Copula 함수를 이용한 HEMS 내 전력소비자의 부하 사용패턴 모델링 및 그 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Modeling of Users a Load Usage Pattern in Home Energy Management System Using a Copula Function and the Application)

  • This paper addresses the load usage scheduling in the HEMS for residential power consumers. The HEMS would lead the residential users to change their power usage, so as to minimize the cost in response to external information such as a time-varying electricity price, the outside temperature. However, there may be a consumer's inconvenience in the change of the power usage. In order to improve this, it is required to understand the pattern of load usage according to the external information. Therefore, this paper suggests a methodology to model the load usage pattern, which classifies home appliances according to external information affecting the load usage and models the usage pattern for each appliance based on a copula function representing the correlation between variables. The modeled pattern would be reflected as a constraint condition for an optimal load usage scheduling problem in HEMS. To explain an application of the methodology, a case study is performed on an electrical water heater (EWH) and an optimal load usage scheduling for EHW is performed based on the branch-and-bound method. From the case study, it is shown that the load usage pattern can contribute to an efficient power consumption.

남한강 수계에서 장기 이화학적 수질특성에 대한 토지이용도 및 계절성 강우의 영향 (Influence of Landuse Pattern and Seasonal Precipitation on the Long-term Physico-chemical Water Quality in Namhan River Watershed)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze long-term annual and seasonal trends of water chemistry on landuse patterns and seasonal precipitation using 72 sampling sites within Namhan River watershed during 2001-2010. Water quality, based on multi-parameters of water temperature(WT), dissolved oxygen(DO), biochemical oxygen demand(BOD), chemical oxygen demand(COD), suspended solids(SS), total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP), and electric conductivity(EC) varied largely depending on monsoon rain and landuse patterns such as forest, cropland, and residence. Concentrations of BOD and COD as an indicator for organic matter pollution, increased during summer monsoon season at the cropland and residential streams. Values of TN and TP were higher in residential streams than in the forest and cropland streams. In the meantime, DO values had weak relations to the landuse patterns of forest and cropland cover. Water quality was worst in cropland and residential streams, and also most degradated in 4th order streams. Overall, our results suggest that efficient water quality management is required in the cropland and residential landuse streams.

  • Among the various statistical factors for South Korea, the population has been steadily decreased by lower birthrate. Nevertheless, the number of household is constantly increasing amid population aging and single life style. In general, residential electricity use is more the result of the number of household than the population. Therefore, residential electricity consumption is expected to be far higher for decades to come. The existing long-term load forecasting, however, do not necessarily reflect the growth of single and two-member households. In this respect, this paper proposes the long-term load forecasting for residential users considering the effect of changes of the housing type, and in the case study the changes of the residential load pattern is analyzed for accurate long-term load forecasting.

  • Based on the detailed analysis of output characteristics of PV array and residential load usage pattern, a design method to calculate optimal battery capacity for stand-alone PV generation systems is proposed. And also, according to power flow Actual irradiation and temperature data are analyzed to compose a PV array simulator and also six representative home appliances are electrically modeled for load simulator, along with 24hours usage pattern. The surplus and insufficient power can be calculated from the proposed simulation platform, so that selection of an optimal battery capacity can be possible. The theoretical analysis and design process will be explained, along with informative simulation results.

대구시의 사회지역분석 (Analysis on Social Area of Taegu)

  • 본 연구는 대구시에 거주하며 경제적 사회적으로 안정된 지위에 있는 저명인사를 대상으로 사회지역 분석을 시도하였다. 이는 도시내의 불량주거 또는 저소득층의 주거에 관한 기존의 고찰과 더불어 의의가 있을 것이다. 대구에 거주하는 저명인사는 도심의 전통적인 주거지역인 구성곽(舊城郭)의 내외에 인접한 중구와 더불어, 토지구획정리사업이 진행된 지역중 수성구와 남구에 밀집되어 있다. 또한 쾌적한 주거환경을 위해 지정된 주거전용지역은 부유계층의 주거집단을 형성하면서 수성동, 만촌동, 대명동의 일부지역이 대구의 신흥 고급 주택지가 형성되는 계기가 된다. 오늘날 저명인사의 분포독성은 수성구에 가장 많이 거주하고, 남구, 중구의 순이다. 또 저명인사의 동별 절대수와 인구 1만명당 동별 분포 밀도가 상위 6위까지 모두 같은 동(범어4, 수성1가, 봉덕2, 대봉1, 봉덕3, 만촌2)들이 포함되어 있어 이들의 두 가지 순위는 대동소이한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 저명인사들이 특정지역에 밀집하여 거주하고 있다는 것을 나타내고 있다. 지난 10년간 변화특성은 저명인사의 기존밀집지역인 중구와 남구는 감소하고, 수성구에 현저한 증가를 보인다. 이것은 지난 10년간 이 지역에 꾸준히 추진된 택지개발과 학교 등 공공용지의 이전에 따른 고급아파트 지역의 형성의 영향도 크며, 교통, 생활 편익 시설의 상태외에 주거입지결정 인자로서 주요한 위치를 차지하는 소위 교육여건이 유리한 학군이 저명인사의 분포에도 상당한 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 이들 지역중에도 시간이 경과함에 따라 기존건축물의 노후화와 시가지의 외곽확대, 전원주택의 선호 경향 등 제반 여건의 변화에 따라 저명인사의 밀집현상은 다소 완화될 것이 전망된다.

