The problem of system reliability is very important issue in the digitalized nuclear power plant, because the failure of its system brings about extravagant economic loss, environment destruction, and fatal damage of human. Therefore the purpose of this study has developed the reliability evaluation model through the scoring model by the quantitative and qualitative factors in order to justify the evaluation considering the advanced safety factors in the Advanced Pressurized water Reactor 1400MWe(APR 1400MWe) under uncertainty. Especially, the qualitative factors considering the human, information control, and quality factors for the systematic and rational justification have been closely analyzed. The proposed model can be simply applied in real fields in order to minimize the industrial accidents in the digitalized nuclear power plant.

Level II AFDA and Level III MCS reliability models are applied to analyze the stability of armor units on trading and coastal harbors in Korea. Hudson's formula and Van der Meer's formula are used in this reliability analysis. Also, probability density functions of reliability index and probability of failure are derived by the additional analysis. In addition, the partial safety factors of all harbors related to armor units can be straightforwardly evaluated by the inverse-reliability method. The upper and lower limits and average level of partial safety factors can be statistically investigated with the results of all cases applied in this paper. Therefore, it may be possible to design armor units of new breakwaters including the uncertainty of random variable and target level by using the present results.

In this paper the failure possibility and the error possibility are used to represent reliability of a technical component and that of a human operator, respectively. The failure possibility and the error possibility are fuzzy sets on the interval [0,1]. In a man-machine system, reliability of the technical component and that of the human operator are usually affected by many factors, e.g., the environment in which a machine is operated, psychological stress of the human operator, etc. The possibility is derived from not only the failure or the error rate but also estimates of these factors. The fuzzy reasoning plays an important role in the derivation. The reliability analysis is performed by the use of the possibility obtained by the present method. Moreover this paper discusses the sensitivity analysis which evaluates what extent the change of the estimation of each factor has an influence on reliability of a man-machine system. The important factors to be ameliorated are shown through the sensitivity analysis.

This paper gives the reliability equivalence factors of a parallel system with n independent and non-identical components. It is assumed here that, the failure rates of the system's components are constants. We used three different methods to improve the system given. Two reliability characteristics (the mean time to failure and the reliability function) are used to perform the system improvement. For this purpose, the reliability functions and the mean times to failures of the original and improved systems are obtained. The results given in this paper generalize the results given in the literatures by setting n = 1, 2. An illustrative numerical example is presented to compare the different reliability factors obtained.

Several studies have investigated the success of ASP(Application Service Provider) from various perspectives. This study, thus, investigated factors affecting ASP effectiveness in various literature relevant ASP and outsourcing. By applying the basic ideas of the IS success model, this study proposes a research model of the factors affecting the success of ASP, in term of internal factors(Top Management Involvement, User Participation, IS Maturity) and external factors(Transaction Reliability, Service Reliability, System Trust Security). The proposed model is expected to help both researchers and practitioners extend their understanding of the success factors of the ASP effectiveness.

Cost estimates are very important to their decision-making in the early stages of a construction project. So Clients have wanted not only to know the results of conceptual cost estimates but also to assess their quality Conceptual cost estimates process is very complex process, so the results of cost estimates are influenced by various factors. So the purpose of this study is to reveal the key factors which influence the reliability of conceptual cost estimates in building construction projects. The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the relative important weights of elements influencing the conceptual cost estimates. And factor analysis is used to reveal the key factors from the elements that influence the conceptual cost estimates. The results showed that the key factors is an experience level, available data level, level of will for winning the bid, difficulty level of conceptual cost estimate, uncertainty level.

In the case of incumbent training, unlike training for the unemployed, it is difficult to show the results of training. In this study, factors affecting the performance of vocational competency development training were selected and the main factors were derived. Data were collected through Focus Group Interview(FGI), and regression analysis was performed through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result, empathy, training participation type, reliability, working experience, and training operation type were derived as factors affecting job satisfaction. did. Confidence and training participation patterns were derived as factors affecting training satisfaction, and the results showed that the larger the variable, the more positive it was. Therefore, as factors affecting the vocational competency development training performance, there are empathy, training participation type, reliability, work experience, training operation type, certainty, and training participation type. It was confirmed that the results had an effect.

소파블록 피복제 제체의 한계상태설계법 개발을 위해 하중저항계수 보정을 수행하였다. 실제 시공된 소파블록 피복제 제체의 설계자료를 분석하여 신뢰성해석을 수행하였으며 목표신뢰성지수에 따른 부분안전계수와 하중, 저항계수를 차례로 산정하였다. 최적화기법을 통해 한계상태설계법 개발을 위한 하중계수와 저항계수를 도출하였다. 최종 하중저항계수를 이용하여 방파제를 재설계하였으며 목표수준의 신뢰성지수를 상회하는지 검증하였다. 해외기준의 하중저항계수와 본 연구에서 구한 하중저항계수를 비교하였다.

Purpose : This study was conducted to confirm the correlation between team sharing spirit, team effectiveness, team cohesion, team reliability, and turnover intention of hospital nurses and to identify the influence factors affecting the turnover intention of hospital nurses. Methods : The sample for this study consisted of 200 nurses from four general hospitals of less than 500 beds located in J city. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson Correlation and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. Results : Factors influencing nurse turnover intentions included satisfaction with nursing position (β=.274), team reliability (β=-.250), satisfaction with department (β=-.178), and career (β=.149) in order, and these influence factors accounted for 32.1 % of nurses' turnover intentions. Conclusion : Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to consider ways to reduce the turnover intention of nurses by devising strategies to increase the factors of satisfaction with nursing positions, team reliability, and satisfaction with department by making good use of the resources of the medical institution. It is suggested to conduct repeated studies of nurses working in various clinical sites and further studies applying various outcome variables in the future.

Background: The hospital accreditation program in Korea has been conducted since 2011 in order to improve patient safety and healthcare service quality. This study was conducted to find factors associated with satisfaction as surveyor and reliability of surveyors in hospital accreditation program. Methods: This study was performed targeting 217 responded to the survey among 412 surveyors who had participated in the accreditation survey for acute care hospitals from December 2010 to February 2014. Results: The average number of survey per surveyor is 2.35. We divided surveyors into those who participated in the survey more than 3 times and less than 3 times in order to judge the professionalism of surveyors according to the number of survey participation. Those factors that have an influence on the satisfaction as surveyors include: activity period as surveyor, role in the survey team, experience of survey in other fields, experience as consultant and the useful education and proper composition of survey team (p<0.05). Those factors that have an influence on the reliability for fellow surveyors include: number of beds of hospitals they belong, experience of survey in other fields, useful education, proper composition of survey team and difficulty in leadership interview (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is important to provide useful education and proper composition of survey team to increase the satisfaction as surveyors and the reliability for fellow surveyors.
