Causal Relationship between e-Service Quality, Online Trust and Purchase Intentions on Lazada Group, An Asia's Leading E-commerce Platform

  • Purpose: The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated and triggered changes in online shopping especially in an emerging market. This paper develops a modification of SERVQUAL model to examine the relationship between individual dimensions of e-service quality, online trust and purchase intentions in singular online shopping platform. Research design, data and methodology: Data from an online survey of 385 Lazada's shoppers were used to test the research model. The structural equation modeling technique was performed to test the research model. Results: The analytical results revealed that five dimensions of e-service quality were positively correlated with one another whereas some dimensions were negatively correlated with purchase intentions. The results of this study provide new insight into the literature as well as practical implications for marketers especially in Thai online market. Conclusion: This study develops the instrument dimensions of e-service quality through modifying the SERVQUAL model to examine the e-commerce context and to testify how these individual dimensions are interlinked with one another. It also suggests that responsiveness has two-sided affects that in responses which are too prompt and insistent could make the customer feel uncomfortable and perhaps ending up with no interaction and transaction.

  • Forecasting of water quality variation is not an easy process due to the complicated nature of various water quality factors and their interrelationships. The objective of this study is to test the applicability of neural network models to the forecasting of the water quality at Dalchun station in Han River. Input data is consist of monthly data of concentration of DO, BOD, COD, SS and river flow. And this study selected optimal neural network model through changing the number of hidden layer based on input layer(n) from n to 6n. After neural network theory is applied, the models go through training, calibration and verification.   • According to the manual of shoemaking, the urethane adhesive for dress shoe applicable to the cementing process in KS G 3116 has been steadily developed. The evaluation test result of urethane adhesive, which is a mathematical model of men's shoe on shoemaking, is presented. Also, the quality test result of urethane adhesive, which is a list of experiment for field application and a model of assembling component in each unit process is introduced.

  • For many products failures depend on age and usage and, in this case, failures are random points in a two-dimensional plane with the two axes representing age and usage. Models play an important role in decision-making. In this research, an accelerate failure test (AFT) model is proposed to deal with the two-dimensional data. The parameters are proposed to be estimated through maximum likelihood estimators.

  • 현실 소프트웨어 비즈니스 환경에서 많은 벤처/중소기업의 소프트웨어의 사용 범위가 넓어지고 품질에 대한 검증이 요구되고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질 검증은 제품과 프로세스 품질이다. 그리고 현실에 맞게 전체 조직보다는 테스트 조직의 성숙도(Test Maturity Model)에 초점을 둔다. 하지만 기존 모델은 국내 벤처/중소기업에게 적용이 부적합한 부분이 존재한다. 이를 위해 테스트 성숙도 모델의 경량화를 제안한다. 우리의 경량 모델은 기존 테스트 성숙도 모델과 테스트 프로세스 개선(TPI Next) 모델을 기반으로 재정의된 모델이다. 하지만 대부분 모델은 성숙도 레벨을 정의하고, 레벨을 달성하기 위한 목표 및 세부 활동만 제공할 뿐이다. 평가단을 위한 평가 가이드 및 정형화된 평가 절차가 존재하지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에 심사위원과 기업이 정형화된 심사 과정 및 평가를 진행하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 경량화된 테스트 성숙도 모델의 평가 가이드를 제안한다. 평가를 위한 진단 절차를 정의와 평가 가이드, 그리고 평가 절차 및 절차별 활동과 산출물의 정의한다. 이 평가 가이드는 심사 위원에게는 정형화된 심사가 가능하게 하고, 자체 평가 가이드는 자체 테스트 조직에 심사 준비를 좀더 빠르고 바르게 진행하게 한다.

