지방의료원 정신건강의학과 운영 및 병동 환경에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operation and Ward Environment of Psychiatry in Regional Public Hospitals)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of operation and ward environment of psychiatry in regional public hospitals. Methods: The method of this study utilized legal system and statistical data analysis, and drawing analysis of psychiatric ward. Results: In addition to treatment, psychiatric wards require additional space for special purposes such as psychological stability, social rehabilitation, and psychotherapy and so on. The room should improve the quality of the environment, taking into account the patient's psychological state, privacy, safety, amenity and hygiene. In addition, various types of room are needed to ensure sufficient area per bed. Implications: Psychiatric wards should be provided with a preference for psychological consideration of patients. The result of this study would be useful as a reference to plan psychiatric wards.

  • An electrical fault is defined as any abnormal condition caused by reduction in the insulation strength between energized conduction parts and ground or any grounded part of an electrical system. Failure of solid insulation can be caused by excessive mechanical tension being applied on the insulation, harsh service environment, aging, and also by corona phenomena. The number of empty houses during normal working hours is rising. As a result, the number of uninspected electric installation for general use is increasing. To define the potential risk of the electric installation, measurement of leakage current has been getting considered, but because the measured leakage current value also contained leakage current by capacitance, the measured value can not be adapted to absolute reference to the installation. Therefore, in this paper, the correlation between the condition of electric installation and leakage current were analyzed.

틸팅열차 상용화대비 기존선 곡선구간 개량방안 검토 (Investigation of Improvement Scheme for the Curve Sections on the Conventional Line Prepared for the Tilting Train Service)

  • The major objective of this study is to investigate the effective improvement plan for the curve sections in the conventional lines which the tilting train runs on. In order to the speed-up of conventional lines that have many curve lines, there needs a improvement construction of substructure such as the straight or double track work and so on. But in this case, it needs to have a plenty of the cost and the period. Therefore, the tilting train which provides the high-speed service effectively in curve tracks and is operating at abroad, was been studying to be suited to natural features. So, in this paper we investigate the improvement method at the sections only where need the extension of the transition curves, and the present status of them for the effective tiling train service using results which were examined on the preceding study which was the development of track system innovation technology for speed-up of them. And we look forward to playing a decisive role as reference material for the decision of the linear fitness in order to operate effectively on the conventional lines for the commercial service of the tilting train, on the basis of checking out the sufficient condition concerned in the track alignment and the velocity which are required in the railway construction rules and the design criteria.

계층형 및 네트워크형 지식지도의 사용자 관점 성능 비교 (User-oriented Performance Comparison between Hierarchical and Networked Knowledge)

  • 지식지도는 상호참조적 네비게이션 방식의 지식 탐색, 즉 내용적 연관성을 갖는 연관지식에 대한 교차적이고 순차적인 검색 및 조회를 지원할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 계층형 및 네트워크형 지식지도 중 어떤 유형의 지식지도가 문제 풀이에 필요한 지식 탐색을 지원하는 데에 우월한 성능을 나타내는가를 사용자 관점에서 규명하는 테스트를 수행한다. 테스트 결과, 정답률을 이용하여 파악한 효과성과 문제 풀이 완료시간 및 참고 문서 수를 이용하여 파악한 효율성 모두 네트워크형 지식지도가 우월한 성능을 보임이 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 규명한 네트워크형 지식지도를 이용한 지식 검색 및 조회 방식의 우월성은 보다 사용자 친화적이고 합리적인 지식서비스 개발에 응용될 수 있다.

프로젝트 중심의 토목공학 입문설계 교과목 사례 분석 (Case Study for a Project based Introductory Design Course in Civil Engineering)

  • Although more than 15 years have passed since the introductory design courses were opened due to the introduction of engineering education certification in the civil engineering field, these courses have been operated somewhat unsatisfactorily compared to their importance as an introductory course for engineering design. This is partially because the quality of classes is affected by the instructor's individual ability due to the fact that a standard training plan for these courses has not been established so far. Therefore, in this paper, we try to present a reference model for the introductory design course by introducing a class operation case established through continuous improvement process over the last 10 years at Chungbuk National University. This case aims to cultivate students' problem solving and system design skills by carrying out projects to develop egg drop and wood bridge systems based on creative problem solving methodologies. As a result of a questionnaire survey conducted after the class, we found that students' problem solving and system design capabilities were improved significantly and there was a meaningful increase in level of interest and attention in civil engineering by taking this class.

