실물옵션을 이용한 코스닥 벤처기업의 가치평가

  • Since 1996 when Kosdaq market was set up, serious doubt has been raised regarding the efficiency of the market. The most important question is whether this market can reflect the real value of the venture company quoted on it. In order to answer this question, this study aimed to evaluate venture companies in Kosdaq market adopting the concept of real option theory. From the results of empirical analysis, we found that in the early 2000, there was serious over-valuation problem. On the contrary, in the recent period of economic recession, under-valuation problem is quite prevalent. We also present our methodology and empirical results confirm the conjecture that option premium outweighs the DCF valor for the newly born and high-technology intensive venture companies. We hope that the empirical results shed some light on the policy prescription to improve the efficiency of Kosdaq market.

초등학교 과학수업에서 형성평가의 실제 (The Characteristics of Formative Assessment in Elementary School Science Teaching)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of formative assessment in elementary school science teaching. In order to examine the practices of formative assessment in science teaching, 8 science classes were observed and video-taped for each of two instructions. We also interviewed the teachers and students with semi-structured questions. The result indicated that the teachers used planned formative assessment and interactive formative assessment. Teachers assessed three aspects of student loaming in science classroom: the student's personal, social and science development. However, the majority assessed in science teaching was science development. Teachers used observation, question and answer, dialogue, reports, and presentation as the formative assessment methods. The process of formative assessment was categorized as to get information, to judge and to give feedback. These three aspects were interrelated and interdependent. The type of question and feedback was influenced on the extent of the interaction between teachers and students.

특정 정보의 정신적 표상에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Mental Representation of a Specific Data)

  • This paper started from a question: Can it help a student solve the problem to give supports in point of view of a teacher knowing the solution. We performed a case study to get an answer for the question. We analysed a case which students do not make full use of data in the mathematical problem from this point of view of the mental representation. We examined closely the cause for not making full use of data. We got that the wrong mental representation which the students get from data in the problem lead to not making full use of data. We knew that it is insufficient to present the data not making use of. To help a student truly, it is necessary to give a aid based on a student's mental representation. From the conclusion of study, We got that figuring out student's mental representation is important and hope that many investigation about student's mental representation for various problem occur with frequency.

  • 전화면접을 개별직접면접에 대한 매력적 대안이 될 수 있지만 두 가지 자료 수집방식에서 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있는지에 대하여는 많은 의문이 제기되어 왔다. 이러한 의문에 대답하기 위해서는 i)전화면접에 대한 피면접자의 선호도, 면접의 속도, 개방질문에 대한 응답의 상세성, 미응답 항목의 비율 등 직접효과 ii) 통계적 추정량 iii) 면접자의 차이와 자료수집양식 등의 관점에서 경험적 문헌검토를 하였다. 이러한 차이는 전화면접에 대한 사회적 소망성 효과, 서베이 질문에 대한 인지능력 및 양식효과와 면접자 효과로 설명될 수 있다.

CD-ROM 활용이 도서관 기능증진에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Improvement of Library Functions by the Utilization of CD-ROM)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 "CD-ROM의 활용이 얼마나 도서관의 기능을 증진시켜 주는가" 하는 것이다. 문헌적 고찰을 토대로 가설을 정립하고 가설검증을 위한 분석틀을 작성한 다음, CD-ROM을 사용하는 사서들이 응답한 282부(70.5%)의 설문지로 분석하였다. 측정도구에 관한 신뢰성과 타당성을 크론바하 알파와 인자분석으로 검증하였으며, 인자분석, 다변인회귀분석, 통로분석 등을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과, 본 연구의 가설을 강력하게 지지하고 있는 것으로, 도서관의 기능을 증진시키기 위해서는 Cd-ROM의 활용이 적극적으로 추진되는 것이 바람직하다는 결론을 얻었다.는 결론을 얻었다.

질의 응답 시스템에서 질의 카테고리별 개념리스트 구축에 기반한 의미적 질의 확장 (Semantic Query Expansion based on a Question Category Concept List in QA system)

  • 질의 응답(Question Answering) 시스템은 질의에서 요구하는 정답 유형(Answer tyype) 및 질의에 사용된 용어를 적용하여 보다 정확한 답을 추출하고자 한다. 그러나 질의에 사용된 용어들이 문서의 정답문장에 그대로 사용되지 않고 같은 의미의 다른 어휘로 출현하기도 하며, 혹은 다른 문법적 정보를 가진 카테고리로 등장하여 정답 추출에 어려움이 따른다. 따라서, 본 논문은 질의별 카테고리 개념 리스트를 구축하여 효과적인 의미적 질의 확장 방법론을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 먼저 질문 문장의 패턴 린 질의 정보 유형을 파악하여 질의 카테고리 및 카테고리별 개념 리스트를 구축한다. 그런 후 구축된 질의 개념 카테고리 및 리스트를 활용하여 질의 유형을 학습하고, 새로운 질의가 입력되면 해당 개념 카테고리로 분류한 후, 개념 리스트를 기반으로 개념별 질의 확장을 수행한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능 명가를 위하여, TREC-9의 질의와 TREC 문서 중 1991년도 WSJ(Wall Street Journal) 42,654건을 대상으로 실험한 결과 질의 확장을 수행하지 않는 시스템의 경우 MRR(Mean reciprocal ratio) 측정에서 0.223의 결과를 보인 반면 제안된 시스템의 경우 0.50의 향상된 결과를 보였다.

Inverse of Frobenius Graphs and Flexibility

  • Weak Crossed Product Algebras correspond to certain graphs called lower subtractive graphs. The properties of such algebras can be obtained by studying this kind of graphs ([4], [5]). In [1], the author showed that a weak crossed product is Frobenius and its restricted subalgebra is symmetric if and only if its associated graph has a unique maximal vertex. A special construction of these graphs came naturally and was known as standard lower subtractive graph. It was a deep question that when such a special graph possesses unique maximal vertex? This work is to answer the question partially and to give a particular characterization for such graphs at which the corresponding algebras are isomorphic. A graph that follows the mentioned characterization is called flexible. Flexibility is to some extend a generalization of the so-called Coxeter groups and its weak Bruhat ordering.

SOCLE ELEMENTS OF NON-LEVEL ARTINIAN ALGEBRAS

  • We show that an Artinian O-sequence $h_0,h_1,{\cdots},h_{d-1},h_d\;=\;h_{d-1},h_{d+l}\;>\;h_d$ of codimension 3 is not level when $h_{d-1}\;=\;h_d\;=\;d + i\;and\;h{d+1}\;=\;d+(i+1)\;for\;i\;=\;1,\;2,\;and\;3$, which is a partial answer to the question in [9]. We also introduce an algorithm for finding noncancelable Betti numbers of minimal free resolutions of all possible Artinian O-sequences based on the theorem of Froberg and Laksov in [2].

  • We answer a question raised by P. Brass on the number of maximally repeated sub-patterns in a set of n points in $\mathbb{R}^{d}$. We show that is number, which was conjectured to be polynomial, is in fact $\Theta(2^{\frac{n}{2}})$ in the worst case, regardless of the dimension d.

ON A q-ANALOGUE OF THE p-ADIC GENERALIZED TWISTED L-FUNCTIONS AND p-ADIC q-INTEGRALS

  • The purpose of this paper is to define generalized twisted q-Bernoulli numbers by using p-adic q-integrals. Furthermore, we construct a q-analogue of the p-adic generalized twisted L-functions which interpolate generalized twisted q-Bernoulli numbers. This is the generalization of Kim's h-extension of p-adic q-L-function which was constructed in [5] and is a partial answer for the open question which was remained in [3].
