XML 보안 명세 중 하나인 XML 키 관리 명세(XKMS)는 다양하고 복잡한 기능의 웹 서비스 애플리케이션에서 XML 문서의 서명을 검증하거나 암호화하는 공개키의 관리를 위한 프로토콜을 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 표준 명세를 준수하는 XML 키 정보 프로토콜 서비스 모델을 제시하고, 표준에 근거한 프로토콜 컴포넌트의 참조 모델을 구현하였다. 또한 XML 기반 보안서비스 특성에 착안하여 안전한 XML 웹서비스를 위한 키 정보 서비스에 대한 분석과 보안 방안에 대해 기술한다. 프로토콜 컴포넌트는 식별정보가 주어졌을 때, 필요로 하는 공개키 위치와 식별자 정보, 공개키 연결 기능을 제공한다. 구현된 참조 모델은 향후 국내 e-비즈니스 프레임워크 구성 시 표준적인 보안 모델을 구현할 수 있는 지침을 제공할 것이다.

이 연구에서는 모바일 웹 서비스를 제공하는 공공도서관을 대상으로 국제 웹 표준 기구 W3C에서 만든 웹 접근성 평가도구인 모바일OK 검사를 실시하여 공공도서관 모바일 웹 서비스의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 모바일OK 검사 실시가 가능한 81개 공공도서관에 대해 모바일OK 검사를 실시하고 W3C에서 제정한 모바일 웹 모범사례를 바탕으로 이를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관 모바일 웹 서비스 확대 및 개선을 위하여 지방자치단체와 지방교육청의 정책적 지원, 웹 표준에 맞는 모바일 웹 서비스 설계, 웹 설계 과정에서 유해요소 제거, 가벼운 모바일 웹 문서 제작, 분산되어 연결된 여러 개별 파일들의 합병 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

대부분의 공공도서관들은 인터넷 사용이 일반화됨에 따라 웹을 통해 다양한 정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공공도서관 웹사이트를 보편적 서비스 관점에서 살펴본 뒤, 국내외 웹 접근성 기준을 선행 연구의 근거로 하여 공공도서관의 웹 접근성을 평가하였다. 서울시 공공도서관 5곳을 선정하여 기술적으로 평가 가능한 요소를 중심으로 분석하였다. 평가결과 대부분의 공공도서관들은 공공기관의 다양한 이용자 계층의 접근을 고려하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본고에서는 인터넷을 통한 공공도서관의 보편적 서비스 제공을 위해 전제되어야 하는 한 가지 방안으로서 웹 접근성 향상을 제시하고자 하였다.

In this study quality of tobacco cessation information provided through Internet web sites was evaluated in terms of retrievability, easy of use, user-supportiveness, feedback, and continuity. This study limited to those internet web sites developed and delivered by Korean public health service organizations or their related institutions or associations. This study analyzed 8 internet web sites and evaluation criteria developed by Chung, Yong Chul (2002) and Yoo, Sarah (2001) were used. Study results indicated that retrievability was evaluated low except search-speed of data: the easy of use was evaluated moderately: user-supportiveness was evaluated moderately: feedback, and continuity of those sites were evaluated low. The quality of tobacco cession information of those sites are needed to be improved. The development of guidelines for standardized health information on Internet web sites is necessary, too.

주민참여의 중요성이 인식되면서 도시계획에서도 주민과 함께 하는 계획으로 변화하고 있으며, 이에 따라 GIS도 주민과 같은 비전문가의 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 도구로 확대되어 활용되고 있다. 한편, 낙후된 도시를 정비하는 방법으로 새로이 등장하게 된 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업은 주민참여를 중심으로 이루어지며 커뮤니티를 재생시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 하지만 현행 주민참여방식은 형식적 수단에 불과하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 커뮤니티의 재생을 목적으로 하는 거점확산형 주거환경개선사업에서 능동적 주민참여를 이끌어 내고자 사업정보제공서비스, 주민의사반영 서비스, 쌍방향적 의견교환서비스, GIS 서비스를 제공하는 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 웹 기반 PPGIS 모델을 제안하였으며, 이를 프로토타입으로 개발하였다. 커뮤니티 재생을 위한 웹 기반 PPGIS 모델은 정책결정자, 전문가 그리고 주민이 서로의 생각을 교환하고 이해하는데 유용한 의사소통 도구가 되어 주민의 참여도를 높여 줄 것이라 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the web database for healthy city Wonju that contains healthy city indicators and materials. It has provided diverse information to public officers who are working on healthy city projects and citizens for monitoring and evaluating the projects, effectively. The web database was made on 2006 and was updated on 2009. The new Web database system was designed for supporting that the staffs of healthy city can manage all data update by themselves. The new Web database encompasses more recent information about health city projects. After identifying users' needs and reasons for modifying the fields of data, we added new indicators to the Web database. Some redundant indicators were deleted based on users' requests. The Web database quality evaluations were performed by using 13 quality evaluations constructs. Through all 13 constructs, less than 20% of study subjects felt that it did not satisfy their needs or expectations. Well developed and verified contents of the Web database for healthy city are very essential and important. The database makes healthy city projects alive by managing and sharing healthy city related data and indicators effectively.

