스테로이드 치료후 리바운드 현상이 발생한 한포진 치험 1례 (A Case Study on Steroid Rebound Phenomenon after Steroids Treatment for Pompholyx)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Korean medical treatment on pompholyx including steroid rebound phenomenon. Methods : We experienced one case of pompholyx treated with herbal medicine, pharmacupuncture and acupuncture. To evaluate the results of this treatment, we categorized symptoms into four items which are vesicles, itching, erythema and erosions. Results & Conclusions : After treatment we observed the improvement. Based on this experience, it is considered that the Korean medicine can be applied to the treatment of pompholyx.

  • This study was carried out to investigate and analyse the influence of brain and unit weight of cement on the properties of shotcrete through the laboratory and field test. From the results of the test, the shotcrete with high blaine cement showed the rebound ratio lower and the strength properties higher than the shotcrete with normal blaine cement. Such as this was produced also in the mix with low unit weight of high blaine cement.

돼지 위저부 평활근의 비아드레날린 비콜린성 신경전달물질에 관한 연구 (A study on the nonadrenergic noncholinergic neurotransmitters in porcine gastric fundus)

  • The relaxation of gastric fundus smooth muscles is the primary physiological event which induces the receptive relaxation of monogastric animals. L-arginine/Nitric oxide(L-arg/NO) system is known to mediate the inhibitory non-adrenergic non-cholinergic(NANC) neurotransmission in various tissues including gastrointestinal smooth muscles. The longitudinal smooth muscles of porcine gastric fundus showed fast relaxation during electrical field stimulation(EFS) and rebound contraction after EFS in NANC condition. So, the purpose of present study was elucidation of the neurotrasmitters related to the NANC relaxation and explanation of the relation between NANC relaxation and L-arg/NO system. The longitdinal smooth muscles of porcine gastric fundus were hung in the organ bath and under the presence of guanethidine($5{\times}10^{-5}M$), precontraction was induced by carbachol($1{\times}10^{-6}M$). The muscle responses to EFS and drugs were isomerically recorded. The rusults were summarized as follows. 1. The longtudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus showed frequency-dependent relaxation and rebound contraction to electrical field stimulaton(1ms, 8V, 1~16Hz, 20sec, EFS). These responses were blocked by tetrodotoxin($1{\times}10^{-6}M$). 2. The relaxation and rebound contraction of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus to EFS were inhibited by L-NAME($2{\times}10^{-5}M$). The inhibitory effect of L-NAME was antagonized by L-arginine($1{\times}10^{-3}M$), but not by D-arginine($1{\times}10^{-3}M$). 3. Exogenous NO($NaNO_2$, $1{\times}10^{-5}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-4}M$, pH=2.0) caused concentration-dependent relaxation as EFS did. 4. Methylene Blue($2{\times}10^{-5}M$), a soluble guanylate cyclase inhibitor, inhibited the relaxation and rebound contraction of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus induced by EFS, but N-ethlmaleimide, a adenylate cyclase inhibitor, did not. 5. 8-Br-cGMP($1{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}3{\times}10^{-6}M$), permeable cGMP analogue, induced dose-dependent relaxation. but 8-Br-cAMP($1{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}3{\times}10^{-6}M$), permeable cAMP analogue, did not. Both did not evoked rebound contraction. 6. ${\alpha}$-chymotrypsin did not affect the relaxation of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus. 7. Reactive blue 2($1{\times}10^{-4}M$, 40min) siginificantly inhibited the rebound contraction induced by EFS and inhibited contraction caused by exogenous ATP($1{\times}10^{-4}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-3}M$). These results suggests that NANC relaxation of the longitudinal muscles of porcine gastric fundus mainly mediated by NO and the rebound contraction is related to NO and other neurotransmitters.

  • 숏크리트는 현장에서 빠른 시공을 실시하여 굴착면을 침식으로부터 보호하고 암괴의 전단이동방지, 암괴의 붕괴방지, 개구절리의 봉합, 응력의 집중완화, 응력전달효과 등에 의하여 후속작업의 원활한 진행이 될 수 있도록 굴착면을 방지하여 지내력을 증대시키는 것이 주목적이다. 숏크리트공법으로는 건식과 습식의 두 가지방법이 있으며, 1997년 이후부터는 건식보다 습식 숏크리트가 많이 이용되고 있다. 그러나 작업 중 목적물에 부착되지 않고 반발되는 현상, 즉 리바운드가 많이 발생하며 이러한 많은 양의 리바운드는 숏크리트와 전체 공사비 원가에 중대한 영향을 미치게 된다. 특히 숏크리트는 재료비, 배합, 타설시간 증가, 재료의 취급과 계량장치에 소요되는 인력 및 버력제거를 위한 비용 증가 발생원인이 되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 국내현장에서 시행한 급결제 함유량에 따른 일반 습식 숏크리트 및 강섬유 습식 숏크리트공법의 시공실적을 분석하여 반발 양 및 강도의 실험적인 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 국내 건설공사에 실제 사용할 수 있는 효과적이고 합리적인 방법을 제시하였다.

