직무스트레스 반응이 인적과오에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Job Stress Responses on Human Error)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and human error, and the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error in maintenance personnel. Based on the responses from 450 maintenance personnels, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.

대형할인점(大形割引店)에서의 패션 제품(製品) CRM에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(제2보)(第2報) - 연령대(年齡代)의 차이(差異)를 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on CRM in Discount Store of Fashion Product (2) - Focus on Customer's Age -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship structure in discount store focusing on age. Subjects for this study were 360 customers who had purchased fashion products in discount stores. For date analysis, $x^2$-test and regression analysis were used. As the result, when comparing groups by the age, women in their 20s, 30s and 40s had 'relationship maintenance intention' through satisfaction, trust and commitment. In the case of women in their 20s group, the information, reputation, product salesperson and price variables had the effects on satisfaction. The information, location, salesperson variable had direct effect on relationship maintenance. In the case of women in their 30s group, the benefits, information, reputation and price variables had the effects on satisfaction. And the information, salesperson variable had direct effect on relationship maintenance. In the case of women in their 40s group, the information, location and price variables had the effects on satisfaction. The reputation variable had direct effect on relationship maintenance. Based on these results, fashion marketing strategies of discount store would be suggested.

TV 홈쇼핑에서의 패션제품 CRM에 관한 연구(제1보) (A Study on CRM in TV Home Shopping (Part 1))

  • The purpose of this study was to examine which variables affect customer relationship management in TV home shopping. Three hundred customers who had purchased fashion products in TV home shopping had participated in this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and path analysis using SPSS program. As the result, 'service', 'information', 'contents', 'reputation', and 'benefits' variables had the effects on 'trust': especially, 'service' had the major effects on 'trust' The 'trust' and 'security' had the effects on 'commitment'. The 'price' variable had only effect on relationship maintenance. Also, 'trust' and 'commitment' had the 'relationship maintenance' Specifically 'commitment' had higher effect on relationship maintenance than 'trust' did. The results of this study would provide CRM marketing strategy for fashion marketers of TV home shopping.

A total of 360 participants who had purchased fashion products in discount store were used in this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS program. As the result, benefits, information, reputation, product, location, salesperson and price factor were extracted. The price, information, reputation, product and location variables had the effects on satisfaction, especially, price had the major effects on satisfaction. The satisfaction, information, salesperson, price and location had the effects on trust. The satisfaction, trust, information, benefits and product had the effects on commitment. The reputation variable had direct effect on relationship maintenance. Also, satisfaction, trust and commitment had the effects on relationship maintenance. Specifically commitment had higher effect on relationship maintenance than satisfaction and trust did. The results of this study would provide CRM marketing strategy for fashion marketers of discount store.

Finding Naval Ship Maintenance Expertise Through Text Mining and SNA

  • Because military weapons systems for special purposes are small and complex, they are not easy to maintain. Therefore, it is very important to maintain combat strength through quick maintenance in the event of a breakdown. In particular, naval ships are complex weapon systems equipped with various equipment, so other equipment must be considered for maintenance in the event of equipment failure, so that skilled maintenance personnel have a great influence on rapid maintenance. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed maintenance data of defense equipment maintenance information system through text mining and social network analysis(SNA), and tried to identify the naval ship maintenance expertise. The defense equipment maintenance information system is a system that manages military equipment efficiently. In this study, the data(2,538cases) of some naval ship maintenance teams were analyzed. In detail, we examined the contents of main maintenance and maintenance personnel through text mining(word cloud, word network). Next, social network analysis(collaboration analysis, centrality analysis) was used to confirm the collaboration relationship between maintenance personnel and maintenance expertise. Finally, we compare the results of text mining and social network analysis(SNA) to find out appropriate methods for finding and finding naval ship maintenance expertise.

수치실험을 통한 스트레스 감소 예방보수모형의 고찰 (Numerical Experiments for the Stress-Reducing Preventive Maintenance Model)

  • This paper investigates the stress-reducing preventive maintenance model through numerical experiments. The preventive maintenance model is used to analyze the relationship between related conditions and variables to gain insight into the efficient operation of the system when performing preventive maintenance in real-world situations. Various preventive maintenance models have been developed over the past decades and their complexity has increased in recent years. Increasing complexity is essential to reflect reality, but recent models can only be interpreted through numerical experiments. The stress-reducing preventive maintenance is a newly introduced preventive maintenance concept and can only be interpreted numerically due to its complexity, and has received little attention because the concept is unfamiliar. Therefore, for information purposes, this paper investigates the characteristics of the stress-reducing preventive maintenance and the relationship between parameters and variables through numerical experiments. In particular, this paper is focusing on the economic feasibility of stress-reducing preventive maintenance by observing changes in the optimal preventive maintenance period in response to changes in environmental stress and the improvement factor. As a result, when either the environmental stress or the improve effect of stress-reducing preventive maintenance is low, it is not necessary to carry out the stress-reducing preventive maintenance at excessive cost. In addition, it was found that the age reduction model is more economical than the failure rate reduction model.

