The objectives of this study were to examine how the consciousness of resource saving affects the resource-saving behaviors of urban employed wives and to induce their rational resource-saving behaviors by identifying related variables. This study also analyzed some correlations between the resource-saving consciousness and behaviors of urban employed wives to provide basic information for laying the foundations of a green growth culture. The subjects of this study were selected from among employed wives living in the urban areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The study was conducted from June 11 to August 7, 2011. A total of 620 questionnaires were collected, and 592 of them were used in the analysis. Data was analyzed via the SPSS 18.0 program to calculate frequencies, mean and standard variation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, hierarchical, and multiple regression analysis. A positive correlation was observed between the resource-saving consciousness and behaviors of urban employed wives. That is, their resource-saving behavior was higher their consciousness of resource saving was high. Furthermore, the most influential variables affecting the resource-saving behaviors of urban employed wives were: the subjects' job type, with specialist or office work; reference groups, such as family, relatives, and neighbors; and low levels of conspicuous consumption habits. Among the variables, the influence of reference groups had the highest explanatory power.
The purpose of this study is to examine the level and major influencing factors of pro-environmental consumer consciousness and resource-saving behavior of adolescents. The research was conducted in 2007 using a written questionnaire completed by 545 male and female high-school students who reside in Seoul and Kyunggi Province. The data was analyzed using statistical methods such as frequencies, percent, means, standard deviations, Crobach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS statistics program. Major findings were as follows. The higher level background parameters for pro-environmental consumption consciousness were students who were: male in higher grades; given a higher allowance of pocket money. Likewise, a higher degree of mutual communication within their family, mass communications' contact and environmental information also showed a higher level of pro-environmental consumer consciousness.
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between pro-environmental consumption consciousness and resource saving behavior of university students. This research has been conducted in 2005 through a written questionnaire with the students of a university in Seoul. After a preliminary research, the main research bas been executed in number of 616 copies. Therefore, it is very important to educate them for establishing the rational consciousness of consumption in order to improve their consumption behavior and skills, because the consciousness formed in this period leads to the propensity to consume when they become adults.
The purposes of this study were to review the effects of textiles production on the environment, and to investigate the environmental consciousness and environmental preservation behavior of textile producers. This study was conducted by reference analysis and empirical research. To develope theoretical framework of dimensions of environmental behavior, references concerned were analyzed. And for empirical study, researcher developed a questionnaire based on the free writing by producers and references. The questionnaire included problems about environmental consciousness, environmental behavior, demographic variables, and environmental variables. 135 questionnaires were used for final data analysis. ANOVA and factor analysis were used. The results were as follows: First, the level of global environmental problem consciousness was relatively high. The conscious level of water pollution caused by the waste water from textile mills was the highest, and that of desertation of mountain caused by timber cutting was the lowest. The effects of textile dyers and finishers on the environment were the highest, and that of designers were the lowest. Second, the results of reference analysis showed that the dimensions of textile producers environmental behavior were resource and energy saving, solid waste reduction, and green product production. And the results of empirical study were resource and energy saving, resource reuse or recycling, solid waste reduction, and green product production, and total variances was 62.3%. The practice was the lowest. Third, global environment problem consciousness, environment problem consciousness caused by the textile life-cycle concerned, and clothing seperate-collection or not at residing place were effective on environmental behavior, and 52.45% of environmental behavior was explained with above variables.
The purposes of this study were to deter-mine the dimensions of the housewives' cloth-ing behavior for the environmental protection and the identify the effective variables. The results of this study was intended to provide fundamental material for the establishment of clothing behavior guidelines for the environmental protection. This study was conducted by reference analysis and empirical study. To develop theoreti-cal framework study. The results of reference analy-sis showed that the dimensions of environmental protection bahavior were resource and energy saving, sold waste reduction, resource reuse or recycle, and green product purchase. The dimensions of housewives' clothing behavior for environmental protection were identified by use of self-administered questionnaires. The results of enpirical study showed that the dimensions of clothing behavior for the environmental protection wre clothing resource reuse or recycle, clothing management resource saving, clothing consumption resource saving, green product purchase, and clothing management resource saving was the highest and that of resource reuse or recycle was the lowest. Environmental consciousness, taking environmental education or not, residing place, clothing seperate-collectiong at residing place were effective variables on clothing behavior for environmental protection.
