Objectives : The purpose of this study is to identify priorities for the 4th Comprehensive Plan for Korean Medicine Development using Delphi and AHP techniques. Methods : This study uses Delphi-AHP method to first, select the target priority policy based on the policy content of the 4th Comprehensive Plan. In addition, two surveys on the priorities were conducted to reach consensus between experts. The main results of the first survey were also provided to experts participating in the second survey to help form expert consensus. Finally, the final policy priority was chosen based on the second survey result. Results : Survey results showed that of the 39 policies in the 4th Comprehensive Plan, "improve the accessibility of Korean medicines," was the most important goal. This was followed by "support for Korean medicine R&D from clinical research to industrialization," "provide foundation for a pilot project that provides customized medical services" and "strengthen the public medicine function of Korean medicine by expanding the its infrastructure in national and public hospitals." Conclusion : The results showed that capacity building of Korean medicine in primary care, improvement of the health insurance system, and research centered on industrialization are relatively more important goals, while the need to enhance global competitiveness was much less important. These key points can serve as a reference when formulating the 5th Comprehensive Plan for Korean Medicine Development in the future.

It has applied the design method of face to face dimension, an MC (Modular Coordination) design method, at design steps of an apartment house for standardization of architecture. But It has been still using center line size. A construction limit isn't specific on these center line size, and dead space occurs with excessive gaps as size matching isn't performed well between structural sieve and parts. And above all, measurement before construction isn't to expect standardization, and to increase custom-made furniture. We investigate manufacture of a preferential domestic system kitchen and construction state, and we derive from a problem in viewpoints of standardization for this. And we utilized a reference plane, and we present construction document and design plan in order to solve these problems. And we analyze an effect got by application of the assembly basis aspect that we presented, and we can raise efficiency of standardization of housing and construction industry, and we light ultimately up.

A discrete model reference control scheme for a vehicle four wheel steering system(4WS) is proposed and evaluated for a class of discrete time nonlinar dynamics. The schmen employs a neural network to identify the plan systems, wher the neural network estimates the nonlinear dynamics of the plant. The algorithm is proven to be globally stable, with tracking errors converging to the neighborhood of zero. The merits of this scheme is that the global system stability is guaranteed. Whith thd resulting identification model which contains the neural networks, the parameters of controller are adjusted. The proposed scheme is applied to the vehicle active four wheel system and shows the validity and effectiveness through simulation. The three-degree-of freedom vehicle handling model is used to investigate vehicle handing performances. In simulation of the J-turn maneuver, the yaw rate overshoot reduction of a typical mid-size car is improved by 30% compared to a two wheel steering system(2WS) case, resulting that the proposed scheme gives faster yaw rate response andl smaller side slip angle than the 2WS case.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Super-insulation for self-sufficient house. The process of the study is presented in the following. 1) selection reference model for simulation and verification of reference model with computer simulation program(DOE2.1E and ESP-r 9.0). 2) analysis of effect according to insulation-thickness, installed insulation position, kinds of windows, rate of infiltration, Finally, the results of this study will be to provide the most reasonable method concerned with self-sufficient house.

This study focus on the suggestion of application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code. We see it will function as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plan. For a estabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.

기업은 이윤을 추구하는 과정에서 투자안의 선택과 같은 위험이 따르는 의사결정을 해야 한다. 본 연구는 우리나라 건설기업 경영진의 의사결정을 프로스펙트 이론의 손실 회피 경향을 이용하여 설명하였다. 이를 위하여 건설업 중에서 가장 큰 위험을 부담해야 하는 부동산 개발 및 공급업에 종사하는 2,881개 기업의 20년치 재무 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 기업들을 준거점을 기준으로 대별하였고 회귀분석을 통하여 기업별 평균 수익률과 위험 선호도의 인과 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 준거점 상회 그룹에 대하여 기업의 자기자본이익률 평균이 줄어들면 추가적인 손실을 보지 않기 위하여 불확실성이 낮은 투자안을 선택하는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 준거점 하회 그룹에 대하여 기업의 자기자본이익률 평균이 작아지면 이익 영역으로 이동하기 위하여 불확실성이 큰 투자안을 선택하게 되는 경향도 확인하였다. 이 결과는 프로스펙트 이론의 손실 회피 경향에 정확하게 부합하는 결과이다.

This study is searching the characteristics of transferred element in composition of architectural spaces ; it is ultimate goal that frame of reference is arranged system about path of horizontal direction is two-dimension and stairs of vertical in three-dimension as transferred element in Architectural plan. With the exception of stylized discussion or rhetorical analysis about these, it is analysed as element in physical order of a whole architecture in relation to another elements in composition of architecture spaces. And one who is perceptible and cognitive through spaces is the subject. Consequently , these elements are classified concept of location and circulation. And it can't think that the formal is divided the latter for accept behavior of pedestrican and thinking system to consider verticality and time property is absolutely conceptual elements in space of architectural plan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze patterns of space use and housing preferences to be used in the housing plan for students. Data was collected through questionnaire surveys from local university students living apart from their family. We collected 272 samples and analyzed them using SPSSwin program. The results are as follows; 1) The average hours of staying at the housing for student are 5 hours and 30 minutes(except sleeping time). Most of the time was used for ‘hobby’ and ‘study\ulcorner computer works’. The most of the students had ‘a meal per day’ at their housing. 2) The most preferred housing type by the students is ‘studio apartment’ and the next preferred is ‘apartment’. The highly demanded facility is ‘laundry’ and the next comes ‘kitchen’. 3) Those who spend more time in their housing than average show higher demand in ‘kitchen’ and ‘balcony’. Those who spend less time in their housing show higher demand in ‘storage’.

This study is concerned with a tentative plan on an arrangement and a model of university library building which is the 2nd (branch) library of J. National University in North Jeonla province. At first, it is necessary to have built new library building for undergraduate student in J. National University. Secondary, I studied on the site problems, a model, size and an arrangement planning in this campus. Finally, at least, to install modernized facilities for this library have to require as follows: 1. General Reading Room 2. Reference Room 3. Basic Reading Room 4. Free Reading Room 5. Reserved Room 6. Periodical Room 7. Seminar and Group Study Room 8. Brousing Room 9. Smoking Room 10. Display Hall.

The object of this study is to offer a basic reference for improving students' housing into a desirable living environments at small-sized local city. To do so, this study is to analyze residential choice elements and interior environment satisfaction of students around Samcheok national university at user's point. Trough the field survey and questionnaire about students' housing, the student's residential environment is almost composed of one room type of multifamily housing. But students' housing of this type is insufficient to the housing level which they demand. To obtain the real features as theirs housing, the development of the plan type to reflect the their actual demand is necessary. The results of this study can be applied to the actual design of hiring students' housing.
