중소창업기업 웹사이트의 품질평가를 통한 고객 만족감과 구매의도와의 관계에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Web site's Quality Assessment of Entrepreneurial Company to Customer's Satisfaction and Purchase Intention)

  • 인터넷 이용자가 증가하고 국내의 IT 인프라 확충을 통한 IT 기술의 보편화는 기업들의 웹사이트 사용을 증가시켰고 이로 인하여 인터넷 유저들은 다양한 웹사이트들을 경험하기 시작하였다. 이미 기업이나 공공기관들은 웹사이트를 조직의 성공 수단으로 활용하고 있으며 특히 한정된 자원을 가지고 있는 중소창업기업들의 비즈니스에서 온라인 웹사이트는 상대적으로 적은 비용으로 고객과의 소통을 만들어 주는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 디지털 환경에서 기업에서 구축한 웹사이트의 품질은 고객의 만족과 구매에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 중소창업기업들이 시장에서 경쟁우위를 선점하기 위해서는 웹사이트에 대한 세밀한 품질분석을 통한 중요요인을 도출하고 자원을 집중하는 효율적인 경영활동이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 중소창업기업의 웹사이트에 방문하는 고객들을 대상으로 총 523부의 설문지를 회수하여 분석하였고 서비스 품질측정 도구인 ServQual을 이용하여 고객의 만족과 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 상관관계를 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 가상의 공간에서 이루어지는 중소창업기업의 웹사이트는 잘 제작된 웹사이트를 통한 편리함과 고객대응 그리고 제공된 정보에 대한 믿음을 통해 방문 고객들의 만족에 주요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 다수의 고객들이 방문하여 커뮤니티가 활성화 되어있는가에 대한 부분 역시 고객들의 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 새 정부의 창조경제 시대를 맞이하여 빠르게 증가하고 있는 중소창업기업들에게 지속가능한 경영을 위한 수단으로써 효율적인 웹사이트 구축을 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

촉진 믹스, 브랜드자산 및 구매의도의 구조 관계 -자동차제품을 중심으로- (The Structural Relationships of The Promotion Mix, Brand Equity and Purchase Intention -Focused on the Automobile Products-)

  • 본 연구에서 Promotion Mix 활동이 브랜드 자산에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이는 궁극적으로 구매의도와 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 고찰하고자 수도권지역에 거주하고 있으며, 자동차를 구매한 경험이 있는 20대 이상의 성인남녀를 연구대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS 12.0 for Windows 통계 패키지와 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 기업의 Promotion Mix활동과 브랜드 자산의 관계를 분석한 결과, 기업의 광고활동에 대한 평가가 긍정적일수록 브랜드 인지도, 애호도, 이미지가 증가하였다. 또한, 기업의 PR 활동에 대한 평가가 긍정적일수록 브랜드 인지도, 이미지, 애호도가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영업사원의 Promotion 활동과 브랜드자산의 관계를 분석한 결과, 영업사원의 사회적 역량은 브랜드 인지도와 애호도를 향상시켰으며 전략적 역량은 브랜드 인지도, 애호도, 이미지를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 브랜드 자산과 구매의도의 관계를 분석한 결과를 보면, 브랜드 인지도는 만족도와 재구매(구전)의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 브랜드 애호도는 만족도와 재구매(구전)의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 브랜드 이미지는 만족도와 재구매(구전)의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 브랜드 자산과 구매의도의 관계가 밀접한 상관관계가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

온라인 패션광고의 지속가능발전 지표 평가 연구 (A Study on the Assessment of the Index for Sustainable Development of On-line Fashion Advertising)

  • The purpose of this research was to evaluate the possibility of sustainable development of online advertisements conducted by fashion companies. Factors composed of sustainable development indexes of online advertisement that had been developed in previous studies were identified, and then the relevance between purchase intention and advertisement experience was evaluated. An online survey of 573 persons in the 20 to 40 age range who own mobile phone and have experienced online advertisements of a fashion brand or a fashion company was conducted. The data collected from the survey and the results are as follows. First, the validity and reliability from confirmatory factor analysis of six factors (namely, personal information protection, web use infringement, advertisement expression harmfulness, advertisement expression objectivity, emotional responsibility, and environment-friendly) and 21 questions was confirmed. Second, it confirmed that consumers gave low points to the evaluation of sustainable development indexes of online advertisement of fashion companies. In particular, that consumers gave low points with regard to both environmental friendliness and web use infringement. Third, it was identified that personal indexes such as personal information protection, web use infringement, and indexes relating to advertisement expressions do not directly influence the consumer's purchase intention. However, social indexes like emotional responsibility and environmental friendliness do have an influence on the consumer's positive action intention.

