Objectives: The purpose of our study is to develop and verify questionnaire using temperament and character inventory (TCI) in the future by contemplating the comparative study on TCI and psychological testing Questionnaires. Methods: We investigate the research searched by keyword: 'TCI' and 'Questionnaire' through internet search engines, Pub Med, Science Direct and Springer Link. Results: The comparative study of TCI and psychological testing Questionnaires(SPAQ, BDI, TAS-20, MAC, DSQ) which have the purpose of diagnosing personal disorder is helpful for the verification of the level of adequacy of the concerned psychological testing Questionnaire and contributes to the understanding of psychobiological characteristics of each of personal disorders. The comparative study of TCI and psychological testing Questionnaires(MMPI, NEO, CPI) which have the purpose of comprehending general personality is helpful for the verification of the level of adequacy of the concerned psychological testing Questionnaire and contributes to the understanding of meaning of questionnaire-scales. The comparative study of TCI and constitution-psychological testing Questionnaire(QSCC II) is helpful for the verification of the level of adequacy and the understanding of the concerned constitution-psychological testing Questionnaire and contributes to the understanding of psychobiological characteristics of each of constitutions. Conclusions: TCI is a useful tool to understand the psychological testing Questionnaire more deeply and verify the level of the adequacy, and from now on for the development and verification of Oriental medicinal-psychological testing Questionnaire, the study comparing it with TCI should be actively used.

The purpose of this study is to develop questionnaire items for the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test(PAPT) which can predict the flight training achievement through personality and personal characteristics. To do this, we investigated the personality traits required to successfully conduct flight training for 30 flight instructors as a subject. The results were as follows: motivation, concentration, concentration, situational awareness, and concentration. Based on this, preliminary 300-item questionnaire was prepared by combining the existing studies related to pilot aptitude. Survey was conducted using preliminary questionnaire for 152 student pilots as a subject. As a result of the correlation analysis between the results of the questionnaire and the flight training, 16 questions were derived. Finally, factor analysis showed that the final 14 questionnaire items were confirmed. The internal concept of an item is categorized as personality, perception, and motivation. This study suggests that the pilot aptitude should be viewed from an extended point of view by analyzing individual characteristics and pilot aptitude in relation to flight training achievement.

Background: Yukmijiwhang-tang is one of the most common herbal formulas in Oriental Medicine. Yukmijiwhang-tang has been widely used as a herbal medicine to replenish Yin and tonify the kidneys for hundred years in Asian countries. Because of insufficiency in data, objective judgements about remedial effects have been difficult. In order to make objectivity diagnostic data, this research is developed. Purpose: The aim of the research is to make a pilot questionnaire for clinical use of Yukmijiwhang-tang. Methods: The questionnaire which includes symptoms and signs for Yukmijiwhang-tang is studied by the Delphi method. Results: By the Delphi method and score evaluation, 30 items of the initial copy of questionnaire are chosen for the research. Conclusions: By the Delphic survey among clinicians, a reference questionnaire for Yukmijiwhang-tang applications was suggested. Further research is necessary for modification of questionnaire by statistics and certification by clinical trial. research.

The International Association of Navigational Aids to Navigation (IALA) utilizes the S-200 standard model and test data for product specification development and validation related to generating datasets compliant with the S-201 data format. Currently, they are focusing on improving the S-200 testbed DB performance and extending the IALA Questionnaire survey functionality. In this study, we investigate the design and implementation of features required to manage additional questionnaires in the S-200 testbed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current life conditions and welfare needs of rural youth. A questionnaire was developed from the review of literature. The instrument consisted of five separate sections according to the objectives of the study. Data(391) were collected through a questionnaire mailed to 4-H members selected in the sample(580). The rate of analyzed data(387) was 98% using the SPSS. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made. (1) The various education programs need to be enlarged to rural area. (2) The job getting opportunities and career guidance programs are needed to strengthen for rural youth. (3) The problem-counselling programs and centers should be provided for rural youth. (4) The more leisure and culture facilities should to establish in rural area.

