This paper shows the results of train system engineering technology and exterior and interior design of a prototype test train(HSR 350X) which was developed in R&D project titled 'Development of High Speed Railway Technology'. The prototype test train, which has two power cars, two motorized trailers and three trailers, is now being tested on high speed line.

The prototype test train, which has two power cars, two motorized trailers and three trailers, is now being tested on high speed line. The improved conceptual design work of a new commercial train and next generation′s train is also peformed for future needs.

Art Nouveau was a short-lived European phenomenon in art and architecture. Despite the fact that Art Nouveau architecture never fully succeeded as an anti-historical movement, it is important to identify its place in modern architectural historiography. The significance of Art Nouveau-that it incorporated decorative elements into the centre of architectural practice-certainly serves to acknowledge its place within the Modern Movement. Architectural works of Victor Horta, Hector Guimard and Charles Rennie Mackintosh are carefully examined in this paper to find out (1) how they individually emerged and manifested distinctive characteristics and creativity within their own local contexts, and (2) how they can collectively fit into historical discourse of Art Nouveau. Art Nouveau was not a mere fin-de-ci cle phenomenon, but a complicated transient phase at the dawn of European Modernism.

Recently study on components for a electric golf car and a utility car driven by a electric motor has been performed actively, and the study on a drive motor, a inverter and a battery focuses on a small, light weight and high power density source to improve fuel efficiency using limited electric energy. Especially, since a utility car such as a golf car performance depends on initial acceleration and maximum speed capability, a drive system requires high power and large and wide operation area, This study therefore investigates on the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor with high power density and wide operation, and is verified with the test result after design and characteristic analysis is performed.

Internationally, Korean people and society are known to be workaholic, however, recently some changes have come with the inauguration of the 5 working-days system as well as the rising of economic power and high level of education. Many people come to enjoy leisure time with various activities. Especially, arts become the subject of concern as a kind of leisure life, and also gallery become a important space. However, the renovation of the gallery space is required Inevitably because many galleries have been located in too formal or fixed building space, and the management of it has not been executed thoroughly. This study aims at the suggestion of the specialized and differentiated renovation plan for gallery as cultural space offering the right notion and information about the arts as well as rest to citizens, also as exhibit space showing the object efficiently.

We have evaluated the toxicity of interior materials for the railway passenger car by checking the release of $CO_2$, CO, NOx, SO2, HCl, HF, HBr, HCN. The NOx is one of the most effective for the determination of Toxic Index R value. It is generally known that the mechanism of thermal NOx generation without the Interior Material nitrogen source. This study started from the idea to check the NOx difference according to the furnace temperature. But from the results, it was revealed that NOx is not so sensitive for the furnace temperature in case of solid burning. Other gases such as HCN, CO were more changeable to the furnace Temp. We reported the test result as for toxicity index r(x).

Consider a strong Markov process $X^0$ that has continuous sample paths in the closed cone $\bar{G}$ in $R^d(d \geq 3)$ such that the process behaves like a ordinary Brownian motion in the interior of the cone, reflects instantaneously from the boundary of the cone and is absorbed at the vertex of the cone. It is shown that $X^0(t)$ has a representation $R(t) \ominus (t)$ where $R(t) \in [0, \infty)$ and $\ominus(t) \in S^{d-1}$, the surface of the unit ball.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the emotional color of home office and the trendy color with special comparison of office and library colors, and to suggest the harmony of color combination of home office based on the emotional color of this analytical data. this study, the Color Syntax Program, digital tool for color analysis of images is used. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the main color of home office images shows three color classifications of YR-Y, Y-GY, R-YR, and with relatively high ratios of YR-Y in the color of home offices, and B-PB, GY-G in offices and libraries. Secondly, from the point of emotional aspect, the trendy color of the home office can be classified into four color image categories: 'natural', 'peaceful', 'mild', and 'noble'. Under those categories this paper proposes 10 color harmony scheme that can be applied to color of home office interior design.

Finding an initial feasible solution on the central path is the main difficulty of feasible interior-point methods. Although, some algorithms have been suggested to remedy this difficulty, many practical implementations often do not use perfectly centered starting points. Therefore, it is worth to analyze the case that the starting point is not exactly on the central path. In this paper, we propose a weighted-path following interior-point algorithm for solving the Cartesian $P_{\ast}({\kappa})$-linear complementarity problems (LCPs) over symmetric cones. The convergence analysis of the algorithm is shown and it is proved that the algorithm terminates after at most $O\((1+4{\kappa}){\sqrt{r}}{\log}{\frac{x^0{\diamond}s^0}{\varepsilon}}\)$ iterations.