지속적으로 증가하고 있는 교통과 통신의 발달은 인터넷과 결합하여 교통정보의 확산을 가져 왔다. 일반 사용자들 또한 웹 기반 교통정보를 능동적으로 찾아 실생활에 적용하고 있다. 이에 따라 이용자 중심의 교통정보서비스를 제공해 줄 수 있는 웹사이트 구축은 해당 업체나 기관에 있어서 필수적인 업무가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 검증된 측정도구인 WebQual을 이용하여 사용자들에게 필요한 교통정보를 제공해 주는 웹사이트를 선정하여 각 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 WebQual을 이용하여 평가 및 분석해 보았다. 추가적으로 WebQual의 세부 요소들과 사용자 만족 및 재방문의도와의 관계 또한 알아보았다. 연구결과 교통정보 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 규명하기 위한 WebQual의 사용은 충분한 효용성을 가지고 있었다. 또한 WebQual의 각 세부요인들은 사용자 만족 및 재방문의도에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다.

As a key of access to public participation and information, e-government is taking the active role of public service by relevant laws and policy measures for universal use of e-government websites. To improve the accessibility of web contents, the level of deriving the results for each detailed evaluation item according to the Korean web contents accessibility guideline is carried out, which is an important factor according to the detailed evaluation items for each website property and requires data-based management. In this paper, detailed indicators are analyzed based on the quality control level diagnosis results of existing domestic e-government websites, and the results are classified according to high and low to propose new improvement directions and induce detailed improvement. Depending on the necessity of management according to the detailed indicators for each website attribute, not only results but also level diagnosis to strengthen web service quality suggests directions for future improvement through accurate detailed analysis and research for policy feedback. This study ultimately makes it possible to expect government system management based on predicted data through deduction history management based on evaluation score data on public websites. And it provides several theoretical and practical implications through correlation and synergy. The characteristics of each score for the quality management of public sector websites were identified, and the accuracy of evaluation, the possibility of sophisticated analysis, such as analysis of characteristics of each institution, were expanded. With creating an environment for improving the quality of public websites and it is expected that the possibility of evaluation accuracy and elaborate analysis can be expanded in the e-government performance and the post-introduction stage of government website service.

In urban life, an interest in safety and demands for safety information about crimes and traffic are increasing. As well, communication on the internet is so active. In this study, we analyze web sites in US, UK, and JP, which have started safety map services, and then we provide basic material for the introduction of safety map into Korea. According to the analysis result, in US and UK, the safety map web sites are administered by the government and provided to the general public. The geographical area is provided around administrative districts and statistical data. In JP, The safety map web site provide not a one sided service but the service that user can directly take a part in, and also there is an web site for crimes against vulnerable people.

본 연구는 공공도서관의 웹목록 서비스를 조사 분석하였다. 연구의 조사대상으로는 1999년 6월 30일 현재 웹목록을 구축한 전국의 38개 공공도서관을 선정하였으며 시스템과 인터페이스특성에 따라8개 그룹으로 나누었다. 8개의 유형별 웹목록은 운영상의 특징, 접근점특성, 탐색특성, 출력특성, 지원특성별로 분석하였다. 그 결과 이용자 인터페이스 기능의 수정 보완이 필요하며 더 많은 공공도서관의 참여가 요구되었다.