재령을 고려한 콘크리트의 비파괴강도평가 (Nondestructive Evaluation of Concrete Strength Considering Aging Effect)

  • The nondestructive testing methods are commonly used to determine the in-situ compressive strength of concrete. The correlation curves to evaluate the effect of aging on the development of concrete strength was proposed. Thirty two ${\Phi}10{\times}20cm$ cylinder specimens were cast from 5 batches having different strength levels. The correlation curves for rebound hammer method, ultrasonic pulse velocity method and combined method were derived from the laboratory tests and multiple regression analysis. To account for the change of condition such as surface hardness, internal moisture contents, the aging coefficients are applied to the correlation curves. From the comparison the nondestructive strength with the core strength taken from the existing reinforced concrete structures, the validity of the proposed correlation curves are verified.

Inertial Control of a DFIG-based Wind Power Plant using the Maximum Rate of Change of Frequency and the Frequency Deviation

  • In order to let a wind generator (WG) support the frequency control of a power system, a conventional inertial control algorithm using the rate of change of frequency (ROCOF) and frequency deviation loops was suggested. The ROCOF loop is prevailing at the initial stage of the disturbance, but the contribution becomes smaller as time goes on. Moreover, its contribution becomes negative after the frequency rebound. This paper proposes an inertial control algorithm of a wind power plant (WPP) using the maximum ROCOF and frequency deviation loops. The proposed algorithm replaces the ROCOF loop in the conventional inertial control algorithm with the maximum ROCOF loop to retain the maximum value of the ROCOF and eliminate the negative effect after the frequency rebound. The algorithm releases more kinetic energy both before and after the frequency rebound and increases the frequency nadir more than the conventional ROCOF and frequency loops. The performance of the algorithm was investigated under various wind conditions in a model system, which includes a doubly-fed induction generator-based WPP using an EMTP-RV simulator. The results indicate that the algorithm can improve the frequency drop for a disturbance by releasing more kinetic energy.

트리에탄올아민을 사용한 콘크리트의 현장 적용 실험 (An Experimental Application of Concrete Using TEA in Construction Field)

  • This study is intended to investigate the properties of early strength development by application of TEA to the field. According to the results, when TEA is added, fluidity is almost same to base concrete, and increases upto aimed slump after field flowing. Setting time does not differ in the case of base and TEA, but retarded after flowing. The time when compressive strength gains 5 MPa, which side form can be removed, is 23 hours, and so the removal time is shortened by I hours in comparison with plain concrete. But compressive strength is almost same to that of plain concrete at 28 days. The rebound value of P type schmidt hammer show similar tendency to compressive strength, and the rebound value of structure is higher than that of standard curing specimen due to heat capacity effect and drying by the air outside. Therefore, it is thought that if the rebound value of P type schmidt hammer is controled. by about 26 in consideration of open air environment, it is very effective to determine the removal time of side forms.

도로연장에 대한 반등효과 분석 -서울, 부산, 대구, 인천을 중심으로- (Analysis of Rebound Effect from Road Extension in Seoul, Busan, Daegue, and Incheon)

  • 본 연구는 2000~2013년까지 14년간 서울, 부산, 대구, 인천 4개 대도시에 대한 총 주행거리, 도로연장길이, 대중교통 이용객수, 지역내총생산, 지역인구, 석유류 소비량에 대한 횡단시계열자료를 활용하여 도로연장에 대한 반등효과가 우리나라에도 적용되는지를 실증분석하였다. 혼합효과모형으로 추정한 결과 도로연장은 총 주행거리와 동반상승관계에 있는 반면, 대중교통 이용량은 총 주행거리와 역관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 도로연장을 중심으로 하는 공급관리형 교통정책이 도시 광역화로 자가운전의 편의성을 직접적으로 증진시키거나, "걷기 힘든" 환경조성을 통해 자가운전 외 교통수단 이용의 편의성을 절감시킴으로써 추가적인 도로이용을 유인함을 뜻한다. 즉, 교통혼잡 및 정체 개선을 위해서는 현재의 도로연장 중심의 정책보다는 대중교통의 편의성 증진을 골자로 하는 교통수요관리 정책에 맞추어야 함을 시사한다.

재령과 코어의 영향을 고려한 향상된 콘크리트 압축강도 추정기법의 경험적 제안 (An Empirical Approach for Improving the Estimation of the Concrete Compressive Strength Considered the Effect of Age and Drilled Core Sample)

  • 콘크리트의 강도를 평가하기 위하여 반발경도법과 초음파속도법이 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 재료의 상태뿐만 아니라 콘크리트의 재령, 성숙도 및 손상도 등에 따라 예측강도와 현장의 실제강도가 차이가 발생하게 된다. 표준공시체와 현장에서 드릴링에 의하여 채취하는 코어공시체의 압축강도는 드릴링하는 동안 기계에 의한 교란이 발생하여 압축강도에 영향을 미치게 된다. 또한 반발경도 및 초음파속도의 경우에도 콘크리트의 재령 및 성숙도가 변화함에 따라 표면의 경도와 내부 미세조직의 변화에 의해서도 변화하게 된다. 저자들은 재령와 코어의 영향을 비파과시험결과에 반영하기 위하여 실험을 실시하였으며, 코어 및 콘크리트 재령에 의한 영향을 압축강도 실험 및 예측결과와 비교분석하였다.
