토양 내 미세플라스틱의 축적경로 및 분석기법 연구 동향 (Research Trend on the Accumulation Routes of Microplastics in Soil and Their Analytical Methodologies)

  • 본 연구에서는 미세플라스틱의 토양 내 축적경로와 분포현황에 대해 살펴보고, 토양시료 내 미세플라스틱 분석기법을 요약 제시하였다. 토양으로부터 미세플라스틱을 분리해내는 밀도차 선별 및 방해물질 제거과정과 정성/정량분석 기법으로써 pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry, µ-Raman spectrometry, fourier transform infrared spectrometry와 microscope 방법의 기본원리 및 분석의 한계점에 대해 살펴보았다. 미세플라스틱 매개 유해물질(첨가제 및 흡착물질)의 분석을 위한 화학적 추출방법을 인체 경구 섭취경로에 대한 in vitro 생물학적접근성 평가법을 중심으로 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 토양 중 미세플라스틱 분석기법의 원리를 바탕으로 매질상태, 오염수준 및 시료수량 등을 고려한 합리적인 분석기법의 선정이 가능하리라 기대된다.

Agile Risk Mitigation Framework

  • Software organisations follow different methodologies for the development of software. The software development methodologies are mainly divided into two categories, including plan-driven and agile development. To attain project success, it is very significant to consider risk management during whole project. Agile development is considered risk-driven, but many risks are unreported at the industrial level. The risks can be divided into three categories, including (i) development risks, (ii) organisations risks, and (iii) people-oriented risks. This paper deals with Development risks specifically. Several risks related to development are faced by people working in the industry while dealing with agile development. Their management among the industry is a big issue, so this paper emphasises ARMF based on development-related risks by following agile development. This research work will help software organisations to prevent different project-related risks during agile development. The risks are elicited at two-level, (i) literature-based and (ii) IT industry based. A systematic literature review was performed for eliciting the agile risks from the literature. Detailed case studies and survey research methods were applied for eliciting risks from IT industry. Finally, we merged the agile development risks from literature with standard industrial risks. Hence, we established an agile risk mitigation framework ARMF based on agile development and present a groundwork established in light of empirical examination for extending it in future research.

식품 환경 오염 미세플라스틱의 인체 영향과 위해평가 동향 (Microplastics in foods: the hazardous characteristics and risk on human health)

  • Microplastics with a size of less than 5 mm have emerged as an important environmental and food safety issue, as they have been detected not only in marine but also in terrestrial ecosystem and drinking water. Although many studies have been conducted on the exposure of microplastics and the effects on human health, the lack of standardized experimental methods for microplastics has been reviewed as a major problem. In order to overcome this, European countries such as the Netherlands and Germany are conducting a project to develop detection methods for microplastics as well as to establish the risk assessment methodologies for microplastics. Being the microplastics suggested to have a substantially potential risk on human health, reliable risk assessments should be conducted considering the various sources of microplastics, chemical pollutants and biological factors. In addition, international standards and regulations should be applied.

Research on Entrepreneurial Leadership: Focusing on the Research of the Past 10 Year

  • Purpose: This study aims to clarify the concept of entrepreneurial leadership by reviewing the relevant existing studies, and to examine changes in entrepreneurial leadership research through review and statistical analysis on the articles published in Korean and international journals. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Among the papers published between 2010 and 2020, 8 Korean studies and 42 international studies (UK and US) that clearly identify entrepreneurial leadership as research topic were analyzed. Results: Examinations on the yearly trends, keywords, and research methods reveal that research on entrepreneurial leadership is increasing recently with the emphasis on the statistical analysis. Keyword analysis shows high frequency of team and innovation for domestic research, while overseas research focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and gender associated keywords. Conclusions: This study has confirmed that overseas studies employ various methodologies, focusing on statistical analysis and that the effect of entrepreneurial leadership are in progress. For domestic cases, studies on entrepreneurial leadership are limited in number. Research topics and methods are areas that need further improvements. Research on entrepreneurial leadership has recently begun, requiring diversity in the subjects and methods for future development

정성적 농촌경관평가 기법과 정책 활용 - 영국의 경관특성평가제도 사례분석을 통한 시사점 도출 - (A Study on Qualitative Landscape Character Assessment for Rural Areas and Its Environmental Policy Implementation)

