Most of the vascular procedures performed for various diagnoses and treatments of various abdominal intervention procedures performed by the Department of Radiology and Angiography are performed by puncture of the femoral artery. For this reason, patients should undergo blood-related tests such as prothrombin time (PT) and partial thromboplatin time (PTT). Therefore, many patients are instructed to take precautions such as putting a sandbag on the puncture site to prevent delayed hemorrhage after hemostasis of the femoral artery puncture site, and not to bend the leg of the treated area for about 3 hours. Because of this, many patients have complained of pain during the procedure and inconvenience during the absolute bed rest time in the ward. The purpose of this study was to compare the safety of balloon ancillary devices with sandbags placed on the hemostasis site to prevent delayed hemorrhage after arterial puncture. We compared the safety of each patient with the results of medical records in consideration of the problem that the patient could not press with the focus, the position of the patient was changed depending on the patient's body shape, and the problem of falling down according to the location of the puncture site. As a result, the use of a balloon type ancillary device improves the effect of continuous hemostasis, reduces discomfort during the patient's absolute stabilization time, increases the patient's satisfaction, and is a good alternative to the existing sandbag.
In this paper, the optimal torque shaping is obtained for 3-axis rotation of a spacecraft. The true optimal 3-axis rotation of rigid spaeraft is first investigated via parameter optimization method with prescribed switching times. Input torque shape of the troque generating device mounted on the central hub is optimized using fourier Series expansion so that the spacecraft may slew while minimizing the vibration energy of flexible modes. Numerical results show that proposed method suggests a reference trahectory for open-loop control, and also verify that it can minimize the vibratory modes of the spacecraft during/after the rest-to-rest maneuver.

As a decrease in labor became a serious issue in the manufacturing industry, smart factory technology, which combines IT and the manufacturing business, began to attract attention as a solution. In this study, we have designed and implemented a real-time remote management system for smart factories, which is connected to an IoT sensor and gateway, for plastic manufacturing plants. By implementing the REST API in which an IoT sensor and smart gateway can communicate, the system enabled the data measured from the IoT sensor and equipment status data to the real-time monitoring system through the gateway. Also, a web-based management dashboard enabled remote monitoring and control of the equipment and raw material processing status. A comparative analysis experiment was conducted on the suggested system for the difference in processing speed based on equipment and measurement data number change. The experiment confirmed that saving equipment measurement data using cache mechanisim offered faster processing speed. Through the result our works can provide the basic framework to factory which need implement remote management system.
To determinate self-purification constants of pollutants loaded in the ecosystems, the self- purification process was formulated, and a measurement method of the self-purification constants was derived. $C=C_0e^{-st}$ When $C_0$ is the initial pollutant amounts loaded in a ecosystem, and C is the rest pollutant amounts after the time, t, the equation of the self-purification, s, is $s=\frac{P}{C}$ When in aquatic ecosystem, $C_0$ is the initial polluant amounts loaded in water body, and Cis the rest pollutation amounts after the time, t, the self-purification constant, s, is $s=(\frac{\ln C_0-\ln C}{t}$ Self-purification constants of pine and oak forests at kwangneung in kyonggido were 0.07 and 10 respectively, of BOD in gokneung stream in kyonggido was 0.51, and of glucose and phosphate in pools on the stone in mt.jiri were 0.49 and 15.19 respectively.
The purpose of this study is to determine the difference of reduction in lactic acid of blood in the course of time 1)whoa applying the blood cleaning therapy during recovery after anaerobic exercise, 2)when applying the massage during recovery after anaerobic exercise, and 3)while taking a rest during recovery after anaerobic exercise, respectively. The subject of this study consists of 30 men who are divided into three groups such as group 1(n=10) for the blood cleaning therapy, group 2(n=10) for the massage and group 3(n=10) for rest. The blood-gathering was performed over four times ; during rest, immediately after unaerobic exercise, and at 10 and 15 minutes during recovery. The results were summarized as fellows. 1. There was reduction in lactic acid when applying the blood cleaning therapy during recovery after anaerobic exercise. And remarkable differences were shown from immediately after exercise to at 10 and 15 minutes during recovery(p<0.01 and p<0.001, respectively). 2. There was also reduction in lactic acid when applying the massage during recovery after anaerobic exercise. No difference wan shown from immediately after exercise to at 10 minutes during recovery. However a remarkable difference was shown from immediately after exercise to at 15 minutes during recovery(p<0.05). 3. The rest group which took a rest during recovery after anaerobic exercise did not show any difference from immediately after exercise to at 10 and 15 minutes during recovery.
These experiments were carried out to define the rest period of mulberry by treating growth regulators in Taegu, Korea. Results obtained were as follows: It was recognized that the depth of rest in Taegu, Korea, was not deeper than that in Tokyo and Kagoshima, Japan. The rest of mulberry was begun at the end of September, subsequently became deeper through the first October into the late October and then turned gradually into quiescence by the beginning of November. Buds sprayed by gibberellic acid ($GA_3$) 10ppm and urea 0.5% were promoted to sprout, while naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) 0.02% inhibited strongly bud sprouting and abscisic acid (ABA) 20ppm had no effect on the rest of mulberry. Gibberellic acid 10ppm enhanced the rate of green color of bud after incubation for 10 days at $30^{\circ}C$. By the portion of mulberry stems, the depth of rest was different that the middle buds were less dormant than those lower. The optimal time required for the mulberry winter bud break is 15 days incubation at $30^{\circ}C$ as treated with $GA_3$.
