphragm thickness with stroke patients.

활동보조인의 자기효능감과 직업의식이 근무환경과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 보수교육의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship Between Self-Efficacy and Work Ethic on Job Environments and Job Satisfaction -The Moderating Effects of Retraining Program for Personal Assistants-)

  • 본 연구는 활동보조인의 보수교육 수준에 따른 근무환경과 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 자기효능감과 직업의식을 파악하여 사회복지행정의 중요한 역할인 조직과 개인의 발전을 위한 인적자원개발과 관련된 전략 수립을 모색하는 근거자료를 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기권 지역에서 활동보조 역할을 담당하는 330명의 활동보조인을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 이 연구에서는 설문지의 내용의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 그리고 공변량구조분석을 위하여 Spss Amos 20.0 프로그램을 적용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감과 직업의식이 근무환경에, 그리고 근무환경이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감이 근무환경에 영향을 미칠 때, 보수교육경험 수준이 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업의식이 근무환경에 영향을 미칠 때, 보수교육 경험 수준이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보수교육 수준이 높은 집단이 직업의식이 더 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 활동보조인의 보수교육이 직업의식을 강화시키는 조절효과를 나타남으로써 전문적 보수교육의 전략수립에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a training program for overseas Korean language teachers focus on preservice teacher. This thesis based on the 2017 Korean Language (prospective) Teacher Overseas Dispatch and Practical Training Assistance Project (Almaty, Kazakhstan region). The present task established prospective teachers, career teachers, and local teachers as the targets of each assignment. We focused on developing a program that could match each of these characteristics. For prospective teachers, the program was designed and conducted with the goal of "improving real expertise through practical training," whereas for career teachers the program was developed with the goal of "improving leadership" and "retraining teachers" by focusing on their abilities as middle managers to build and maintain foreign and domestic networks. For local teachers, the goal was to provide "retraining as Korean language teacher certification". The limitations of those unable to attend domestic meetings were alleviated through training, workshops, and meetings, and a program was developed for real education practical training. For prospective teachers and career teachers in particular, the program was designed to center on a system of collaboration in which classes based on international Project Based Learning(iPBL) were conducted, and groups prepared practical training and practice modules.

국내 플랜트 엔지니어링 산업의 건축공학 분야 기술인력 수급을 위한 대학교육 개선에 관한 연구 (Improvement of University Education for Supplying Technical Manpower for Plant Engineering Industry in the Architectural Engineering Field)

  • In this study, improvement of university education is suggested so that university graduates in Architectural Engineering can work in the plant engineering industry without major retraining, which is generally required by plant engineering companies. Before the disposition of manpower to a plant engineering site, new recruits are retrained for about 2~3 years, since university education is neither sufficient, nor appropriate to handle plant engineering tasks. It is necessary to implement practical plant engineering into university education, so that graduates can work effectively in plant engineering fields, without major retraining. For a case study of an S2 University located in Seoul, it is enough to supplement the interdisciplinary program with plant engineering subjects, if proper texts are developed. To replace the plant engineering education offered by the company with university education, the following measures should be taken. First, basic plant engineering should be taught for 15 hours. Second, education on design and drawings should be reinforced.

건강가정지원센터의 1인 가구 대상 특화 프로그램 방향성 모색 - 서울시 사례를 중심으로 (A direction of specific program for single households in Healthy Family Support Centers - focused on Seoul)

  • This study aimed to suggest the direction and guideline of specific program for single households in the Healthy Families Support Centers. This study focused on Seoul area. To collect the data the in-depth interviews for 9 staffs managing the program for single person in field are progressed. The major results were as follows. First, we found the demand and validity of a specific program for single person households. Because they are different each other in the context of age, sex, marriage experience, everyday life and need for program. So the specific programs can give higher satisfaction to the single person household. Second, to manage the specific program effectively in field we need the retraining of staffs, sharing materials between centers and other institutions, presentation and communication about the information on program management in field.

입원 호흡재활 프로그램이 만성 폐질환자의 호흡곤란, 운동능력과 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (Effects of an Inpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program on Dyspnea, Exercise Capacity, and Health Related Quality of Life for Patients with Chronic Lung Disease)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an inpatient pulmonary rehabilitation program on dyspnea, exercise capacity, and health related quality of life in inpatients with chronic lung disease. Method: This quasi experimental study was designed with a nonequivalent control group pre-post test time series. Twenty three patients were assigned to the experimental group and nineteen to the control group. The inpatient pulmonary rehabilitation program was composed of upper and lower extremity exercise, breathing retraining, inspiratory muscle training, education, relaxation and telephone contacts. This program consisted of 4 sessions with inpatients and 4 weeks at home after discharge. The control group was given a home based pulmonary rehabilitation program at the time of discharge. The outcomes were measured by the Borg score, 6MWD and the Chronic Respiratory Disease Questionnaire(CRQ). Results: There was a statistically significant difference in dyspnea between the experimental group and control group, but not among time sequence, or interaction between groups and time sequence. Also significant improvements in exercise capacity and health related quality of life were found only in the experimental group. Conclusions: An Inpatient pulmonary rehabilitation program may be a useful intervention to reduce dyspnea, and increase exercise capacity and health related quality of life for chronic lung disease patients.

교육 수요 조사를 통한 스마트 수산 양식 분야의 융합형 인재 양성 교육 프로그램 개발 방향 설정을 위한 탐색적 연구 (An exploratory study on establishment of a development direction on education training program for cultivating convergence human resources in smart aquaculture through a demand survey)

  • The objective of this study is to develop education programs for cultivating smart aquaculture experts through a education demand survey of industries, high school students, university (graduate) students and field workers. The industry demand analysis was conducted as an in-depth interview on representives from seven companies. Education demand surveys were conducted on 96 students and field workers in the Jeonnam region. Results on the demand survey were analyzed using frequency analysis and cross-analysis. The company representatives responded that they want to participated in internship and retraining programs to proactively secure manpowers with convergence capabilities about smart aquaculture. Seven companies preferred manpowers with basic competencies on ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) or aquaculture. The most respondents in the demand survey want to participate in the education program for experience on advanced technology, self-development and enhancement of work capability. On the other hand, some respondents said that the education is time-consuming and that the education program does not fit their level. Thus, the education program should be developed in a way to minimize the spatial and temporal limitations of education targets and to improve understanding of non-majors by reflecting the demands of human resources in the industrial field.
