교통약자 자율주행서비스 요구사항에 대한 우선순위 연구: 휠체어 이용 장애인 및 보행 장애인을 중심으로 (A Study on the Priority of Autonomous Driving Service Requirements for the Transportation Vulnerable: Focusing on Wheelchair disabled and Walking disabled Persons)

  • The development of autonomous driving technology is expected to bring about a major change in the mobility rights of the transportation vulnerable. It is very important to identify user requirements in developing autonomous vehicles and service technologies for the transportation vulnerable. User requirements were derived for the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. Through focus interviews, a total of 58 requirements were derived for wheelchair-using disabled people and 53 requirements for walking disabled people. A Kano survey was conducted on 33 wheelchair disabled and 34 walking disabled. After that, the quality types of functional requirements in terms of autonomous vehicles and service environment development were analyzed using the Kano model. Priority analysis was conducted on the functions required by the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determine the priorities of user function requirements in the early stages of autonomous vehicle and service technology development.

SERVPERF와 고객여정지도를 활용한 의료서비스 개선 요건 파악 (Identification of Requirements for Improving Healthcare Services with the Combined Use of SERVPERF and Customer Journey Map)

  • This paper is aimed at proposing a new approach to connecting the measurements of customer satisfaction on healthcare services with the prioritized identification of healthcare service processes to be improved. As customers' requirements for healthcare services have become too diverse and healthcare service systems have been increasingly complex, there has been growing interest in the customer-oriented evaluation of healthcare service quality and the systematic improvement of healthcare service processes. Most of the previous studies on service quality evaluation are based on SERVQUAL model. However, because of the unique characteristics and constraints inherent in healthcare service systems, it has been reported that SERVQUAL would be inadequate to be applied to healthcare service systems. As an alternative, SERVPERF has recently been widely used in the evaluation of healthcare service quality. However, there is a lack of studies on how to use the measurements of healthcare service quality systematically to improve service functions and processes. With this issue in mind, we firstly measured the customer-perceived satisfaction on the healthcare service quality from the six dimensions based on SERVPERF. Then we identified the relationships between the subjective measurements and healthcare service processes through brainstorming and expert interview. By using the relationships, we developed a customer journey map in healthcare services that visually describe the interaction between customers and healthcare service systems. The developed customer journey map would help service designers easily identify a healthcare service process that needs to be improved with priority. It is expected that the design improvement process proposed in this study would be a useful method for enhancing the quality of healthcare services.

ISO 9001/2000 인증요인이 서비스품질과 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of ISO 9001/2000 Certification Factors on Performance of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction)

  • This paper first was focused on investigating the relative effect of each ISO 9001: 2000 certification factors on service quality and customer satisfaction in service industry. The empirical tests was conducted in service industry. The results are as follows. First, it shows that ISO 9001:2000 certification factors except requirements for quality management have a positive effect on service quality significantly. Second, it also indicates that service quality precedes customer satisfaction like other researches reported. Finally, different effects of ISO 9001:2000 certification factors on service quality are observed in the various industries.

  • ISO/IEC 9000에 의하면 품질이란 사용 시 사용자 요구사항을 만족시키는 제품이나 서비스의 특성을 종합한 개념으로 정의하고 있다. 웹애플리케이션의 시큐어코딩은 안정성과 함께 정보시스템 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 요소 중의 하나이다. 시큐어코딩을 달성하기 위해서는 품질을 기반으로 하는 설계 모델이 필요하다. 그 이유는 보안도 하나의 품질 속성으로서 비 기능적 요구사항의 범위에 속하기 때문이다. 웹애플리케이션 품질평가체계 설계를 위해서는 품질의 정의를 기초로 품질속성, 품질요구사항, 품질측정 시나리오가 정의되고 설정되어야 한다. 이를 위해 IEEE 1061 품질모델을 참조한 웹애플리케이션 품질모델 관리체계를 개발한다. 웹 애플리케이션 아키텍쳐 설계는 시큐어코딩 품질모델 체계, 웹어플리케이션 이해관계자 관심 도출, 아키텍처 동인 결정, 품질속성 도출, 보안품질 요구사항 설정, 웹어플리케이션 아키텍처기술서 작성, 보안 프레임워크 설계 순서로 구성된다.