Consumers' interests in the environment have been growing; hence, their consciousness about the environment has changed and affected their clothing shopping behavior. Prior study indicated attitude-behavior inconsistency in eco-friendly consumer behavior. It was because consumers' consciousness or attitude was often measured at an abstract level, not at a product specific level. This study investigated eco-friendly clothing knowledge, eco-friendly clothing consciousness, and ecological clothing consumption behavior. The effects of consumers' level of clothing involvement and subjective norms in this process were also investigated. For the empirical research, a questionnaire was developed, and responses from 480 women in their 20s to 50s were statistically analyzed. Results indicated that interest and fashion consciousness dimensions of clothing involvement had a significant influence on eco-friendly clothing knowledge, which thereby significantly influenced the three factors of eco-friendly clothing consciousness: social responsibility, health orientation, and clothing resource-saving consciousness. Such factors had different roles in the clothing consumption process. Social responsibility had a significant influence on the entire process of clothing consumption: shopping, purchasing, using, and disposing behaviors. Health orientation consciousness had a significant influence on shopping and purchasing behaviors, whereas resource-saving consciousness had a significant impact only on shopping behavior. Subjective norms were significantly correlated with all aspects of the clothing consumption process. Influence on disposing behavior was relatively weaker than other aspects of clothing consumption behavior.
Generation MZ, a generic term for millennials and members of Generation Z, is an innovation-leading consumer group in the current market. This study aimed to examine the impact of the ethical consumption tendencies of millennials and Generation Z on the purchase intention of social enterprise fashion products. Data were collected from Generation MZ (15-40 years old) by quota sampling based on the demographic variables of gender, age, and region, respectively. Eight hundred responses were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and regressions using SPSS software. Three value factors (egoistic, altruistic, and biospheric) and three ethical consumption tendency factors (resource saving tendency, eco-friendly tendency, and consciousness of corporate responsibility) were determined by factor analyses. The results confirmed that women, who showed a higher ethical consumption tendency in all three factors, were more altruistic and biospheric than men. Furthermore, women portrayed a more favorable attitude and purchase intention towards fashion products of social enterprises. The results demonstrated that members of Generation Z were more altruistic and biospheric than millennials. Additionally, the attitude, purchase intention, and willingness to pay premium prices were higher in Generation Z members. It was confirmed that higher biospheric values correlated with greater values for the three ethical consumption tendency factors. The altruistic value affected both the resource saving tendency and eco-friendly trend, while the egoistic value had an effect on the resource saving tendency. Both attitude and purchase intention were positively influenced by all three of the ethical consumption tendency factors, and affected the willingness to pay premium prices. This was subsequently influenced by the resource saving tendency and consciousness of corporate responsibility. The results of this study contribute to understanding Generation MZ as a consumer group, and the establishment of marketing strategies for fashion companies.
This study focused on the development of a scale measuring the effect of consumer education. The purposes of this study were to develop a tool which could measure consumer knowledge, consumer attitudes and consumer behavior. Data were collected from 266 college students. Analysis was done using frequency, cross tabulation analysis, reliability test, principle components factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (Amos 5.0), and multiple regression analysis. The results from this study were as follows: 1) Nine consumer knowledge factors (23-items) were identified: consciousness of consumer education and evaluation, consumer rights and allowance management, methods of consumer education and consumer institutions, green energy and environmental consumption, essence and content of consumer education, consumer rights and consumer duty, critical consideration and consumer's damage salvation, buying minds and decision-making, independent consumers. Total variance was 58.4%. Cronbach's alpha for the nine factors ranged from .68-.79. 2) Five consumer attitude factors (26-items) were identified: green environmental consumption, consumer's role and rights, resources saving and consumer's damage salvation, consciousness of consumers, and right consumption. Total variance was 59.2%. Cronbach's alpha for the five factors ranged from .89-.94. 3) Seven consumer behavior factors (27-items) were identified: social role and rights of consumer and consumer movement, right buying and segregated garbage collection, green environmental consumption and resources saving, altruism and decision-making, allowance management and impulse buying, consumer's damage salvation, and consciousness of consumer. The total variance was 59.1%. Cronbach's alpha for the seven factors ranged from .77-.88. Finally, a scale measuring the effect of consumer education consisting of 76 items (consumer knowledge: 23 items (9 factors), consumer attitude: 26 items (5 factors), consumer behavior: 27 items (7 factors)) was constructed.

Thus, in order to maximize the utility of recycled aggregates, the present study examined the usability of recycled aggregates using both recycled coarse aggregates and recycled fine aggregates together and derived optimal quantity and mixture ratio in the combined use of the two types of recycled aggregate.