The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of three pelvic floor muscle (PFM) exercises on the thickness of PFM and transverse abdominal muscle (TrA), the internal oblique muscle, and the external oblique muscle. The PFM and trunk muscles were measured using ultrasonography in 4 conditions.rest, conventional PFM contraction (Ex A), PFM contraction with hip adductor contraction (Ex B), and PFM contraction with real-time ultrasound imaging (Ex C). The thickness of PFM in Ex C showed a significantly more decrease compared to rest and others (all comparisons, p<.05). The thickness of TrA in Ex C showed a significantly more increase compared to rest and others (all comparisons, p<.05). This study would recommend the use of PFM contraction with real-time ultrasonographic imaging to improve women's incontinence.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the variation in constituent element of blood between the massage group and non-massage group in the period of convalescence after giving intense physical exercise for ten T'ae-Kwondo martial artists. In the variations of red blood cells, white blood cells, hematocrit, hemoglobin and blood platelet, levels decreased during the rest time after physical exercise, but the subjects in the massage group showed lower tendency than the subjects in the non-massage group after physical exercise. The variation of calcium showed an ascension tendency in the massage group after physical exercise. Creatine phosphokinase was increased after physical exercise, but it showed a tendency of rapid decrease in the massage group. Lactic acid showed a variation increase after physical exercise. It showed a tendency of decrease during the rest time in the non-massage group, but it was increased after sports massage. The variation of blood glucose was increased after physical exercise. It was maintained in the massage group after physical exercise in contrast to the non-massage group whose levels decreased during the rest time.

This study aims at contributing to the restorative dentistry by examining results in the vertical load test of four different low invasive fixed partial dentures. Based on a hypothesis on the right upper first molar is missing, three units of FPDs were made for the second premolar and the second molar abutment. that is, twelve metal dies and FPDs were made for resin bonded FPD and Two Key Bridges and Human Bridge without occlusal rest and Human Bridge with occlusal rest. By using universal test machine, the numerical maximum value were recorded during the vertical load test of each FPDs after the bonding process treated by Maxcem which is resin cement. The failure process and its result of prosthesis were also observed. The maximum load was 7,295 N, 4,729 N, 2,190 N, 3,073 N from groups of resin bonded FPD, Two Key Bridge, Human Bridge without occlusal rest and Human Bridge with occlusal rest respectively. There was a statistical significance among the groups of resin bonded FPD, Two Key Bridge and Human Brides. However, there was no significant difference between Human Bridge without occlusal rest and Human Bridge with occlusal rest. Regarding the failure of prosthesis, the groups of Resin Bonded FPD and Two Key Bridge showed that one of the abutment teeth in the both side of retention part was highly failed earlier than the other one (83.2% and 66.6% respectively). While, Human Bridge without occlusal rest and Human Bridge with occlusal rest showed high percentage of failure in the abutment teeth in the both side of retention part at the same time (91.6% and 58.3% respectively). This study demonstrates that the group of Human Bridges has low resistance to the vertical loads of low invasive FPDs in comparison with the groups of resin bonded FPD and Two Key Bridge. Nevertheless, the maximum occlusal load of the restorative position, resistance to diverse restoration failure, amount of tooth reduction and patients' cooperation should be considered when they are applied in the clinic in order to choose an appropriate restoration for each patient.
The purpose of this study was to survey the effects of Karvonen exercise prescription in coronary artery disease patients reaching age-predicted maximal heart rates with the exercise stress test on hemodynamic responses and cardiorespiratory fitness. The subject group was comprised of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients, who were divided into the maximal heart rate (MHR) group that included those who completed the test with their heart rates reaching the number of 220-age and the maximal dyspnea (MD) group that included those who could not continue the test due to respiratory difficulty and were asked to stop the test. Both groups had the exercise stress test before and after the experiment. In the exercise stress test before the experiment, the exercise prescription intensity of Karvonen was set at the target heart rates of 50~85% with a six-week exercise monitoring arrangement. As a result, there were no interactive effects in rest heart rate (RHR) according to time and group, but interactive effects were observed in maximal heart rate (MHR) (P=0.000). Both rest systolic blood pressure (RSBP) and rest diastolic blood pressure (RDBP) had no interactive effects according to time and group. Maximal systolic blood pressure (MSBP) showed significant interactive effects according to time and group (P=0.017). Maximal diastolic blood pressure (MDBP) showed no interactive effects according to time and group, while maximal rate pressure product (MRPP) showed significant interactive effects according to time and group (P=0.003). Maximal time (MT) had no interactive effects according to time and group. $VO_{2max}$ and maximal metabolic equivalent (MMET) showed significant interactive effects according to time and group (P=0.000, P=0.002, respectively), whereas maximal respiratory exchange ratio (MRER) and maximal rating of perceived exertion (MRPE) showed no interactive effects according to time and group. The exercise test that was discontinued as the subjects reached the predicted maximal heart rates considering age did not reach the maximal exercise intensity and accordingly showed low exercise effects when applied to Karvonen exercise prescription intensity. That is, the test should keep going by monitoring cardiac events, MRER and MRPE until the heart rates exceed the predicted MHR by up to 10~12 even after the subject reaches the predicted MHR considering age in the exercise stress test.
