공공병원 건강검진센터의 공간과 면적구성에 관한 건축계획 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of the Space and Area Composition of Health Examination Center in Regional Public Hospitals)

  • Purpose: Health examination centers of regional public hospitals are essential facilities for strengthening preventive medical services in local communities. This study is to organize architectural planning data related to function, space, and area composition of health examination center by the size of the regional public hospitals. Methods: The literature review on the function and spatial composition of the health examination center and the drawings of the regional public hospitals were analyzed. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into several points. 1) The function of the health examination center consists of a diagnostic area, patient area, and staff area based on general examination and comprehensive examination. 2) The type of spatial composition of the 300-bed public hospital examination center is a spatial linkage type with examination rooms of the other departments where general examination and comprehensive examination are undifferentiated. 3) The examination center of public hospitals with 500 beds or more is composed of an independent space-separated type with self-installed examination rooms, and general examination and comprehensive examination are divided. 4) The examination center of public hospitals with 300 beds around, the diagnostic area occupies most of the total area, around 80%, but in public hospitals with 500 beds or more, the proportion of diagnostic area drops to 50-60%, and patient area increases to 30-40%. Implications: The examination center planning of public hospitals requires an architectural planning approach to the function and spatial composition according to the size of the hospital.

국토계획과 환경계획 통합관리 지표의 적용을 통한 통합관리 현황 평가 (Assessment of National and Regional Plans Using Integrated Management Index of Korea National Planning and Environmental Planning for Present Status Evaluation)

  • Integrated management of Korea national and environmental planing for sustainable development is suggested, and basic research is needed. In this study, national and regional plans were assessed using 'integrated management index of Korea national planning and environmental planning' to grasp the current status of integrated management on Korea national planning and environmental planning. As a result of the assessment, it was found that both national and regional plans need to improve considering the natural ecology part and water resource and quality part. In addition, it was derived that the detailed contents of the indicator can not be reflected according to the characteristics in the higher-level plan. Therefore, it has been found necessary to include proclamatory contents so as to be able to establish a detailed plan that reflects environmental goals in the lower-level plan.

현대 공동주거 계획에 나타난 한국 전통성 표현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expression of Korean Traditional Characteristics in Contemporary Multi-housing Planning)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how Korean traditional characteristics(traditionality) are reflected in contemporary multi-housing planning since 1997 and to draw its typical way of expression. Through this study, the following conclusions have been reached; The First, Socio-cultural characteristics have affected the planning concept of the multi housing planning in the three way ; traditional philosophies, community space and regional traits. The Second, Two characteristics of space planning were shown in drawings, sketches and photographs; territorial, hierarchic, surrounded space in exterior planning and intermediated spaces in interior planning. The Third, Ornamental characteristics of architectural and landscape design were found; the architectural structure, the traditional landscape, patterns and colors. In conclusion, this study found two types of expression of the Korean traditional characteristics. The first is ‘concrete planning’which was focused on traditional ornamental elements such as forms and colors. And the second is ‘abstract planning’which was focused on the traditional space planning in interior or exterior, philosophy, communal organization and regional characteristics by interpretation of architects and designers. This study shows that the combination of two types of the traditionality will be more ideal in multi-housing planning rather than relying on just one type.

지역경제개발에서 클러스터와 발전전략 (Clusters and Strategy in Regional Economic Development)

  • 많은 지역개발 관련 정책결정자들이 클러스터 이론과 분석을 지역경제개발을 위한 일반적인 어프로치로 이해하는 경우가 많다. 이러한 관점은 흔히 정책결정자들로 하여금 실제 자신들의 지역이 처한 고유한 환경과 도전을 무시한 일률적인 정책 개입을 야기시킨다. 본 연구는 지역개발 정책에 있어 이론 뿐 아니라 경험과 직관, 분석 등을 종합적으로 중시하는 전략기획의 중요성에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 클러스터 이론과 분석은 이러한 전략기획의 과정에서 유용한 정보를 제공한다. 그러나 이것이 전략기획 과정을 아우르는 유일한 프레임이 되어서는 안된다는 점을 유념할 필요가 있다.

농촌지역의 산업특성과 인구노령화의 상관성 분석을 통한 지역산업개발방향 제시에 관한 연구 (A Proposition of Regional Development Planning in Defining the Analytical Relationship between Industrial Characteristics of Rural Areas and Aged Population Index)

  • This study tried to construct a direction in regional planning concerning the structural relationship between the ratio of aged population and the industrial characteristics. We investigated this structural relationship incorporating the aged population index and the number of classified companies. We applied diverse statistical analyses to understand the relationship. We classified the number of companies to reflect regional industrial characteristics using the principal component analysis. We applied a multiple regression model to understand the relationship between these two indices. The aged population index represents the degree of being old divided by the ratio of juvenile population and aged population. We found that such industries as manufacturing, service, and conveyance increase the ratio of juvenile population. However, industries such as tourism, waterworks, forestry, agriculture and etc. have a positive effect on the aged population index. In addition to these findings, we believe that the efficacy of this study is the possibility that can be used as the basic data when central or local autonomous entities need to adopt rural development planning.

