Raising the competitive power of the enterprise to recently, all resources integration it is a tendency which it manages with the method for, the reasoning being caused by system is professionalized and chief executive officer complicated becoming gets off the decision-making being difficult, it is following. The management technique which is BPR with solution plan will be presented, it will reach and ERP systems which it comes true concretely appeared. From the research which it sees in order to apply at the governmental under the influence public enterprise as ERP systems which it develops it provided ERP information to the customer at real-time and the web environmental ERP system from business site it will be able to control a company internal business at real-time it constructed. The evaluation which is fixed quantity it led in about the system which is constructed and improvement and expense curtailment of solution and business productivity of customer dissatisfaction, the system effectiveness and customer satisfaction index etc. improving, it verified.

In order to utilize BSC as an operational tool for communicating strategies across the hierarchies of the organization, a growing number of companies have tried to link BSC processes with other PI tools. Company D has carried out the SEM project to identify the causal structure between innovation activities and performance management in 2005 and 2006. The company synthesizes BSC and 6 Sigma methodologies at the BU level, and the new process made it possible to manage performances and make decision more "realistic" on the basis of information technologies. We expect that this study provide organizations, which have difficulties streamlining the performance management processes at the strategic level and those of operational level, with implications for realizing more "execution-oriented" RTE.

Many businesses have adopted the standard security management structure such as ISO27001 and K-ISMS for strengthening business's security management structure to protect their core information assets and have acquired partial output from such effort. However, many risk factors such as recent advances in Information Technology and evolution of intrusion methods have increased exponentially requiring the businesses to response even more quickly with better accuracy. For such purpose, a study of 'Real Time Security Management Structure for Business' based on security management process optimization, defining a set of security index for managing core security area and calculation of risk indices for precognition of intrusion risk area has been made. Also, a survey on opinions of an expert panel has been conducted. The effectiveness of studied structure was analyzed using AHP method as well. Using this study, security personnels of a company can improve efficiency of the preemptive responsive and quicker measure from the current security management structure.

It is noteworthy that EIS Consulting Method by ISP based on ERP Linkage Type for Large Scale Enterprise Associate Company. In this thesis, IT Strategy plan and methodology are suggested in order to solve the several problems including standardization on implementation of EIS Introduction and operation between large-small enterprise. Integration of business and information technical is made by Business management group's continuous IT concern and future information strategy. Also this paper proposes ISP Planning method (environment analysis, present analysis, IT analysis, target IT plan etc..), EIS Construction (based ERP Real data/time). In addition to, we suggest to use electron industry model and LCD/LED field in this system.

A real-time system is used for various systems from small embedded systems to distributed enterprise systems. Because it has a characteristic that provides a service on time, developers should make efforts to keep this property about time when developing real-time applications. As the result of research about real-time system indicates, TMO model supports various functions for time processing according to the real-time concept. And it guarantees response time which developers defined. So developers need a point of reference to define deadline and check the correctness of time. This paper proposes an improved PS-Block as an infrastructure of analysis tools for TMO to present a point of reference. There is a problem that the existing PS-Block has overhead caused by a policy making duplicated blocks. As such, this paper implements a PS-Block Timing Model to reduce the overhead due to block duplication, and defines a base class for searching in PS-Block. The PS-Block Timing Model, using an improved PS-Block structure, offers a point of reference of deadline and an infrastructure of execution time analysis according to the PS-Block configuration policy. Therefore, TMO developers can easily verify deadline of real-time methods, and improve reliability, and reduce development terms.

Recently the construction of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system becomes accomplished actively from the many enterprises. But the many problems occur in acquisition of production data which is a fundamental data of system. Also to delay the acquisition of the production result is fatal in the efficient business operation. The construction of the POP(Point of Production) system which acquires production data at real time is become accomplished widely, In the POP system it is most important to acquire the production data which is accurate. But the many enterprises drop the competitive power with acquisition of the data which could not be trusted. In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.

With the development of computer technologies and the increase of internet users, Internet plays an important role in job-recruitment business. However, almost of the sites which provide job offering and job hunting service, merely have the function such as simple inquiry for information corresponding to job offering and job hunting. In this research, the online website whose task is supporting whole procedure of recruitment for real enterprises is constructed to apply the interview procedures of the real enterprises through internet. We utilize the video conference to increase the reality for interview. Also it has functions such as presentation of application form and resume and self introduction using the video conference. Through the online recruitment website we can expect time and cost saving for recruitment for both sides of enterprise to hunt the person and people to seek the job.

This work is for reasonable valuation method of environmental-friendly and organic company. Reasonable valuation method is principal for the sound development, the reasonable investment and the growth of stock market. This study proposes valid valuation and method for environmental-friendly and organic company. The author selected 4 companies from certificate list of environmental-friendly and organic food and LOHAS (Lifestyles Of Health And Sustainability) food of Korean standards association. Applying financial audit report of 5 years, the author output 5 variables from each companies by using Growth Option model of Real Option model. And the author valuated companies by adding option value calculated with these variables and residual value discounted with cash flow discounted method. Company values from ROV model were 1.71 time higher than DCF model. This results show that the value of environmental-friendly and organic food company may own high option premium, that is the growth factor.

Data warehouse(DW) manages all information in a Enterprise and also offers the specific information to users. However, it might be difficult to develope an effective DW system due to varieties in computing facilities, data base, and operating systems. The heterogeneous system environments make it harder to extract data and to provide proper information to usesr in real time. Also commonly occurred is data inconsistency of non-integrated legacy system, which requires an effective and efficient data extraction flow control as well as data cleansing. We design the integrated automatic ETT(Extraction Transformation Transportation) system to control data extraction flow and suggest implementation methodology. Detail analysis and design are given to specify the proposed ETT approach with a real implementation.

The purpose of this study is to expand businesses' adoption of the Enterprise Resource Planning System (E.R.P.S.). In order to accomplish the objective, the following conditions need to be fulfilled. 1) Clearness of the goal and expected effect of E.R.P.S. adoption 2) Definiteness of the extent of E.R.P.S. construction 3) The management's will to E.R.P.S. adoption If the E.R.P.S is adopted, the following effects are expected. 1) Speedy quality decision-making is possible. 2) Time taken from the order of the product to its release can be curtailed (from 40days to 10days). 3) Time taken for the development of the product can be shortened (from 24 months to 10 months). 4) Cost reduction is possible by using necessary information in real time.
