Domestic information service authority and company provide database services to introduce the newest scientific and technological information, trend, and research data. Among many databases, FSTA((Food Science and Technology Abstracts)) is a bibliographic database providing worldwide coverage of all scientific and technological aspects of the processing and manufacturing of human food products. To service FSTA database through KRISTAL search engine developed by KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information) need many process such as data obtainment, building, search, modification, rebuilding, and statistics. In this paper, we present implementation of management tool used to build FSTA database effectively. The management tool provides graphical user interface and controls all process from data obtainment to building of KRISTAL information searching system. By building FSTA database fast and accurately, user can get information that they want to find from the newest FSTA database.

However a mobile application has limited compatibility to other platforms and device. So a mobile application should be rebuilt as particular restrictions of platforms or mobile phones when the mobile application is reused for other platforms. This paper ascertains problems when a mobile application is transplanted for reusing into other platforms, and suggests to evaluation systems of portability's quality that we can check the portability convenience of the existing mobile application. As we confirm its grade that shows convenience of suggested portability, we are able to check problems issued when a mobile application implants to other platforms. Then it is expected that we can check capability of rebuilding and endeavor rate. Also if the method will be considered at the first step of designing a mobile application, it will be the best way to develop the better mobile application that we can easily implant many other mobile platforms.

Purpose This study proposed an approach for predicting the efficiency rating of the cultural tourism festivals using DEA and machine learning techniques. The cultural tourism festivals are selected for the best festivals through peer reviews by tourism experts. However, only 10% of the festivals which are held in a year could be evaluated in the view of effectiveness without considering the efficiency of festivals. Design/methodology/approach Efficiency scores were derived from the results of DEA for the prediction of efficiency ratings. This study utilized BCC models to reflect the size effect of festivals and classified the festivals into four ratings according the efficiency scores. Multi-classification method were considered to build the prediction of four ratings for the festivals in this study. We utilized neural networks and SVMs with OAO(one-against-one), OAR(one-against-rest), C&S(crammer & singer) with Korea festival data from 2013 to 2018. Findings The number of total visitors in low efficient rating of DEA is more larger than the number of total visitors in high efficient ratings although the total expenditure of visitors is the highest in the most efficient rating when we analyzed the results of DEA for the characteristics of four ratings. SVM with OAO model showed the most superior performance in accuracy as SVM with OAR model was not trained well because of the imbalanced distribution between efficient rating and the other ratings. Our approach could predict the efficiency of festivals which were not included in the review process of culture tourism festivals without rebuilding DEA models each time. This enables us to manage the festivals efficiently with the proposed machine learning models.

The temple Hoeamsa(檜巖寺) was repaired by Naong(懶翁), and with this the power of the temple became far greater to be the greatest Buddhist temple during late Goryeo and early Joseon. Naong's reconstruction of Hoeamsa was originated from Jigong(指空)'s teaching 'Samsan Yangsu(三山兩水).' But it is not clear whether Samsan Yangsu really meant Hoeamsa. By the way, after 14 years, Naong suddenly remembered this word and began to repair Hoeamsa in a large scale. From this, we can guess that Naong tried to give the contemporary Buddhism some change through the repair of Hoeamsa. But, as King Gongmin(恭愍王) the greatest supporter of Naong was suddenly assassinated, the political situation changed a lot and Naong also died unexpectedly. Naong's death brought out the critical sense to Hoeamsa and, in the process to resolve the crisis, the repair of Hoeamsa began to be justified through diverse religious factors. As these were expanded and developed on and one, Hoeamsa came to be honored as the most divine temple in Korea during the early Joseon dynasty. Furthermore, into the cause structure for the Naong's repair of Hoeamsa, the influence of Jajang was added through Odaesan Buddhism. As we can well understand, late Silla situation of Jajang and the late Goryeo of Naong were very similar and the both Buddhist leaders should have derived out some religious solution for them. In other words, both of them had a similar recognition in finding the religious solution for the contemporary crises. It becomes a way to understand the Hoeamsa repairing structure taken by Naong and his disciples. Therefore, by comparing the similar religious solution structures given by Jajang and Naong and by clearer understanding on Samsan Yangsu spirit, we can see the repair of Hoeamsa and the related aspects more accurately.