  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

  • 지능형 서비스 로봇(Intelligent Service Robots)이란 스스로 주변 환경을 모니터링 하고, 문제 상황 발생시 해결 방안을 마련하여 사용자에게 적절한 서비스들을 제공해 주는 로봇을 말한다. 그러나 로봇이 접할 수 있는 다양한 환경과 상황, 문제들을 미리 예측하여 필요한 모든 기능들을 내부에 포함시키기는 어렵다. 로봇 내부에는 환경에 맞는 필요한 기능들만 가지도록 하고, 필요에 따라 새로운 기능들을 증식 시켜 줄 수 있는 자가 성장 소프트웨어(Self-Growing Software)를 개발함으로써 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 본 논문은 자가성장 소프트웨어가 외부로부터 필요 기능 수행을 위한 서브아키텍처(컴포넌트의 조합 패턴)의 획득을 브로커를 통해 수행 할 때, 기능적인 측면뿐 아니라 품질특성과 환경을 고려하여 적절한 서브아키텍처를 선택하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 사용자의 품질 요구를 고려하여 기능수행에 가장 적합한 서브아키텍처를 추론하기 위해 사용품질요구(Quality-Attributes In Use) 온톨로지를 구축하였고, 컴포넌트 조합 선택을 위해 추상화된 레벨 선택 및 구체적 레벨 선택의 2단계 선택 기법을 개발하였다 추상화된 레벨에서는 상위단계 목표를 기반으로 서브아키텍처의 특성들을 추론하고, 구체적 레벨에서는 컴포넌트 자체의 사용품질요구에 부합하는 특성들을 기반으로 실제 서브아키텍처를 검색한다. 이러한 방법을 통해 사용자의 목표나 상황에 따라 달라지는 품질 요구사항을 반영하여 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 로봇의 기능 증식 시에 사용자의 목표에 좀 더 부합하는 기능 선택이 가능하고, 사용자의 요구와 소프트웨어 기능 표현 및 해석상의 차이를 극복할 수 있다.

  • A control application requirements currently used is very low, such as packet loss rate, minimum delay on sensor networks with quality of service (QoS) requirements some packet delivery guarantee. This paper is the sampling period at the end of the actuator and sensor data transfer related to the Miss ratio for each source sensor node, use the controller and the internal ANFIS. The proposed scheme has the advantages of simplicity, scalability, and General. Simulation results of the proposed scheme can provide QoS support in WSANs.

Web-based Information Systems and Service Quality of IS Department

  • As growth of the web-based applications, the requirements of the users who have been very familiar to the web-based user interfaces and customer-oriented services on the Internet would become more knowledge-intensive and higher technology involved in a more convenient and polite way of service delivery. Therefore, the service quality of information system department should be considered as a very important factor influencing success of information systems. The objective of this study is to provide the relationship between service quality of IS department and its impacts such as use, user satisfaction and job performance. For this purpose, we provide a research model for it and test it empirically for the users of the corporate portal in one of main telecommunication service providers in Korea. In result, our model with satisfiable validity and reliability shows not only importance of IS departments' service quality but also two-faced characteristics of service quality. That is, while technical competence which means with knowledge and expertise of IS department staffs is more related with user satisfaction on information systems, personal service which means the way and manner of service delivery is more related with use of it.

보육시설의 질적 향상을 위한 설치기준에 관한 기초연구 (A Preliminary Study of Licensing Facilitation Standards for Improvements in Quality for Childcare Centers)

  • This study examines the preliminary license and approval facilitation standards for improvements in quality for childcare centers focusing on the number of children, building space standards, facilities and equipment, and childcare program. Data from 48 caese was collected from childcare centers nationwide in Korea through a questionnaire and building plan. The first step for starting care licensing is to work out the ages and numbers of children within four or five age ranges. The second step is to work out the number of children as small, medium, or large considering staff to child ratios and building size. The Nnext step is to make a choice about childcare service quality classification as minimum, fair, or good, considering space requirements per child for the building, the classroom and the outdoor playground. The next step is to make a choice of space organization relating to service programs, considering the sleeping and eating area, indoor play area, toilet & washing facilities, classroom layouts such as cluster type, double zone type, single zone type, and others. Also, each room and entrance, office, kitchen, storage, laundry, teacher's area, and chilldren's area, need to be checked for space requirements and performances. The last step is to arrange the childcare program with the building and site plan. In conclusion childcare service quality will get better by upgrading of license regulation especially in minimum space requirements per child, corresponding with an increase in GNP and housing area per person. This is needed for childcare licensing in order to determine the quality level of childcare service.

항만물류 서비스 품질 분석을 위한 DMQFD 모형의 개발 (Development of DMQFD Model for Analysis of Port Logistics Service Quality)

  • This study define the concepts of port logistics service by investigating various elements of port logistics service and grouping them in six attributes using a Data Mining technique. The QFD (Quality Function Deployment) technique is applied to measure the quality of port logistics service, and those results are analyzed. The DMQFD (Quality Function Deployment using Data Mining) model proposed in this study is a model for analyzing of port logistics service quality which is produced by combining those two stages. Using the DMQFD model, the requirements of customer could understand more correctly and systematically, and it could be an alternative tool to accomplish a customer satisfaction.
