  • The procedure of finding operating conditions minimizing qualify loss is proposed with a real industry example. The procedure consists or major two parts - the selection or process variables critical to the response and He determination or operating conditions. The coefficients or ridge regression and the and stores or partial least squares are applied to select important process variables. Functional approach and Non-functional approach are used to find proper operating conditions of important process variables.

  • Taguchi's parameter design seeks proper choice of levels of controllable factors (Parameters in Taguchi's terminology) that makes the qualify characteristic of a product optimal while making its variability small. This aim can be achieved by response surface techniques that allow flexibility in modeling and analysis. In this article, a collection of response surface modeling and analysis techniques is proposed to deal with the multiresponse optimization problem in experimentation with Taguchi's signal and noise factors.

  • The Information System is now becoming a very important part of our livers. It encompasses technical and spactial characteristics that are much more different from the order information systems used up until now. Therefore, as various fields within the Information Center are researched, the proper usage of those fields must be well thought-out. This study presents the application of quality management systems in Library, Korea. The purpose of this study is to build a framework of improving the management system and planning and performing the service of high quality in Library. To achieve this goal, a theoretical approach was tried through the previous study and the performed with the subject of the 4 steps by Damming' quality management theory. This study may enable domestic organizations to draw up a concrete and practical plan in Library.

  • Quality management in construction industry becomes more significant under the existing conditions such as, increasing higher demand caused by the high value of real estate and extension of the warranty period. Therefore, this study presents the alternative idea related to the current quality management conditions of small and medium construction companies, including the difficulties and problems in qualify management, in order to develop the systematical method for the quality management in small and medium construction company.

  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

  • As the number of the company to acquire the certifications of ISO 9001/1400, OHSAS 18001(not official standard) is increasing, it is needed to construct a integrated business management system for the efficient application of the certifications. In this circumstances the integrated construction of the SHE & Q system so called, for Safety, Health, Environment and Qualify can take a part for the communication in the customer, the company convenience and the interested parties(the worker. the supplier and the provider). In case that each certification systems are integrated, the problems of the redundancy in the management processes and the conflicting demands are able to be solved and the efficiency of the restricted management resources fan be raised as the complexity of the redundancies in the certification management is simplified. This paper deals with the integrated strategies, its convenience and its expecting merit and demerit for the efficient application of the certification parties haying the various characters.

  • Korean construction companies are now in very difficult situation due to the recent construction accident, opening of domestic market, the advent of boundless competition period in WTO, etc .Introduction of quality management system is quite urgent in order to strengthen our international competitiveness through the superiority of quality and foster the long term growth of organization. Substantially, many companies are proceeding with or completed the introduction of quality management system but small and medium sized construction companies have difficulties due to lack of money and man power. In this paper, five stage procedures, which can be efficiently applied to introduction and operation of qualify management system, have been suggested to help the minor construction companies which want to adopt the quality management system. This study is considered to be helpful for the companies which will introduce quality management system.

  • The purpose of this study is to explorer some strategies for implementing successfully the qualify management for public policy (PPQM) in local government. Researchers for reaching at the purpose reviewed a literature on QM (or TQM) and PPQM in chapter II and suggested implementing strategies of local government's PPQM in chapter III. Implement strategies of local government's PPQM have to build a framework, establish an operating system, develop a customized PPQM's manual, and develop a capacity of local government's civil servant for implementing the PPQM and then build an evaluating system on the result of the PPQM's implementation in local government.

  • 소프트웨어의 개발과 관련하여 품질보증의 문제는 그 특성상 다른 제품의 품질문제와 달리 매우 복잡하다. 소프트웨어의 품질시스템 구축을 위해서는 객관적 개밭표준 혹을 지침의 활용과 사용자 요구사항과의 일치의 확인 등이 중요시 된다 또한 품질표준의 올바른 이해와 품질감사에 대비한 점검사항의 계속적인 활용이 요구 된다 ISO 9000 시리즈는 품질보증을 위한 국제적 표준으로서 탄생되었다. 이 가운데 ISO 9000-3은 소프트웨어 품질경영 및 보증 표준으로 소프트웨어의 설계. 개발,공급. 설치 및 유지보수를 위한 지침이다. 최근 개정된 ISO/CD 9000-3:1995는 일반 제품의 품질표준인 ISO 9001의 늘 속에서 내용상 많은 강화된 변경사항들을 담고 있다 본 연구에서는 새로이 개정된 ISO 9000-3을 ISO 9001과 비교하여 내용을 분석하였고. 품질감사의 중요 점검사항을 도출하여 향후 품질감사에 대비하고 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.
