이제 우리나라는 이른바 선거의 계절이 연달아 돌아온다. 20대 총선과 19대 대선이 그것이다. 대선 후보 논의를 하다 보면 사람들이 후보의 생김새나 말투, 음성, 옷차림 등에도 적잖이 좌우됨을 깨닫게 된다. 한 설문결과를 보니 대통령을 뽑을 때 무엇을 가장 중요하게 보느냐라는 물음에 능력과 경력, 정책 등이 높은 순위였고, 그 상식적인 덕목을 바로 뒤따르는 게 인물과 이미지였다. 이 연구는 선거를 통한 공직후보 당선자의 얼굴을 연구하였다. 이 연구는 아름다움(美)과 성(性)별이 선거의 승리에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 고찰하였다. 구체적으로는 선거유인물 상에 제시된 홍보사진을 이용한 설문조사를 분석하였다. 분석결과 비록 아름다움이라는 요소가 통계적으로는 유의미한 역할을 한다고 할지라도 이와 같은 아름다움이라는 요소 보다는 투표결정에 보다 강력한 관련을 갖는 것은 후보자에 대한 적격성 그리고 신뢰성 이라는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 필자는 또한 아름다움과 적격성의 평가가 긍정적으로 서로 연관되어 있다는 사실을 발견하였다.

The rapid development of the internet may not have occurred without techniques of linking and framing, which provide users flexible and easy access to other website. These techniques have enabled internet users to navigate the internet efficiently and sort through the products, services and information available on the internet. The Advent of the global information structure and the do-called EC revolution raise countless new issues and questions. There are no limitations regulating the expressions on the cyberspace due to internet's of quality anonymity? diversity? spontaneity. Therefore, the freedom of speech is expanded in both areas of time and space, which was impossible with the old communicating system. Although online technology raises many new legal issues, the law available to help us resolve them, at least today, is largely based on the world as it existed before online commerce became a reality. Thus the challenge is to predict how these new legal issues may be resolved using the current law. As a result of the drastic change of the environment for international trade of which that has taken took place in parallel with the global information technology revolution on a global basis, the scope of issues to be addressed which should be resolved by the conflict of laws principles has been remarkably expanded, and various new issues of an entirely which are quite new in its type and nature have arisen been raised. Further more in addition, the old act prior act was regarded as insufficient in that it lacked rules on international governing law to adjudicate, or international adjudicatory governing law, where as the expectation of the public was that the private international law should function as the basic law of the legal relational encompassing rules on governing law given the increase of It international disputes. for the move the private international law has also attracted more attention from the korean.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of injection laryngoplasty (IL) with hyaluronic acid in patients with vocal fold paralysis (VFP). Methods: A total of 50 patients with VFP participated in this study. Pre- and post-IL assessments were performed, which included analyzing the sustained vowel /a/ phonation, and the patient reading 1 Korean sentence from the "Walk" passage that comprised 25 syllables in 10 words. To investigate the effect of IL on vocal fold function, acoustic analysis (acoustic voice quality index, cepstral peak prominence, maximum phonation time, speaking fundamental frequency) was conducted and auditory-perceptual (grade and overall severity), visual judgment (gap), and self-questionnaire (voice handicap index-10) assessments were performed. Results: The patients with VFP showed statistically significant differences between pre-and post-IL assessments for acoustic and auditory-perception, visual judgment, and self-questionnaire assessments. Conclusion: The patients with VFP showed positive change in vocal fold function between pre- and post-IL measurements. The findings showed that IL with hyaluronic acid is an effective method to improve vocal fold function in patients with VFP.

생성적 적대 신경망(Generative Adversarial Networks, GANs)은 컴퓨터 비전 분야와 관련 분야에서 큰 인기를 얻었으나, 아직까지는 오디오 신호를 직접적으로 생성하는 GAN이 제시되지 못했다. 오디오 신호는 이미지와 다르게 이산 값으로 구성된 생플링된 신호이므로, 이미지 생성에 널리 사용되는 CNN 구조로 학습하기 어렵다. 이러한 제약을 해결하고자, 최근 GAN 연구자들은 오디오 신호의 시간-주파수 표현을 기존 이미지 생성 GAN에 적용하는 전략을 제안했다. 본 논문은 이 전략을 따르면서 GAN을 사용해 생성된 오디오 신호의 충실도를 높이기 위한 개선된 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법은 공개된 스피치 데이터세트를 사용해 검증했으며, 프레쳇 인셉션 거리(Fréchet Inception Distance, FID)를 사용해 평가했다. 기존의 최신(state-of-the-art) 방법은 11.973의 FID를, 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법은 10.504의 FID를 보였다(FID가 낮을수록 충실도는 높다).

본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원과 양방병원의 내부구성원을 구분하여 인증이 구성원만족도, 직무 스트레스, 병원운영 효과, 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원이 양방병원보다 인증제도가 구성원만족도, 병원운영효과, 의료서비스 효과에서 높게 나타났으며, 양방병원 구성원이 직무 스트레스에 대해선 높게 나타났다. 요양병원 및 양방병원 모두 인증에 따른 구성원 만족도, 병원 운영효과, 의료서비스 효과는 정(+)적인 결과를 나타났다. 요양병원은 2013년부터 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 실증적으로 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구는 인증제가 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 꾸준한 의료의 질 관리가 병원경영 효율화 및 환자의 만족도 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

