The objective of the study is to develop a variety of different indices based upon the detailed data obtained through the computer input/analysis program developed recently. Through this new program, all the activities of players can be recorded on a real time basis and they can be analyzed statistically with different types of outputs. Therefore in this research, with the help of the database program, we will develop the indices for teamwork, goal making ability, offense/defense ability, individual player's contribution to the game, and various game related performances.

Tetrapeptide FMRFamide, originally isolated and then characterized from the mollusc (Clam) Macrocallista, had been demonstrated to have action as a cardioexcitatory agent. During the next two decades since its discover, neuropeptide FMRFamide and a large family of related peptides have been shown to exist in the central nervous system and gut of a wide variety of invertebrates and vertebrates including insect species. Since the time of Euler, the dilogarithm and polylogarithm functions have been studied by many mathematicians who used various notations for the dilogarithm function $Li_2(z)$. These functions are related to many other mathematical functions and have a variety of application. The main objective of this paper is to present corrected versions of two equivalent factorization formulas involving the Legendre's Chi-function $\chi_2$ and an evaluation of a class of integrals which is useful to evaluate some integrals associated with the dilogarithm function.

Zellner(1994) introduced the notion of a balanced loss function in the context of a general liner model to reflect both goodness of fit and precision of estimation. We study the perspective of unifying a variety of results both frequentist and Bayesian from Poisson distributions. We show that frequentist and Bayesian results for balanced loss follow from and also imply related results for quadratic loss functions reflecting only precision of estimation. Several examples are given for Poisson distribution.

Human physical activity to lead daily life is performed by a variety of muscular activity strategies. These strategies can be influenced by characteristics, difficulty and muscle fatigue of work. Therefore this study examines muscular strengths (grip and back strength) of workers engaged in electronics industry in Korea, compares them to mean value of muscular strength by sex and age, accumulates related data and then aims to develop improvement methods of working environment and prevention/management program.

Genome-wide association (GWA) studies are the method of choice for discovering loci associated with common diseases. More than a thousand GWA studies have reported successful identification of statistically significant association signals in human genomes for a variety of complex diseases. In this review, I discuss some of the issues related to the future of GWA studies and their biomedical applications.

Because of the ever increasing demands of consumers for a greater choice of product models, manufacturers are forced to produce a wider variety of models. Therefore, more and more assembly lines are being converted to handle the larger number. As the complexity in achieving an efficient mixed model assembly line is related to the degree of likeness between models on the line. To measure likeness between two or more models an method was developed in this study, which is based on the association of work element and their processing times on each model for mixed model assembly line.

Pattern recognition techniques have been applied for the extraction of some regularities of water samples under a wide variety of locations related to Han-River. For that purpose, an eigenvector analysis has been applied for defining each class so as to use the class as a training set for class analogy model of SIMCA. The models thus obtained have been used for the allocation of test samples between groups.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of a growth retardant, Paclobutrazol on the growth, yield and its components. and physiological traits in peanut cv. Saeddle (early variety) and Nampung (medium variety). The results are summarized as follows : Main stem and branch length of both varieties were remarkably retarded at early growth stage application, but the retardation effect was reduced at late growth stage application. Number of branches was increased remarkably by treating 60ppm at 20days after seedling (DAS) in early variety. Lodging ill medium variety was not observed through growth period when 120ppm of Paclobutrazol was applied while lodging was not appeared between 40 DAS and 80 DAS in early variety. The numbers of riped pods in early variety was increased when application of 120ppm at 40 DAS was made while it was increased as application of 120ppm at 90 DAS in the medium variety. Cercospora leaf spot was reduced by spraying at 40 or 50 DAS regardless of concentration and varieties. Chlorophyll content and photosynthetic activity increased when paclobutrazol was applied during 40-60 DAS in early variety while these were observed at 90 DAS in medium variety. Seed weight tended to increase as paclobutrazol application was delayed. The ratio of pods to seeds was higher at 60ppm-40 DAS in early variety while it was higher at 120ppm-90 DAS in medium variety.

This thesis in the social welfare-related institutions in the Seoul area, art therapy and the therapist based on the status of welfare-related agencies in the community of art therapy is to present possibilities and challenges. Research results presented by Health and Welfare, where seven of the 14 kinds of social welfare facilities, participate in the survey and the target organ, 45.1% of art therapy's role in social welfare-related institutions and gradually establish the location was the result. Art therapy is to conduct the current difficulties in institutions about the environmental factors related to a professional therapist and art therapist in the therapist's expansion as a major research and maintenance was network. Welfare-related agencies and community relationships we maintain mutual relationship, and are formed within the community have an effect on consciousness and collectivization. To provide the opportunity which realize the value in the art therapy by applying more to expand the variety of professional method. First, secure the facility of art therapy environment and the therapists. Second, if the art therapy association secures the integrated system, it makes a connection with professional therapists to improve recruitment environment in the art therapy community and therapists need to be addressed by all involved is a challenge. Third, a therapist for the duration of training in order to access a variety of academic and clinical research is the importance of the process of learning the training and supervision is to discuss the issue.