일본의 건축확인제도 분석을 통한 지역건축안전센터의 운영 방향 설정 (Operation Direction of Regional Architectural Safety Center through Analysis of Japanese Building Confirmation System)

  • To prevent illegal building work in advance, regional building safety centers were introduced to perform technical investigations and management. The purpose of this study is to propose the detailed operational directions of the regional building safety center through the analysis on the current status of parameters, such as the operation of designated confirmation and inspection bodies in Japan. We consider the role, building administrative process and establishment criteria of regional building safety centers through the analysis the introduction background and the designation criteria of designated confirmation and inspection bodies. In establishing the center's professional manpower qualifications, we refer to the criteria for the professional qualifications of the designated confirmation and inspection bodies. In addition, the calculation method of required manpower of verification inspectors in Japan was used as a reference in setting the scale of regional professional manpower. Finally, we propose the detailed operational directions of the regional building safety center such as (1)roles of the center, (2)establishing management plan of the center, (3)work scope (4)scale of the professional manpower, (5)qualification of the professional manpower, and (6)funds.

중풍 입원 환자 관리를 위한 임상경로 개발 (Development of a Critical Pathway for a Korean Medicine Hospital Inpatient with Stroke)

  • Objectives: This study was aimed to share the development process of the critical pathway (CP) for the treatment and management of stroke patients admitted to a Korean medicine hospital. Methods: A draft CP was prepared based on a review of relevant literature and medical records in the hospital, and its validity was reviewed by the in-hospital CP review committee. Each member evaluated all items in the CP on a 5-point Likert scale. Items with an average score of 3.5 or higher or an agreement rate of more than 80% were considered valid. In addition, free described opinions to improve the CP were also received from the review committee. Results: The horizontal axis of the CP was composed of a time domain, including 7 time points from hospitalization to discharge. The vertical axis was composed of 9 domains of medical practice. All items in the CP satisfied the validity criteria. The CP was revised, supplemented, and completed by reflecting the opinions of the committee. Conclusions: This CP will be taught to in-hospital users and will continue to be used with regular monitoring and a feedback plan. This study is expected to serve as a useful reference for standardizing the treatment process and delivering measures to improve the adequacy of Korean medicine treatment for stroke patients.

Analysis on the Production Efficiency of Private Industrial Enterprises in 31 Provinces of China

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of production efficiency in private industrial enterprises above designated scale in China's 31 provinces (including municipalities directly under the central government, autonomous regions) (hereinafter referred to as China's 31 provinces). Research design, data and methodology: Find out the factors affecting the development of production efficiency in private industrial enterprises, using DEA, Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist index analysis, build the evaluation model of production efficiency in private industrial enterprises, and analyze the data of China's 31 provinces private industrial enterprises in 2015-2019. Results: The research results show that the production efficiency of private industrial enterprises in China is improving on the whole. Although the total factor productivity has decreased slightly, the overall efficiency and pure technical efficiency have increased significantly. Conclusions: The conclusion of this study can provide reference for Chinese private industrial enterprises to improve production efficiency and make development plan. The limitation of this paper lies in the fact that the private industrial enterprises in inefficient provinces have not been given specific improvement plans.

다구찌 기법을 이용한 수소 연료전지용 가스켓 설계 (Design of Gaskets for Hydrogen Fuel Cells Using Taguchi Method)

  • The Mooney-Rivlin second order optimal strain energy function derived through uniaxial tensile test and analysis was applied to a gasket to confirm the internal stress and surface pressure generated during compression. The Taguchi method, a statistical technique, was used to design the optimum shape of the gasket, and through characteristic evaluation, the optimum shape of the gasket was obtained when the reference plane (T: 0.15 mm), contact surface (W: 1.00 mm), and curvature (R: 0.30 mm) were used. It was determined that the optimum shape yields a von Mises stress of 4.83 MPa, and the contact pressure stress is 20.14 MPa, which satisfies breakage and sealing requirements. In the future, we plan to manufacture a jig that can measure surface pressure to conduct comparative verification studies between the test results and analysis results.

반도체·디스플레이 탄소중립을 위한 PECVD 챔버세정용 NF3대체가스 개발연구 (Research Progress on NF3 Substitute Gas of PECVD Chamber Cleaning Process for Carbon Neutrality)

  • Carbon neutrality has been emerged as important mission for all the manufacturing industry to reduce energy usage and carbon emission equivalent. Korean semiconductor and display manufacturing industries are also in huge interest by minimize the energy usage as well as to find a less global warming product gases in both etch and cleaning. In addition, Korean government is also investing long term research and development plan for the safe environment in various ways. In this paper, we revisit previous research activities on carbon emission equivalent and current research activities performed in semiconductor process diagnosis research center at Myongji University with respect to the reduction of NF3 usage for the PECVD chamber cleaning, and we present the analytical result of the exhaust gas with residual gas analysis in both 6 inches and 12 inches PECVD equipment. The presented result can be a reference study of the development of new substitution gas in near future to compare the cleaning rate of the silicon oxide deposition chamber.
