산업안전관리자의 안전의식 연구

  • 우리 나라는 한해에 안전사고로 인해 12만 .+-. 2만명정도의 재해자를 발생시키고 있으며, 재해의 천국이라는 오명까지 얻게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라의 산업안전관리자의 안전의식을 분석함으로써 재해발생의 감소에 일조를 하고자 함을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구기간은 1997년 3월에서 8월까지며, 총 200여명의 강원지역의 산업안전관리자들을 대상 으로 설문조사하여, 그중 불성실하게 답한 것을 제외한 183명의 관리자들의 응답결과를 토 대로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구내용은 안전의식에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 그들의 근무 조건과 안전에 대한 지식정도, 현 직장에의 만족과 불만족요인과 자주 쓰는 재해통해방법들을 조사하여 우리나라의 안전관리자들의 현 상황을 유추해 보고자 시도하였다. 분석결과 183명 중 여성은 불과 3명뿐이며, 83%가 기혼이며, 대졸은 전체의 25.1%이며, 59.6%가 고졸이며 , 전문대졸은 15.2%나 되었다. 전담 안전관리자는 전체의 8%에 불과했으며, 대부분 겸임을 하고 있었다. 놀라운 것은 안전관리자들의 92.6%가 안전관리자격증이 없었으며, 2급이 4.7% 에 불과했다. 과거에 부상을 당한 경험이 있는 안전관리자는 전체의 26.3%에 달해 회사가 부상을 당한 근로자를 안전부서로 발령한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 다친 원인의 50%가 시설물 결함으로 나타나 작업환경개선이 시급함을 알 수가 있었다. 우리나라도 선진국과 같은 교욱담당의 NIOSH와 제재담당의 OSHA와 같은 기관의 설립이 보다 효율적이고 근본적인 안전 관리의 문제해결책이라고 사료된다. 열악한 중소기업에 나라에서 안전교육을 담당해 주는 대신 기업은 근로자들에게 보다 안전한 환경을 제공해야 된다는 것이 이러한 기관설립의 목적이라고 하겠다. 더 나아가 이를 총괄하는 안전관리청의 신설이 보다 근본적인 문제해결을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.의 결과는 자전거 에르고노미터의 결과가 트레드밀의 결과에 87.60%정도 나타났다.음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance. 가사활동에 따른 피로도 감소를 위한 입좌식 부엌가구의 개발에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 주부들의 주활동공간인 부엌가구와 공간의 설계에 있어사용하기 편리하며 가사활동에 따 른 피로를 경감시키고 요통과 같은 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있는 부엌가구와 공간의 개발에 그 목적을 두었다. 연구는 먼저 수도권의 32평형 규모의 아파트150가구를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 만 24시간동안의 실제 가사활동을 Video로 촬영하여 동작분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 주부들은 수납의 용 이성과 공간의 크기, 작업대의 높이 등을 가장 많은 개선사항으로 지적하였으며, 절반이상의 주부들이 앉은 자세에서 작업이 이루어졌으면 좋겠다고 응답하였다. 또한 동작분석 결과 작업의 70%이상이 개수 대를 중심으로 조리대와 가열대 주변의 한정된 공간에서정적으로 선 자세에서이루어지는 것으로 파악 되었다. 이러한 선 자세에서의 작업에 따른 피로도를 감소시키기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입하였으며, 개수대를 씽크대의 'ㄱ'자 코너에 위치하여 주방활동시의 이동거리를 단축하고자 하였다. 피로도의 경감 을 측정하기 위하여 입좌식 의자를 도입한 개선된 씽크대와 기존의 입식씽크대에서 가사활동시 요구되는 주부들의 에너지 대사량을 비교하기 위하여 심장박동수와 산소호흡량을 측정하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 주방에 입좌식의자를 도입한 경우가 가사활동에 요구되는 에너지 소모량이 심장박동수와 산소호흡량의 기준에서 각각 평균적으로 30%와 57.5% 이상이 감소하는 것으로 파악되어 이러한 부엌가구의 도입으로 주부들의 가사활동에따른 피로도가 절반 가까이 감소될 수 있음을 니타내었다. 또한 부엌가구의 재배치 에따른 가사활동시 이동거리가 평균적으로5.5%이상이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 주방설 계에 적용할 경우 가사활동의 효율성과 편리성이 향샹됨은 물론 가사활동에따른 피로도를 경감 시키고 요통 등의 주부직업병을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.1일 1회씩 4회 투여한 군에서도 암수에 상관없이 전 농도 군에서 염색체이상을 나타내지 않아 유전독성을 나타내지 않음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance. The Study on the Statistical Characteristics of Road Traffic Noise in Apartment Complex (국내 단지도로에서 도로교통소음에 대한 통계학적 특성연구 -도로교통 소음원이 수음점에 미치는 수평.수직 음원 분포특성 중심으로-)

