Objective : The purpose of this study is to analyze non-medication interventions for self-injurious behavior of individuals with autism spectrum disorders, using a systematic review, and to provide evidence of appropriate services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders with self-injury behaviors in the clinical practice of occupational therapy. Methods : Using the electronic databases PubMed, Medline (ProQuest), DBpia, RISS, KISS, and NDSL, we searched for articles published in Korean and international journals from December 2004 to November 2018. The main search term were "Autism OR Autism Spectrum Disorder AND Therapy OR Treatment Or Intervention AND Self Injurious Behavior." Qualitative analysis was performed, and the results are presented in the PICO format. Results : A total of 12 articles were selected. The quality of the evidence was highest in level IV and level V. Single studies with an experimental design were the most common. Behavior therapy was the most common type of intervention. The next most common interventions were behavioral therapy, brain stimulation and control, and sensory integration therapy with behavioral therapy. The self-injury behaviors of individuals autism spectrum disorders were decreased, and was statistically significant. Conclusion : This study investigated the use of non-medication interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders who showed self-injury behavior. Future research should use higher-level designs, and investigate differences between various non-medication interventions.
This study aimed to develop designs for an early screening questionnaire for developmental disorders among children from multicultural families in the Republic of Korea, who are at an increased risk of developmental disorders due to cultural and language barriers. Research on early screening questionnaires for multicultural families is extremely scanty, unlike that on ordinary early detection tests designed for the same category of disorders. Worse still, there have been no attempts made at overcoming the limitations of language-based and intercultural communication that are endured by multicultural parents and social workers in the field. Given the challenges, this study confirmed through professional seminars the present status of early developmental disorder screening questionnaires and the necessity for developing specialized versions for multicultural children. Then the study identified the needs of the stakeholders by employing surveys and interviews, and obtained insights and core design elements. These preceding implementations led to the creation of an early developmental disorder screening questionnaire for multicultural families. The test kit incorporates the style of illustrations preferred by multicultural parents, as well as a system of language-specific interpretation services. Produced in a leaflet format, the questionnaire will be used at support centers for multicultural families and for disabled persons in each district for the practical purpose of early screening of developmental disorders among multicultural infants and preschool children.

This study aims to establish a foundation for autonomous driving on campus and communication of abundant university information in the HCI environment in a VR environment where college freshmen can freely travel around campus facilities. The purpose of this study is to develop a three-dimensional VR-style campus tour system to establish a media environment to provide abundant university information guidance services to freshmen in non-face-to-face situations. This study designed a three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system to solve the problem of discontinuity in which VR360 filming space does not lead to space like reality, and to solve many problems of expertise in VR technology by constructing an integrated production environment of tour system. We aim to solve the problem of inefficiency, which requires a large amount of momentum in virtual space, by constructing a GUI that utilizes the motion of the field of view focus. The campus environment was designed as a three-dimensional virtual reality using a three-dimensional graphic design. In non-face-to-face situations, college freshmen freely transformed the HMD VR device, smartphone, FPS operation mode of the gyroscope sensor. The design elements of the three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system were classified as ①Visualization of factual experiences, ②Continuity of space movement, ③Operation, automatic operation mode, ④Natural landscape animation, ⑤Animation according to wind direction, ⑥Actual space movement mode, ⑦Informatization of spatial understanding, ⑧GUI by experience environment, ⑨Text GUI by building, ⑩VR360, 3D360 Studio Environment, ⑪Three-dimensional virtual space coupling block module, ⑫3D360-3D Virtual Space Transmedia Zone, ⑬Transformable GUI(VR Device Dual Viewer-Gyro Sensor Full Viewer-FPS Operation Viewer) and an integrated production environment was established with each element. It is launched online (http://vautu.com/u1) by constructing a GUI for free driving mode and college information screens to adapt to college life for freshmen, and designing an environment that can be used simultaneously by current media such as PCs, Android, and iPads. Therefore, it conducted user research, held a development presentation, a forum on excellence in university innovation support projects, and applied it as a system on the website of a particular university. College freshmen will be able to experience university information directly from the web and app to the virtual reality campus environment.

Smartphone usage has become so common that it has reached 2 billion people in the last year. As a result of this, hospitals have started making use of smartphones at various medical sites and research services for patients. This study aimed to establish support for developing a long distance program for patients with implants who have difficulty visiting clinics or with busy modern lives, by using smartphones for oral hygiene management instruction. The data were collected for 12 weeks, from July 24 to October 21, 2015, for patients who agreed to participate in the study. Although the subjects found the process of transferring photos via smartphone to be cumbersome (75%), the satisfaction level of the oral hygiene management program was excellent for all participating patients, and they all wanted to continue with further management using this process. The results from the phone satisfaction survey showed that oral hygiene self-management after oral hygiene control training by smartphones was mostly equal to previous habits (87.5%) or had partially increased but had not decreased. The need for data on more varied age groups and the issues of protecting the security of personal information on smartphones require further study. However, our study confirmed the efficacy of using electronic media (smartphones) for oral hygiene management in patients with a dental implant due to their improvement of oral hygiene performance as evidenced by less bleeding from probing on post-program visit.

FinTech has been discussed as an important business area towards technology-driven financial innovation. The term fintech is a combination of finance and technology, which means ICT technology currently associated with all finance areas. The popularity of the fintech industry has significantly increased over time, with full investment and support for numerous startups. Therefore, both academia and practice tried to analyze the trend of the fintech area. Despite the fact, however, previous research has limitations in terms of collecting relevant databases for fintech and identifying proper application areas. In response, this study proposed a new method for analyzing the trend of Fintech fields by expanding Fintech's terminology and using network analysis and topic modeling. A new Fintech terminology list was created and a total of 18,341 patents were collected from USPTO for 10 years. The co-classification analysis and network analysis was conducted to identify the technological trends of patent classification. In addition, topic modeling was conducted to identify the trends of fintech in order to analyze the contents of fintech. This study is expected to help both managers and investors who want to be involved in technology-driven financial services seize new FinTech technology opportunities.

This study aimed to compare differences according to categories of fishery and marine environmental policies for the (estimated) amount of fishery waste generated by fishing, and to analyze the correlation between associated independent and dependent variables. The independent variables were divided into three dif erent sectors. The first sector included precautionary policies that observed eco-friendly fishing support program, institutional prevention activities, and physical barriers installation. The second sector with the current management policies included the relevant vessel operations, establishment of fishery order, fishery restructuring, and fishery ground clean-up. Thirdly, post-response policies comprised the litter purification from river to shoreline, the collection and removal of marine, sedimentary, and floating debris, purchasing salvaged debris generated while fishing, fishery waste disposal, and repairing damage caused by marine litter. The indicator used was the settlement amount by each program. The dependent variable was the estimated amount of fishery waste and the indicator was the sum of the loss of traps and gill nets and the loss of their appendages. According to the results of Kruskal-Wallis Test, the estimated amount of fishery waste was highest in the East Sea in terms of sea area and the highest in the Si(city) according to basic local municipality. The settlement amount related to the marine environment services was largest in the Gun(county). Further, there were significant differences between Gun(county) and the other regions(Si(city) and Gu(autonomous district)) with respect to most variables. The variables related to the estimated amount of fishery debris were the project purchasing salvaged debris generated while fishing and fishery waste disposal program in the post-response policies.