Change Pattern of Residential Areas in Seoul: Based on Detached Houses Case Studies between 2000 and 2010

  • In South Korea, problems such as low fertility, aging population, and income polarization have recently become more serious. In this time of social change, it is necessary to examine the current changes occurring to residences in order to improve the stability and health of residential areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes of residential areas that occurred between 2000 and 2010 based on detached houses, which are the foundation of residential areas in Seoul. Changes in residential areas can be observed by examining changes in the type of housing and the characteristics of the residents. Since the type of housing and the characteristics of the residents change in the same area, it is necessary to study them together, not as individual elements. Census data is suitable for this purpose, because it can show the changes that have occurred to the housing type and the residents' characteristics within the neighborhood unit. Among the census output areas identified as residential areas based on detached houses, six sites were selected as the case study area based on the rate of change of detached houses. From the result of the case study using the census data, the study area was categorized into three regional types: (i) an urban development and redevelopment area; (ii) an area with a concentration or increasing number of detached houses; (iii) an area with an increasing number of multi-family houses based on detached houses.

  • With rapid urbanization, various problems have been occurred in the city. The most serious one is dwelling. The gap of income between the rich and the poor resulted in deteriorating the pattern of the house consume. In case of developing a bad residential area, this area is changed into a new residential area, but the dweller, who lived in the bad area, may move into the outskirts of the city. This means that a bad residential area is sprawled and spreading. Therefore. the rescue plan of the existing dweller according to urban redevelopment were suggested in this study.

타임라인데이터를 이용한 트위터 사용자의 거주 지역 유추방법 (Location Inference of Twitter Users using Timeline Data)

  • SNS사용자의 거주 지역을 유추하여 그들이 생성한 데이터에 거주위치를 부여하는 것은 위치희박(location sparsity)과 생태학적 오류문제로 인해 연구결과의 신뢰성이 떨어진다는 평가를 받아온 공간빅데이터 연구에 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 Tweet 사용자의 거주 지역을 유추하는 방법으로 사용자 타임라인데이터 속에서 찾아낸 일상생활활동패턴을 이용하는 방법을 고안하였다. 트윗 사용자의 일상생활활동패턴은 이동궤적과 사용자의 언어(text)에서 확인할 수 있었으며 전자를 활용한 모델을 일상이동패턴모델, 후자를 활용한 모델을 일상 활동장 모델이라 명명하고 각각 모델에 입력될 변수를 선정하였다. 자신의 거주 지역에서 가장 높은 빈도의 트윗 발생 여부와 가장 높은 빈도의 거주행정구역 표현 단어를 사용하는지 아닌지를 종속변수로 한 판별분석을 실시하여 모델을 작성하였으며 설명력은 일상 이동패턴모델, 일상 활동장 모델 각각 67.5%, 57.5%였다. 이 모델을 스트레스 관련 트윗을 작성한 사용자의 타임라인데이터로 구성된 테스트데이터에 입력해본 결과 전체 사용자 48,235명 중 5,301명의 거주 지역을 유추하였고 이를 활용하여 위치 부여된 스트레스 관련 트윗 9,606개를 확보하였다. 본 연구의 유추기법을 통해 기존 SNS데이터 분석연구에서 사용하는 데이터 수집 방법보다 44배 많은 위치 부여 트윗을 확보할 수 있었다. 본 연구방법론은 SNS데이터를 이용한 연구에서 위치 부여된 데이터를 확보하는데 활용 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 각종 지역통계와 상관관계파악을 통해 지역적 현상 분석에도 SNS데이터를 이용할 수 있는 가능성을 높일 것으로 판단된다.

공동주택 주거만족도의 체계적인 분류를 위한 이론적 연구 (A Study on Theoretical Approach for the Residential Satisfaction Index Based on the Apartment Housing)

  • The study aims to establish the systematic residential satisfaction index which reflected perception of high rise residents are demand on the Apartment housing. Apartment house is developed to reduce the housing shortage caused by urbanism after industrialization in Korea. It has increased constantly since the 1970s and has become the most common residential type of Korean city dwellers. It shows Korean dwelling pattern and culture. Furthermore, it can be an index of private wealth. The main purpose of the thesis is the highlight on systematic planning process for actual users' needs. In other words, city planners are eager to reflect each individual preference when he/she designs a house. More practical and accurate research in user's satisfaction of housing can be helpful to overcome limitations of city planner's personal preference which can't provide certain evidences. First, the study has carried out the survey of importance of design elements which were selected on the basis of the results of the POE, Residential Quality, Quality Of Life which were carried out for the same subject. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS 12+ program package in terms of frequency, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The results reveals that the Residential Satisfaction Index of Apartment housing are consisted of 8 factors which had been sorted out in factor analysis which can be interpreted to be closely related to the Physical, Social psychological and General environment.

수주지열정 지열원 열펌프 시스템의 집단주거시설 적용을 위한 기반 기술 분석 (A Study on the SCW Ground Source Heat Pump System Technologies for Residential Cluster Homes)

  • In this study, the technologies and regulations for distributing standing column well(SCW) ground source heat pump systems to the residential cluster homes were investigated. They have only been installed in the public or commercial building having different load pattern and site structure compared with the residential cluster homes. Some of SCWs for the residential cluster homes should be installed under the basement due to a lack of site area. There are pressure differences between the SCWs installed under ground surface and basement. It is needed to develop the technology or devices to prevent overflow caused by pressure difference among the SCWs. In addition, heat balance algorithm between SCWs should be adopted to maximize the system efficiency. A heat pump having heating, cooling, hot water, heating-hot water, and cooling-hot water modes should be developed for adopting an individual air-conditioning system to the residential cluster homes.