This study aims for improvement and rebuilding of the 'Green Building Certification Criteria Information System;GBCCIS'. To achieve this, improved information system has developed self-assessment program available on the web and to provide data about the target of Green Building Certification based on the 2010 revised criteria. The target building of Green Building Certification is Apartment, Office, Mixed-Use Building, School, property for sale, accommodation, and other facilities. Also, the information system about the Green building related technologies and techniques to take advantage of offer a variety of information was built. Green Building Certification Criteria web-site Established in this study has information and each menu and contents are linked to organic and high-utilization. Each menu is organized according to the used frequency and the group. Also this web-site is composed of information guide field, core service field, and other field. These improvement of Green Building Certification Criteria Information System can be a positive incentive measures for the activation of Green Building Certification Criteria easily by taking advantage of relevant information by users. And these will be possible to planning development of Green building technologies by introducing the latest Green building construction techniques applicable building. Also, to assess in advance by using self-assessment program in the design phase of building will lead to Green building design and provide the convenience of the application process and through database construction and share information of building assessment resources certified Green Building Certification Criteria will lead to the containment and fair assessment between cation authorities.

Hereafter, the housing construction industry in a domestic country has to give more relative importance to the redevelopment and the rebuilding of existing housing rather then the housing supply methods by the development of new housing sites, and those tendencies are rapidly spreading out. Also, because apartment occupies $50\%$ over of the existing housing, its maintenance, repair, remodeling and reconstruction got to be necessary area for the slumming prevention of a residential area and the disaster prevention occurred by durability lowering of building. But, as having focused on the housing supply methods by the development of new housing sites, the domestic construction industry has relatively carelessly dealt with deconstruction areas including maintenance, remodeling, redevelopment and reconstruction of old existing housing. Therefore the process of the deconstruction is not well suited to regulations and related technology. This paper suggests the present situation of C&D production and new demolition process through comparative analysis of the present demolition works.

At here, we investigated the historical background, current stage, and concrete therapies of alternatives in cancer therapy. We obtained the conclusion below. 1. Alternative medicine(AM) is a unothodoxial medical physiology, medical practice or intervension that overcome the side effects, faults, limits of coventional medicine. 2. Recentely, as emerging New-age movement, collapse of Decarte's mecanical cosmology, and emphasis on patient rights, the interest of AM is increased, and foreign & domestic use rates of AM are risen. 3. After coventional medicine in cancer therapies that depends on operations, radiations, and chemotherapy is bounded, Alternatives in cancer therapy are rapidly developed, and the majority of users are often considered satisfactory. 4. Alternatives in cancer therapy are classified six boundaries; Diet and Nutrition, Mind-body Technique, Integrated System, Pharmacologic and Biologic treatments, Immuno Enhanced Therapy, Natural and herbal medicine. 5. Looking at contents of Alternatives in cancer therapy, we get to know most of them are similar to the treatment of oriental medicine in holistic method, therapy, philosophy. If we synthesize the alternative medicine's treatment mentioned above and investigate it with oriental medical viewpoint, that may help us approach the conquest of cancer and improve the rate of cure. 6. It is certain that foreign AM will be imported reversely, and we must prepare for rebuilding of Korean traditional AM systemically, investing for activity positively, making national policy for medical system.

Background Breast reconstruction refers to the rebuilding of a woman's breast using autologous tissue or prosthetic material to form a natural-looking breast. It is increasingly offered to women undergoing mastectomy for breast cancer. However, there is no systematic analysis available for the expanding area of research on breast reconstruction. Methods A bibliometric method was used to obtain a view of the scientific production about breast reconstruction by data extracted from the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI). Specific parameters were retrieved from the ISI. Articles about breast reconstruction were analyzed to obtain a view of the topic's structure, history, and document relationships using HistCite software. Trends in the most influential publications and authors were analyzed. Results The number of articles was constantly increasing. Most highly cited articles described the methods of flap construction in the surgery. Other highly cited articles discussed the psychological or emotional aspects of breast reconstruction, skin sparing mastectomy, and breast reconstruction in the irradiated breast. Conclusions This was the first breast reconstruction scientometric analysis, representing the characteristics of papers and the trends of scientific production. A constant increase in the number of breast reconstruction papers and also the increasing number of citations shows that there is an increasing interest in this area of medical science. It seems that most of the research in this field is focused on the technical aspects of surgery.

This Study has been conducted to examine the transition of Japanese 'Social Welfare' in the light of Monthly Welfare which is the oldest professional journal of social welfare in Japan. Especially, this study has insisted on grasping the interaction among politics, economy, society, and culture through social historic perspective. Consequentially, some important themes are emerged from the journal which had been changed as time passes(Charity, Society and Relief, Social Work, Public Welfare Work, Social Work, and Monthly Welfare) as follows; 'strict declaration of charity and relief', 'relief work and social worker', 'professionalism and science of social work ', 'national life rebuilding and localization of welfare facilities', 'new face of livelihood protection and social work', 'community work and fund raising', and the like. In particular, it is revealed that 'Sahoisaup' is a word of translation from Social Work, in addition this word has been used as a word including diverse works in Japan. Also, it is emphasized that the necessity of Japanese experience could be studied in Korea.