프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도 재검증 (Reexamination of Coach-Athlete Relationship Maintenance Scale in Pro Baseball)

  • 본 연구는 Rhind & Jowett(2012)이 개발한 코치-선수관계 유지 척도(CARM-Q)를 국내 프로 스포츠 상황에서 활용될 수 있도록 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도를 재검증하는 것이다. 1차 예비조사는 2014년 국내 프로야구 1군에 등록된 프로야구 코치(29명)와 선수(103명) 총 132명을 대상으로 코치-선수관계 유지에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 최대우도추정법을 사용하여 잠재적 기본구조를 확인하였다. 코치-선수관계 유지 척도의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 최종 273명(코치 62명과 선수 211명)을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 16.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석(EFA), 확인적 요인분석(CFA), 내적일관성, 검사-재검사 신뢰도 분석 그리고 상관관계 분석을 통해 6요인 25문항 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도가 완성되었다. 분석결과 6요인으로 구성된 한국형 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도가 재검증되었다. 전반적으로 본 연구에서 확인된 프로야구 코치-선수관계 유지 척도를 다 집단 분석을 통해 드림과 나눔 팀, 또는 1군과 2군 간 경로의 차이를 비교하여 결과를 제공해 보는 것도 의미가 있을 것이다.

유아-교사 관계의 잠재프로파일 집단이 유아의 또래 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 관한 종단 연구 (Longitudinal Study of Child-Teacher Relationship and Peer Interactions Based on Latent Profile Analysis)

  • This study clarified the maintenance of relationship between children and teachers based on longitudinal data and explored the latent classes. It clarified the latent classes connection with the children's peer play interaction. The subjects of this study were 194 children (aged 3) who attended 11 different kindergartens and daycare centers. We collected data three times (once every 6 months) until they reached age 4. The results of this study were: first, closeness, conflict, and dependence of child-teacher relationship that showed a continuous short-term connection. Second, we classified the child-teacher relationship into three groups according to longitudinal data. Those groups were, 'low level maintenance group' which had the lowest conflict and dependence compared to the highest closeness with teacher, 'middle level maintenance group' which had the teacher relationship in the middle level of the sub element area, and 'high level maintenance group' which showed high conflict and dependence compared to low closeness with the teacher. Third, the group which maintains a longitudinal high conflict.dependence showed more interruption and disruption behavior than the group which maintained a low conflict and dependence. In conclusion, the child-teacher relationship seemed to be the steady characteristic because it showed the early formation of a stable relationship. It was possible to predict the child's peer interaction through an early child-teacher relationship. Teachers need to be educated by the kindergarten and daily care center because the early formation of a child-teacher relationship can be the foundation of child's later peer and teacher relationships.

영재아동과 일반아동의 또래관계성향 및 관계유지노력과 학교생활적응 간의 관계 (The Relationship Among Peer Relation Disposition, Relationship Maintenance effort and School Adjustment of Gifted students and Non-Gifted students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 영재아동과 일반아동이 또래관계성향, 관계유지노력 학교생활적응에서 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 알아보고, 또래관계유형에 따라 일반아동과 영재아동이 학교생활에 어떻게 적응하는지 분석하여 영재아동의 긍정적인 또래관계성향과 학교생활적응에 도움을 줄 수 있는 방향을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재한 5개의 초등학교 4학년, 6학년 재학생 중 단위학교 영재학급 아동 175명, 일반아동 179명을 대상으로 또래관계성향, 관계유지노력, 학교생활적응검사를 실시하여 각 변인들 간의 차이, 상관, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 군집분석에 따라 또래관계유형을 제안하여 각 유형에 따른 영재아동과 일반아동의 학교생활적응을 알아보았다. 연구결과 영재아동은 일반아동에 비해 긍정적인 또래관계성향을 가지고 있고 또래관계를 유지하기 위해 보다 노력하고 있으며 학교생활에 더 잘 적응하고 있었다. 또래관계성향 및 관계유지노력과 학교생활적응은 서로 유의미한 상관을 보였으며 학교생활적응에 가장 설명력이 있는 변인이 일반아동은 독립적 책임감적 또래관계성향, 영재아동은 동정적 수용적 또래관계성향인 것으로 나타났다. 또래관계성향과 관계유지노력을 변인으로 하여 군집분석을 실시한 결과 4개의 군집이 제안되었고 각 군집의 성격에 따라 또래관계유형을 명명하였으며 군집유형에 따라 학교생활적응이 다르게 나타남을 확인하였다. 연구결과에 따른 본 연구의 의의와 실용적 함의 및 한계에 대해 논의하고, 후속 연구에 대한 제안을 기술하였다.

Constraint and Dedication based Motivations on Use Continuance for a Web Portal Site

  • Most of the IS continuance research has assumed that IS use is activated by an intention to use, which in turn is determined by the evaluation of IS usage. Perceived usefulness is one of the evaluation variables most widely used. Typically, the past studies adopt this perceived usefulness because it views continuance as an extension of acceptance behavior. However, the literature on interpersonal relationships suggests that individuals are motivated to maintain relationships either because they genuinely want to or they believe they have no other option. The former is referred to as dedication-based relationship maintenance and the latter as constraint-based relationship maintenance. The IS continuance can be considered as the relationship maintenance situation with the existing IS that the user is currently using. The belief constructs previously used in IS continuance researches fall into the category of dedication-based ones. Additional constraint-based belief constructs are needed to explain the IS continuance behavior. In this regard, switching cost represents an important avenue for better understanding and predicting customer retention in that it can be regarded as the constraint-based motivation for relationship maintenance or IS use continuance. For an empirical exploration, 275 samples were collected from the users of a web portal site. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) shows that perceived usefulness shows a significant direct effect on continuance intention while perceived switching cost significantly affects continuance usage.