Purpose. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the educational needs of industry which will hire learner and to develop curriculum to meet the demand. Methods. This study was a descriptive research based on survey results. In each questionnaire, the number of responses and ratios were measured to determine the priorities of the questionnaire items and the education demand was evaluated based on these priorities. Results. The core competency keywords for nurses in industry are knowledge, technology, and communication. In the industry needs for curriculum development, the importance of education to be strengthened for nurse training was found to be core basic nursing skills, nursing process application ability, communication ability, creative nursing problem solving ability, personality and foreign language ability. Conclusion. This study has laid the groundwork for the development of competency based curriculum based on environmental factors and reducing the problems of mis - matching between industry and education.

The intent of this study is to propose a method for appraisal of the indoor thermal environment of apartment housing by measuring physical factors and residents' response to questionnaire survey. The experiments were performed on eight houses each in summer (August 18 through 31,1995) and winer (february 16 through 20,1996). It included measurements of indoor air temperature, globe temperature, relative humidity, and CO2 concentration. The questionnaire surveys were performed each in summer (July 16 through 20, 1996) and winer (February 13 through 16, 1996). And 248 cases in summer and 297 cases in winter were used in analysis. These questionnaire surveys asked residents' response about thermal sensation, humidity sensation, sense of air freshness regarding the indoor thermal environment. data acquired through the experiments and questionnaire surveys were then transferred to scales that allowed relative comparison, and measured to an appraisal standard chart. Appraisal tools included appraisal charts and radar charts. Indoor thermal environment was judged to be positive according to experiments, but residents appraised the thermal environment to be average. This difference between the two can be found in the strict standards by which residents judge the thermal environment of their apartments.

A school uniform leads students to good behavior and have them enjoy desirable school life. We analyse the students' view through questionnaire. We asked 544 students questions about the degree of satisfaction on color, design and style of their uniforms. By analyzing the result of the questionnaire, we found the style of the uniform that students preferred. In this study, we suggest some useful information which is necessary to develop new uniform based on utility and creative aesthetic sense. The questionnaire using this research grounded on the questionnaire of the previous study and the subject selected the random samples out of girls' high school student in Deagu·Kyungbuk Area. The result analysis was peformed by SPSS, one of the statistical analysis method.

The purpose of this study was to develop a fashion design with a greater sense of modernism based on the characteristics and design elements of Myanmar traditional clothing focusing on the Yandanapon Mandalay period of the last dynasty of Myanmar using the SCAMPER technique, which is one of the creative methodologies. Contemporary menswear fashion designs were developed based on the individual elements of the questionnaire on the SCAMPER technique using fashion design elements. The design development process was as follows. First, this study set the developmental theme of contemporary menswear fashion design in Myanmar's traditional clothing style during the Yadanapon Mandalay period. Second, to develop designs using the SCAMPER technique, the elements of Myanmar's traditional clothing were first divided into item composition and design elements, followed by application of the SCAMPER questionnaire. Also, various designs were developed by combining and applying different elements. Third, optionally selective elements evolved from the design development process using the SCAMPER technique questionnaire. Fourth, the design evaluation was used to select the designs matching the study purpose out of 55 design sketches via FGI (Focus Group Interview) consisting of four fashion designers. Fifth, a total of six designs were selected by additional design modification. Based on the aforementioned processes, a total of six works of men's clothing design were presented. This study provides basic data for the cultural and aesthetic understanding of traditional Myanmar clothing. It also serves as a source of new ideas to express modern fashion design in different ways.

1. Objectives In oriental medicine, there is no method to diagnosis Sasang constitution of school aged children. The objective diagnostic method is necessary to improve the health condition of children. The method must be able to reduce time and to correct subjective error. So the purposes of this study are developing the questionnaire to diagnosis Sasang constitution of school-aged children. 2. Methods The questionnaire consists of selected substance of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowon${\lrcorner}$, characteristic questionnaire of children and questionnaire for the Sasangin Diagnosis Questionnaire(for adult). Experts, element school children and a scholar on Korean literature revise the questionnaire. 3. Results and Conclusion Experts examed pre-questionnaires and selected the final questionnaries by CVI 0.8 at propriety of contents. Sasangin Diagnosis Questionnaire (SDQ) for Child consists of 84 questions (24 questions for child, 48 questions and 12 questions for doctor).