식품안전사건사고에 따른 주부들의 식품 구매행동 변화 -2008년 멜라민 사건을 중심으로- (The Change of Housewives' Purchase Behaviors by Food Safety Incidents; in Relation to the Outbreak of 2008 Melamine Incident in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 식품안전 사건에 따른 소비자들의 구매행동 변화를 조사할 목적으로 2008년 발생한 멜라민사건을 예로 하여, 사건 전후의 주부들의 의식 및 행동 변화를 조사하기 위하여 2009년 3월 전라북도 군산지역에 거주하고 있는 주부 565명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 우리나라 식품안전 수준에 대해서 52.3%가 불만족스러워 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 멜라민 사건 발생 후 어느 정도의 시간이 경과하였지만 조사대상자의 74.6%는 여전히 멜라민을 독성이 높은 물질로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 멜라민 관련식품의 구매수준을 5점 척도에 의해, 사건 발생 전, 발생기간, 사건 종료 후(즉, 조사시점)의 수준을 분석한 결과, 각각 $2.47{\pm}0.97$, $1.80{\pm}0.92$, $1.62{\pm}0.92$(p<0.001)로, 사건발생 후 어느 정도의 시간이 경과하였음에도 구매수준은 더욱 낮아 진 것으로 나타났다. 독성 인식수준에 따른 구매수준에 변화에 있어서는 독성수준이 낮다고 인식하고 있는 사람은 관련제품 구매에 큰 변화가 없었으나, 높다고 인식하고 있는 사람은 구매수준에 있어 더 많은 감소를 나타냈다(p<0.05). 식품안전인식 수준에 따른 구매수준에 변화에 있어서도 국내 식품안전수준이 안전하다고 인식하고 있는 사람은 여전히 관련제품의 구매에 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론적으로 식품안전 수준에 대한 사전인식과 해당 유해물질에 대한 정확한 정보가 사건발생후의 식품구매행동에 많은 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있으며, 소비자와의 체계적이고 다각적인 방향으로의 위해정보교류의 필요성이 한층 커지고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

보관시간과 온도에 따른 판매 도시락의 샐러드 미생물 품질 평가 - 편의점과 프랜차이즈 도시락 전문점 제품 - (Microbiological Quality and Safety Assessment of Salad in Lunchbox's according to the Holding Time and Temperature - Convenience and Franchise Stores -)

  • Purpose: This study was to evaluate the microbiological quality of salads in lunchbox's based on the holding time and temperature at convenience and franchise stores. Methods: Cabbage salad and crab meat salad were targeted for microbiological quality assessment. They were tested for aerobic plate counts, coliforms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterobacteriaceae and assessment were performed by Korean Food Standards Codex. Results: In cabbage salad at convenience franchise store's at $5^{\circ}C$, the aerobic plate counts did not exceed the Korean Food Standards Codex. For cabbage salad stored at $25^{\circ}C$, the aerobic plate counts was 5.08 log CFU/g we hours after purchase, which exceeded the Korean Food Standards Codex. In case of cabbage salad in franchise store, the E. coli and S. aureus count exceeded Korean Food Standards Codex 3 hours after purchase. Microbiological analysis did not exceed the Korean Food Standards Codex at $5^{\circ}C$ in crab meat salad in convenience store. At $25^{\circ}C$, the aerobic plate count was detected at 4.45 log CFU/g after 32 hours, coliforms, E. coli, and S. aureus did not detect, but Enterobacteriaceae was found to be 2.34 log CFU/g after 9 hours in franchise store's crab salad. Coliforms was detected at 1.18 log CFU/g after 3 hours, and S. aureus was detected at 2.04 log CFU/g after 6 hours at $25^{\circ}C$ in the franchise store. The lunchbox' salad under cold storage ($5^{\circ}C$) generally meet the Korean Food Standards Codex. Conclusion: The results indicate an urgent need to implement proper management guidelines for the production of lunchbox foods to ensure microbiological safety, and to improve the shelf life from production to consumption.

The Sanitation Level and Culinary Environment of Using Fishery Products for the Housewives in the Seoul Metropolitan Area

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the sanitation level and purchase behavior of fishery products, and to identify management conditions of bad smell from cooking fish at home as perceived by housewives in a metropolitan area. Frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, and cross-tabulation analysis were employed as statistical techniques for current study. Total 270 were collected from housewives. The statistical variables included the kinds of cooking oil and the age of housewives, the types of hoods for fish roasting, the types of covers for fish grills, the number of family, the ventilation methods, and the maintenance of kitchen utensils based on family incomes, and they showed statistically significant differences(p<.05). Furthermore, the housewives whose sanitary cognition level for fishery products was high, the housewives whose level of purchase attitude was relatively high, and the housewives who utilized specialized kitchen utensils demonstrated statistically significant differences(p<.05). It resulted from the assessment of such actual conditions as difference of culinary environment according to the sanitation level of fishery products, the level of purchase attitude, and whether the housewives utilized special kitchen utensils or not. The more efforts were proved from those who had the intentions for improvement of an amenable culinary environment at homes, according to the higher income obtainers, the smaller nuclear family, the younger generation, whether the housewives utilized special kitchen utensils or not, and those who had the higher sanitary cognition level of fishery products. The above results were derived from an individual lifestyle or a dietary lifestyle, but eventually this seems to be related with the propensity and values hierarchy of individuals.