심부전 환자의 건강관련 삶의 질 경로분석 모형 (A Path Analysis Model of Health-Related Quality of Life in Patients with Heart Failure)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test a hypothetical model of health-related quality of life in patients with heart failure. The hypothetical model was derived from the Wilson and Cleary's model, the Rector's model, and published research findings. Methods: Data from 103 patients with heart failure were analyzed to determine the best multivariate health-related quality of life model given variables derived from the prior studies. The statistics programs SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.7 program were used for descriptive statistics and covariance structure analysis respectively. Results: The overall fitness of the path final model was good(GFI=.97, AGFI=.95, NNFI=1.06, NFI=.96, p=.96). Symptoms were directly affected by gender. HYHA Class was directly affected by only gender. Physical functioning limitation was directly affected by exercise. Health perception was directly affected by economics, symptom, and physical functioning limitation. Depression was directly affected by exercise and health perception. Heath-related quality of life was directly affected by physical functioning limitation and depression, indirectly affected by gender, economics, exercise, symptoms, NYHA Class, and health perception. This path analysis model explained 51% of health-related quality of life in patients with heart failure. Conclusion: To improve of health-related quality of life with heart failure patients, it is necessary to make nursing interventions for physical functioning and depression.

불임 여성의 삶의 질 모형 구축 (A Structural Model for Quality of Life of Infertile Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test a model for quality of life among infertile women. This model was based primarily on the concept of the Fertility Quality of Life by Boivin et al. (2011) and the Infertility Resilience Model by Rindenour (2009). Methods: Fifteen measurable variables were used to estimate quality of life. They included endogenous variables such as fertility quality of life and resilience, and exogenous variables such as infertility related stress, depression, marital adjustment, and family support. Data sets (n=203) used for analysis were collected in a general hospital which had, on average, 400 assisted reproductive technologies per month. Results: The assessment of the modified model indicated acceptable fit, with $x^2/d.f$=2.07, GFI=.90, AGFI=.89, NFI=.89, CFI=.91, RMSEA=.07. Depression, infertility related stress, marital adjustment, resilience, and family support had direct influences on quality of life. Conclusion: The results of this study should contribute to the development of nursing intervention programs to enhance quality of life using factors that affect fertiQol (fertility quality of life) of infertile women.

  • Purpose: Propose model to diagnose and assess National Defense Industry and quality management by investigating and analyzing established standard model. Methods: Research on established internal model including MB, EQA and JQA model and make standard index for quality index extraction and quantitative index to test objectively for internal state. Results: Extract advantage and disadvantage by performance of National Defense Industry level diagnose and build foundation for quality management policy and road map. Conclusion: Due to result of diagnostic assesment of quality management of national defense industry, dependability, SCQM and safety part shows vulnerability and require improvement and support.

  • The Purpose of this study is to develop and test a nursing model which can be applied to prediction of the quality of life for the patient receiving hemodialysis. A hypothetical model was constructed on Johns & Meleis's empowerment model framework which has 3 contsructs(stress, resource, empowerment). 6 Factors(perceived stress, self-esteem as personal resource, perceived social support as social resource, perceived fertigue, perceived health status & self efficacy as empowerment) were selected to pre dict the quality of life of receiving hemodialysis patients. 4 Factors(self-esteem, perceived social support, perceived health status & self efficacy) had direct effects on the quality of life significantly. Self-esteem had indirect effect on the quality of life via perceived heath status significantly. Perceived social support had indirect effect on the quality of life via self-effcacy significantly. Perceived stress had no direct and indirect effect on the quality of life significantly. Revised model from hypothetical model showed better fit to the data by eliminating unsignificant path. From results of this study we suggest that to improve quality of life of hemodialysis patient nurses provide nursing interventions which improve self-esteem, perceived social support, self-efficacy & perceived health status.

  • 본 연구는 인공수로 또는 인공호수와 같은 환경 친화적 친수공간이 건설됨에 따라 발생되는 수질오염 문제를 수질모형실험을 통해 해소할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 호소수의 개념으로 도입되는 인공수로 및 호수는 제한된 수량 공급으로 인해 수질악화, 악취발생 및 녹조 현상이 일어날 수 있다. 하지만, 이러한 현상을 예상할 수 있는 방법은 수치해석으로만 의지해 왔고 물리적 해석에 의한 검증이 이뤄지지 않아 실제 적용에 대한 어려움이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 오염된 물과 오염되지 않은 물이 서로 희석되어 영양염류의 농도를 낮추는 현상에 착안하여 원형과 모형의 상사에 영향을 받지 않는 무차원의 물리적 수질모형실험을 실시하였다. 또한 수체 내에서 흐름을 인공적으로 발생시키는 흐름유발기기의 효과 검증과 적용방법을 연구하여 목표수질을 유지할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