  • This paper represents the statistical characteristics of sources and receptors for road traffic noise in apartment complex. Also we suggested that the site-specific characteristics of vertical and horizontal distributions in the complex apartment have been derived using a different analysis for evaluating levels of Leq1h by the apartment floor at a given distance from a road in terms of the flow rate, the mean speed of the traffic, and the percentage of the type vehicles in the day and night periods. As a result, the contribution orders of traffic quantity by the type of vehicles showed as followed: light vehicle>medium vehicle>heavy vehicle>motorcycle. Especially, the mixing ratio of entering the road on the heavy vehicle in the daytime was two times higher than that of in the night. The speed in all types of vehicle is in the range of 41 and 81 km/hr and noise level was not significantly different in day and night-time. The sources of road traffic noise had different variations and uncertainties using a random variable and probability distribution. The sound distribution to receptors by the apartment floor showed S curve between 1st floor and $15^{th}$ floor With the normality test, the normal distributions using Anderson-Darling Test followed $1^{st},\;3^{th},\;13^{th}$ and $15^{th}$, floor in the daytime and all floors except $7^{th}$ floor in the night (p>0.05). And also, the value of the pearson correlation coefficient (r) obtained in this study have significantly different at the range of floor. In conclusion, the results suggested that the distribution characteristics of levels of $Leq_{1h}$ on the sources and receptors of road traffic noise in apartment complex must be improved and developed on the guideline of regulation of road traffic noise.

Factors of Successful Aging and the Effect on Life Satisfaction by the Recognition of Old Age (노후연령인식 여부에 따른 성공적 노화 구성요소 차이 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study used the third wave of individual data of KReIs(Korean Retirement and Income Study) because the third wave of data only had the necessary variables which fit into this study. The data was collected in 2010 using national random sampling. The target population was adults who are older than 65 and the sample size of this study was 4,080. The factors of successful aging were compared by the recognition of old age (group (1): people who recognize they are not older adults(n=620); group (2): people who recognize they are older adults(n=3,460)). For comparison of each variable by the recognition of old age, t-test, chi-square test and ANCOVA were used depending on the types of variables. To test the effect on the life satisfaction of the factors of successful aging, hierarchical regressions were used for each group. 1) Except for the number of leisure activities, older adults who recognized they were not old(group (1)) had a higher level of factors composing of successful aging than older adults who recognized they were old(group (2)). 2) For group (1), age did not affect their life satisfaction in a statistically significant level, but for group (2) age negatively affected their life satisfaction. 3) The results indicated that cognitive and physical functioning were more important than avoiding disease and disability. 4) For group (2), IADL affected life satisfaction positively in a statistically significant level, but for group (1), IADL did not affect life satisfaction. 5) For group(2), whether they had a job or not affected the life satisfaction differently.

Condition-Based Model for Preventive Maintenance of Armor Units of Rubble-Mound Breakwaters using Stochastic Process (추계학적 확률과정을 이용한 경사제 피복재의 예방적 유지관리를 위한 조건기반모형)

  • A stochastic process has been used to develop a condition-based model for preventive maintenance of armor units of rubble-mound breakwaters that can make a decision the optimal interval at which some repair actions should be performed under the perfect maintenance. The proposed cost model in this paper based on renewal reward process can take account of the interest rate, also consider the unplanned maintenance cost which has been treated like a constant in the previous studies to be a time-dependent random variable. A function for the unplanned maintenance cost has been mathematically proposed so that the cumulative damage, serviceability limit and importance of structure can be taken into account, by which a age-based maintenance can be extended to a condition-based maintenance straightforwardly. The coefficients involved in the function can also be properly estimated using a method expressed in this paper. Two stochastic processes, Wiener process and gamma process have been applied to armor stones of rubble-mound breakwaters. By evaluating the expected total cost rate as a function of time for various serviceability limits, interest rates and importances of structure, the optimal period of preventive maintenance can easily determined through the minimization of the expected total cost rate. For a fixed serviceability limit, it shows that the optimal period has been delayed while the interest rate increases, so that the expected total cost rate has become lower. In addition, the gamma process tends to estimate the optimal period more conservatively than the Wiener process. Finally, it is found that the more crucial the level of importance of structure becomes, the more often preventive maintenances should be carried out.

Partial Safety Factors for Geotechnical Bearing Capacity of Port Structures (항만구조물 지반지지력 산정을 위한 부분안전계수 결정)

  • When eccentric or inclined load acts on foundation of the port & harbor structures, partial safety factors of bearing capacity limit state were estimated using reliability analysis. Current Korean technical standards of port and harbor structures recommend to estimate the geotechnical bearing capacity using the simplified Bishop method. In practice, however, simple method of comparing ground reaction resistance with allowable bearing capacity has been mostly used by design engineers. While the simple method gives just one number fixed but somewhat convenient, it could not consider the uncertainty of soil properties depending on site by site. Thus, in this paper, partial safety factors for each design variable were determined so that designers do perform reliability-based level 1 design for bearing capacity limit state. For these, reliability index and their sensitivities were gained throughout the first order reliability method(FORM), and the variability of the random variables was also considered. In order to verify partial safety factors determined here, a comparison with foreign design codes was carried out and were found to be reasonable in practical design.