2030대와 4050대 남성소비자들의 외모관리 기대가치가 남성정장 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Expected Values of Appearance Management of 20s-30s and 40s-50s Male Consumers on their Men's Suit Buying Behaviors)

  • This study compares the expected values of appearance management for the suit buying behavior of men in two age groups: (20s-30s and 40s-50s) to investigate the effect of male consumers' expected values in regards to appearance management on the purchase behavior of men's suits between two generations. A survey was carried out with male consumers between the ages of 20 and 50; a total of 135 responses were analyzed by descriptive analysis, factor analysis, a reliability test, an independent samples t-test, MANOVA, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: 1) From a result of the factor analysis on male consumers' expected value of appearance management and the information sources and purchase evaluative criteria for buying men's suits, each of three variance assessments clearly showed factorial structures. 2) There were significant differences between those in their 20s-30s and those in their 40s-50s in terms of male consumers' expected values of appearance management, their information sources, and their purchase evaluative criteria when buying men's suits. 3) As a result of looking at the differences in the effects of expected values of appearance management on men's suit buying behavior according to age (generation), the younger generation in this study showed that men's suit purchasing tendency was affected by the managing appearance factor for internal reasons such as enjoyment and self-satisfaction. On the other hand, the assessment of the older generation revealed that appearance management for external reasons such as showing social power, good human relationships, and conformity influenced their suit purchase behaviors.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 상황별 패션 코디 서비스에 관한 연구 - 20대 남성을 중심으로 - (A Study of Situation based Coordinate Service in Internet Fashion Shopping Malls - Focused on Men in Their 20s -)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the internet fashion shopping behavior of men in their 20s, and to develop the internet shopping website with situation-based clothing coordination services for male comsumer in their 20s. The study was implemented through a normative descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The survey was conducted in April and May 2006, and the sample group consisted of 280 men in their 20s from Busan and the provinces of Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk. The data was analyzed by following statistical methods: frequency analysis, one-way-ANOV A, and Scheffe's test. The results are as follow: first, regarding internet the usage trend of male consumers in their 20s, it was shown that they usually spent more than 15 minutes and less than 30 minutes for internet shopping the price range from their experiences of clothing purchases was relatively high for they bought jackets or suits was relatively high. Second, an analysis on men's pattern of clothing purchase showed that many respondents purchase single items such as shirts or pants online. Third, in terms of their experiences of online purchase of coordinated clothes, 69% said "none." Yet, they showed positive assessment to a question whether they are willing to purchase clothes by using a situation-based coordination service or a 1:1 online coordination services. Fourth, the relationship between consumers' reactions to online situation-based clothing coordination services and respondents' demographic characteristics showed statistically significant different results in terms of occupation.

가습기살균제 사용 의료기관 노출 현황 연구: 23개 노출 현장 실지 조사를 중심으로 (Investigation of Exposure Status to Humidifier Disinfectant in Hospitals: An On-site Investigation of 23 Hospitals)

  • Objective: This study aimed to introduce the use of humidifier disinfectant (HD) in hospitals based on an on-site investigation. Methods: A preliminary survey and on-site investigation of HD use were conducted in 23 hospitals. Among them, one hospital without previous information on HD use was selected for a pilot investigation; 22 hospitals were selected based on previous documents and exposure statements from parliamentary investigation and exposure assessment regarding HD. Descriptive statistics were used to present distribution and characteristics of HD purchase and HD use in hospitals. Also, details on interviews from the on-site investigation were described. Results: Among the 23 hospitals, a total of ten were confirmed to have purchased and used an HD (nine hospitals) or HD-like product (one hospital). For the purchased HD products, four hospitals reported 'Aekyung Gaseupgi Mate', two hospitals reported 'Oxy Ssakssak New Gaseupgi Dangbun', and one hospital reported 'Homeplus Gaseupgi Chungjungje' (one hospital used three kinds of HD products). One hospital reported an HD-like product and four hospitals were 'Unknown'. For the number of HD products purchased, five hospitals reported '100 or less', two hospitals reported 'More than 100', and three hospitals were 'Unknown'. For each of the ten hospitals, we described detailed characteristics of HD purchase and its exposure status obtained through on-site investigation, including the purchase volume (i.e., number of products), exposure space (i.e., patient's room, staff space), and exposure period. Additionally, a comparison of on-site investigation and parliamentary investigation or exposure assessment regarding HD was reported. Conclusion: This study introduced detailed cases of HD purchase and HD use in hospitals based on an on-site investigation, and our findings revealed a possibility of a considerable volume of HD exposure in various multiuse facilities, including hospitals.