  • While the significance and need of landscape assessment for rural area has been recognised, an appropriate method has not been established due to the lack of statutory ground and policy status in Korea. For that reason, current studies have been limited to dominantly amenity field survey in specific rural areas and stayed in academic. In particular, the majority of research on rural landscape amenity or character assessment methodologies so far has been attempted with quantitative processes. Such quantitative methods produced sometimes, heavily overlapped, conflicted, and not much meaningful characterisation and classification. Moreover, such results could not only have been reflected to policy implementation but provide vision for rural areas. Therefore, this study offers new facets for landscape character assessment methods through the lens of practitioners' qualitative survey methods and moreover, seek a policy implementation of newly developed methodologies. In order to carry out such analysis, the study employed a case study of England's Landscape Character Assessment and survey location was Gateshead Council, Northeast of England. The study suggests meaningful qualitative landscape character assessment method and review of its policy implementation.

  • 서론: 최근 임상 연구와 논문의 활성화 속에 높은 신뢰도를 보장하는 방법을 따르는 예들은 아직 많지 않다. 이에 연구의 편향을 최소화하는 무작위 추출의 개념과 바른 방법에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 최근까지 발표된 무작위 추출에 대한 문헌 고찰을 통해 무작위 추출의 기본 개념 및 필요성을 정리하고 바른 무작위 추출을 위한 조건 및 무작위 추출의 종류별 방법들(단순 무작위 추출, 순열화 블록 무작위추출, 계층화)에 대해 살펴 보았다. 결과 및 결론: 무작위 추출은 임상 연구에서 편향을 줄이고 통계적 검사를 이용한 자료 분석의 보장된 유효성을 제공한다. 이렇듯 보다 신뢰도 높은 연구 결과를 도출해 낼 수 있는 방법인 무작위 추출에 대한 개념 재정립 및 바른 무작위 추출 방법의 제안은 연구자들에게 꼭 필요한 과정이라 할 수 있겠다.

콘코리트 성분분석을 위한 비파괴분석방법 (Non-destructive Inspection Methods for Componential Analysis of Concrete)

  • Many non-destructive inspection methods have recently been developed for concrete structures. However, these methods can obtain only physical information of concrete, such as crack depth, delamination or position of reinforcement etc. near its surface. If chemical information is required, sampling and componential analyses may be earned out. Non-destructive method that can detect deterioration factors such as carbonation, chloride content or sulfate attack would be an outstanding innovation in inspection methodologies. In this research, near-infrared spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence analysis were applied for componential analysis for concrete. These methods are very effective compared to traditional methods, therefore, working efficiency and maintenance cost will be improved.

조직의 직무만족에 관한 연구관점 (The research perspectives of job satisfaction in organization)

  • It is revealed that there is still considerable interest in job satisfaction and that a growing number of methods are being used to study satisfaction. In particular I reviewed studies using methodologies such as interviews, questionnaires, and diary studies. Overall. my review suggests that working roles change for individuals and theoretical perspectives fade or rise for scholars, the experience of job satisfaction continues to play a central role in understanding life at work.

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to review the nurse demand forecasting methods in empirical studies published during 1991~2014 and suggest ideas to improve the validity in nurse demand forecasting. Methods: Previous studies on nurse demand forecasting methodology were categorized into four groups: time series analysis, top-down approach of workforce requirement, bottom-up approach of workforce requirement, and labor market analysis. Major methodological properties of each group were summarized and compared. Results: Time series analysis and top-down approach were the most frequently used forecasting methodologies. Conclusion: To improve decision-making in nursing workforce planning, stakeholders should consider a variety of demand forecasting methods and appraise the validity of forecasting nurse demand.

  • For planning and developing rural regions, it is very important to understand and utilize regional characteristics including social, demographic, and economic aspects. The purpose of this study is to find effective analysis techniques and provide a procedure design for mining regional characteristics in South Korea through reviewing and analyzing 41 related studies. The engaged research methods can be classified into five categories (PCA+CA, PCA, CA, GIS, and PCA+GIS) with the combination of three methodologies: principal component analysis (PCA), cluster analysis (CA), and geographical information system (GIS). The combination of PCA and CA occupied about 40 % of research methods used in related studies. The analysis tool of Korean Rural Information Supporting System (KRISS) is designed based on the outcomes of this study and applied to classify the regional capacity of agriculture using agricultural census data (2000) for evaluating its applicability.