Monitoring on Characteristics of Soybean Flour Hydrolyzed by Various Proteolytic Conditions (콩분말의 단백질 가수분해 조건에 따른 특성 모니터링)

  • We monitored the characteristics of soybean hydrolysate prepared under various hydrolysis condition using response surface methodology. The yield was affected by protease content but 1be effect of hydrolysis time to yield gradually increased at over $0.4\%$ of protease, while the $R^2$ of polynomial equation was 0.978 (p<0.01). The soluble solid enlarged by increase of both variables and the $R^2$ of polynomial equation was 0.954 (p<0.01). The degree of hydrolysis was affected by protease content at low (under $0.4\%$) protease and maximized at $0.57\%$ protease and 5.49 hrs. The $R^2$ of polynomial equation for the degree of hydrolysis was 0.916 (P<0.05). The calcium intolerance capacity showed similar pattern like yield but the effect of hydrolysis time was rapidly increased at over $0.4\%$ protease. The $R^2$ of polynomial equation for calcium intolerance capacity was 0.932 (p<0.05). The total phenolic compounds increased in proportion to protease content and hydrolysis time, while the $R^2$ of polynomial equation was 0.920 (p<0.05). According to the results of this study, the optimal conditions for soybean hydrolysis were predicted to be $0.51\~0.66\%$ of protease and $6.5\~9.0\;hrs$, and the predicted values and actual values of each response variable were similar to each other when the hydrolysis was performed at a random point within the optimal range.

  • Recently, Software Development was applied to new-approach methods as a various form : client-server system and web-programing, object-orient concept, distributed development with a network environments. On the other hand, it be concerned about the distributed development technology and increasing of object-oriented methodology. These technology is spread out the software quality and improve of software production, reduction of the software develop working. Futures, we considered about the distributed software development technique with a many workstation. In this paper, we discussed optimal release problem based on a stochastic differential equation model for the distributed Software development environments. In the past, the software reliability applied to quality a rough guess with a software development process and approach by the estimation of reliability for a test progress. But, in this paper, we decided to optimal release times two method: first, SRGM with an error counting model in fault detection phase by NHPP. Second, fault detection is change of continuous random variable by SDE(stochastic differential equation). Here, we decide to optimal release time as a minimum cost form the detected failure data and debugging fault data during the system test phase and operational phase. Especially, we discussed to limitation of reliability considering of total software cost probability distribution.

A Comparative Study of Emotional Response to Korean Drama among Countries: With Drama 'Goblin' (한국 드라마 수용에 있어서 국가별 감정 반응 분석: 드라마 <도깨비>를 중심으로)

  • This research aims to investigate 'Hallyu' contents consumption tendency of consumers from Korea, Japan, and the United States by analyzing their emotional responses. With the development of social media, research on emotion analysis by reviewing text materials has grown. Whereas environmental variables affect consumer demand towards 'Hallyu' contents, little comparative analyses have been conducted on the emotional responses of consumers from different countries. In this research, the emotional prototype model proposed by Russell(1980) used to extract and distinguish emotional words to clarify how people in the three countries differently perceive the Korean drama "Goblin". First of all, the SNS reviews were collected during a two-month period (February 12 to April 12). Second, significant factors were identified in the collected data according to Russell's emotion model. Third, random forest was applied to organize the selected variables in the order of variable importance. Fourth, the correlations among the emotional words were compared. Lastly, the accuracy of the trained model was measured using the test dataset. The results show that "Happy" was found to be the greatest factor in Korea and in the United States and "Pleased" in Japan. Emotional words correlations showed that when watching the drama "Goblin", "passive unpleasure" was the main factor associated with individual's interest in Korea whereas "passive pleasure" was associated with individual's interest in Japan and in the United States. Based on the results, this research suggests the possibility of developing evaluation guidelines for emotional responses of different countries towards 'Hallyu' contents.

Scalable Fingerprinting Scheme based on Angular Decoding for LCCA Resilience (선형결합 공모공격에 강인한 각도해석 기반의 대용량 핑거프린팅)

  • Fingerprinting scheme uses digital watermarks to trace originator of unauthorized or pirated copies, however, multiple users may collude and escape identification by creating an average or median of their individually watermarked copies. Previous research works are based on ACC (anti-collusion code) for identifying each user, however, ACC are shown to be resilient to average and median attacks, but not to LCCA and cannot support large number of users. In this paper, we propose a practical SACC (scalable anti-collusion code) scheme and its angular decoding strategy to support a large number of users from basic ACC (anti-collusion code) with LCCA (linear combination collusion attack) robustness. To make a scalable ACC, we designed a scalable extension of ACC codebook using a Gaussian distributed random variable, and embedded the resulting fingerprint using human visual system based watermarking scheme. We experimented with standard test images for colluder identification performance, and our scheme shows good performance over average and median attacks. Our angular decoding strategy shows performance gain over previous decoding scheme on LCCA colluder set identification among large population.
