유아의 서술적 표상에 나타난 어머니상과 유아의 자아개념과의 관계 (The Relationship Between Young Children's Narrative Representations of Mothers and Their self-concept)

  • This study investigated the relationship between young children's narrative representation of mother and their self-concept. Subjects were 120 children of 5 years 01d(60 boys and 60 girls) at three nursery centers located in Daejon city. The children's narrative representation of their mother was examined using the tool of Ryu & Lee(200l) based upon MSSB made by Bretherton et al(1990). And the children's self-concept was examined using the tool of Lim(1995) based upon 'I feel${\cdots}$Me feel' made by Bently & Yeatts(1974). The data were analysed by frequency, two independent t-test and Pearson's correlation with SPSS program. The young children's narrative representation of mother was positive. And there were significant correlations between the young children's narrative representations of mothers and their self-concept.

포물선의 동적 표현과 마이크로월드 (Dynamic Representations of Parabolas in a Microworld)

  • In this paper, we discuss two representations of a curve. One is a static representation as set of points, the other is a dynamic representation using time parameter. And we suggest needs of designing a computer microword where we can represent a curve both statically and dynamically. We also emphasize the importance of translation activity from a static representation to a dynamic representation. For this purpose, we first consider constructionism and 'computers and mathematics education' as a theoretical backgrounds. We focus the curve of a parabola in this paper since this is common in mathematics curriculum and is related to realistic situation such as throwing ball. And we survey the mathematics curriculum about parabola representation. And we introduce JavaMAL microworld that is integrated microworld between LOGO and DGS. In this microworld, we represent a parabola using a dynamic action, and connect this dynamic parabola action to recursive patterns. Finally, we remake a parabola for a realistic situation using this dynamic representation. And we discuss the educational meaning of dynamic representation and its computer microworld.

Rao-Blackwellized 파티클 필터를 이용한 이동로봇의 위치 및 환경 인식 결과 도출 (Result Representation of Rao-Blackwellized Particle Filter for Mobile Robot SLAM)

  • Recently, simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) approaches employing Rao-Blackwellized particle filter (RBPF) have shown good results. However, no research is conducted to analyze the result representation of SLAM using RBPF (RBPF-SLAM) when particle diversity is preserved. After finishing the particle filtering, the results such as a map and a path are stored in the separate particles. Thus, we propose several result representations and provide the analysis of the representations. For the analysis, estimation errors and their variances, and consistency of RBPF-SLAM are dealt in this study. According to the simulation results, combining data of each particle provides the better result with high probability than using just data of a particle such as the highest weighted particle representation.