한.EU FTA 체결에 따른 경기도 지역별 농업부문의 파급 영향과 산업연관효과 분석 (The Impacts of Korea-EU FTA on GyeongGi Agriculture and Inter-Industrial Ripple Effects by Region)

  • In this paper, we estimated the economic impacts of Korea-EU FTA on the agricultural sector in GyeongGi-Do. In particular, we estimated the economic impacts of agricultural production decrease resulting from Korea-EU FTA for 31 sub-regions in GyeongGi-Do by 15 industrial sectors. We employ a regional economic impact model combining a regional input-output model with a spatial allocation model. We found that the size of inter-industrial impacts are quite different across regions. Our results suggest the importance of agricultural and industrial policy considering the impacts of industrial sectors at the regional level.

  • The regional development methods, which had carried out in the rural area had many legal and systematic problems in establishing plans for the region itself, and in finding and practicing various business. Recently, new government revised the budget system and introduced the block grants system to overcome this limitation. Due to this, plans and enforcements of subsequent rural development projects are expected be a significant change. The study suggests the 'theme cluster development' method for accomplishing the regional specialization and competitiveness and examines the procedure of application in practice through the regional development plan of Sunchang-gun, Jeonbuk province.

시민참여형 지역계획 수립의 가능성과 과제 - 제천시 시민계획단 운영 사례를 중심으로 - (Possibilities and Challenges of the Citizen Participation in Regional Planning : Case of Jecheon Citizen Group for Urban Planning)

  • 이 논문은 시민의 의견을 수렴하여 계획수립의 과정에 반영하는 협력적 계획의 프로세스를 살펴보고, 지역계획에서의 시민참여의 가능성과 과제를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 제천시 장기발전계획 수립의 일환으로 진행했던 제천시 시민계획단 운영 사례를 분석하였다. 제천시 시민계획단은 산업 경제, 도시재생 인프라, 건강 복지, 환경 휴양 등 4개 분과로 구성하였고, 시민계획단의 실제 운영기간은 2012년 10월 16일부터 11월 30일까지 총 45일이었다. 분과별 인원은 각 분과당 16~18명 내외로 총 67명과 운영 및 지원인력 25명으로 구성되어 총 92명이 참여하였다. 본 회의는 3차에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 1차 회의에서는 제천시의 현안과 과제에 대해 논의했으며, 2차 회의에서는 2025년 제천시의 미래비전과 목표에 대해, 3차 회의에서는 미래비전과 목표에 도달하기 위한 추진전략들에 대해 논의하였다. 제천시 시민계획단 운영 사례의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시정운영에 대한 시민들의 관심을 유발하는 계기가 되었다. 시가 추진하는 다양한 사업과 계획에 대한 관심을 불러일으키고, 지역사회에 대한 관심과 애정 그리고 자부심을 유발하는 계기가 되었다. 둘째, 다양한 계층의 의견을 반영하는 도구가 되었다. 시민과 전문가의 토의를 통해 실현가능한 정책방향과 추진과제를 도출하였다. 셋째, 시민 및 관련 전문가 등 다양한 계층의 의견을 반영하여 시민의 요구에 보다 부합하는 장기발전계획 수립이 가능하게 되었다. 시민참여에 의한 협력적 계획의 성과라는 측면에서도 호혜성, 관계성, 학습성, 창조성, 사회적 자본 형성 등의 효과가 제천시 시민계획단의 사례에서도 다시금 확인되었다. 제천시 시민계획단의 사례는 도시계획가, 행정가 뿐 아니라 주민참여 계획에 관심이 있는 지역단체와 일반 주민들에게 실제 운영 경험에서 나오는 많은 아이디어를 제공하고 있다.

위계선형모형을 이용한 개인의 정보화 격차 결정요인 (Determinants of the Digital Divide using Hierarchical Generalized Linear Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of the digital divide at individual level and regional level in Korea, considering interaction between individual and the regional variables. Following results are obtained. First, individual level digital devide in the 16 different regions has been found in terms of Internet use, implying the needs for further analysis on impact of the regional factor in individual Internet use. Second, the result finds the impact of level-l individual variables, "gender, age, education, income and jobs" on digital divide, significantly at level 10% level. Third, the regional variables influencing the individual digital divide were not found at state level. However, regional factors might affect digital devide at county level. Study suggest some plans to reduce digital divide. First, the digital devide at individual level should be remedied by focusing on neglected class of people. Second, we need to approach the digital divide by analyzing in more detail, reflecting interactions of the regional variables and individual variables. Third, we should come up with a policy for mending the digital divide at regional level.