The use of the Internet has become commonplace for billions of people on the planet. The rapid development of technology, in particular, mobile gadgets, has provided access to communication anywhere, anytime. At the same time, there are growing concerns about the behavior of people on the Internet, in particular, towards each other and social groups in general. This raises the issue of human rights in today's information society. In this study, we focused on human rights such as the right to privacy, confidentiality, freedom of expression, the right to be forgotten, etc. We point to some differences in this regard, in particular between the EU, etc. In addition, we describe the latest legal regulation in this aspect in European countries. Such methods as systemic, factual, formal and legal, to show the factors of formation and development of human rights in the context of digitalization were used. The authors indicate which of them deserve the most attention due to their prevalence and relevance. Thus, we concluded that the technological development of social communications has laid the groundwork for a legal settlement of privacy and opinion issues on the Internet. Simultaneously, jurisdictions address issues on every aspect of human rights on the Internet, based on previous norms, case law, and principles of law. It is concluded that human rights legislation on the Internet will continue to be actively developed to ensure a balance of private and public interests, safe online access and unimpeded access to it.

The aim of this study is the development of a fee - based model day care center for the elderly by inquiring into the current condition of facilities in America and in Korea, and in surveying the opinion of domestic elderly about day care facilities. A field trip to U.S. day care services was held between July 5 and July 15 in 1997, and an on-the-spot study for domestic facilities took place during March in 1998. Our research reveals that the overall supply of day care facilities can not meet future demand in terms of quality and quantity. Therefore a model must be created for day care centers of a that consists of a director from a professional group. an adequate environment, and a standardized in order to offer a qualified public health service linked to the home and community in Korea. The director of a day care center is a critical variable in determining the quality of service. Professional skills related to the needs of the elderly and the person's quality of service should be considered in appointing director for the center. This study belleves that a professional nurse should be the director of a day care center. The operating environment of a day care facility should be made up of considerable space comparable to the number of residents, should be in a comfortable and safe location, and should have equipment that provides a qualified, safe service to the elderly. Our model is designed for 20 persons and allocates 4 Peng per person. This model is comprised of a reading room. a craft room, a health room, a room for physical therapy, a dining room, a staff office, and a multi -purpose room connected to other rooms. Day care service should be a comprehensive service program meeting the multidimensional needs of the elderly. A comprehensive service program needs a team of various professionals made up of the elderly family, participants, nurses, social workers, physical therapists, nutritionists, and medical doctors. The program will also include health care service, physical therapy, speech therapy. diet, occupational therapy, transportation service, health and an education program, etc. In conclusion, a model of a day care center is developed with the following components: a professional director and an environment and program, that considers the physical, mental, and social characteristics of the elderly. A model should also motivate self-reliance self-fulfillment in the elderly in order to fulfill their health needs and to prevent isolation from society and mental depression. Furthermore, This facility will be a beneficial factor in reducing a family's burden on caring for the elderly that includes unnecessary hospital expenses. The following is a suggestion based on results this study: A service program should be developed to fit the conditions of the elderly in Korea by specifically analyzing the needs of the elderly.

요즈음 인터넷을 통해 물건을 구매하는 경향이 증가하고 있다. 또한 물건을 구매한 소비자는 리뷰, 댓글, 비평 또는 블로그 등의 형식으로 온라인에 그들의 사용 후기를 작성한다. 또한 작성된 사용 후기부터 많은 구매자들은 물건을 구매하기 전에 자신이 구입하고자 하는 물건에 대한 정보를 얻는다. 따라서 회사나 공공기관은 대중이 다른 사람의 의견에 관심을 기울인다는 점 때문에 대중의 의견을 수집하고 분석할 필요성에 직면하였다. 그러나 온라인상에 댓글이 너무 많고, 중복적이면서 짧은 경향이 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 텍스트 문서의 감성을 인식하는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 텍스트로부터 작성자의 의견이나 주관적인 생각을 추출할 수 있게 영어에서는 단어에 속성이 주어진 GI와 LKB가 있으나 한글은 아직 속성이 주어진 사전이 존재하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 한글 품사 중 4개의 품사(명사, 동사, 형용사, 부사)에 속성을 주었다. 그리고 학습 군을 만들어서 감성 단어의 패턴을 구성하고, 문장에서 단어 사이의 공기관계를 구성하여 학습 시켰다. 이 학습을 바탕으로, SO-PMI을 이용하여 문서를 긍정과 부정 2가지 극성을 분류하고, 4개의 품사(명사, 동사, 형용사, 부사)를 각각 조합하여 최상의 조건을 구하였다. 마지막으로 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 새로운 감성 표현, 구성형식, 단어 연관성을 반자동적으로 삽입하고 교정할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 팟캐스트 제작 독서 활동 프로그램이 초등학교 고학년 학생의 독서 태도와 의사소통 능력에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 효과를 규명하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울시 N 공공도서관에서 초등학교 고학년 학생 20명을 대상으로 실험집단과 비교집단으로 나누어 프로그램을 운영하고 효과를 분석하였다. 총 연구 기간은 2018년 10월 8일부터 2019년 2월 11일까지이며, 수업은 주 1회 90분, 집단별 6회, 총 12차시로 진행되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팟캐스트 제작 독서 활동 프로그램은 초등학교 고학년 학생의 독서 태도에서 가치영역, 동기·흥미 영역, 습관·태도, 기대영역 등 4가지 영역 모두에서 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의사소통 능력에서 정보수집과 경청, 고정 관념적 사고극복, 창의적 의사소통, 자기 드러내기, 주도적 의사소통, 타인 관점 이해 등 7개의 하위영역 모두에서 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 팟캐스트 제작 독서 활동 프로그램은 초등학교 고학년 학생의 독서 태도와 의사소통능력, 미디어 능력 등에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 다양한 교육 현장의 적용에 있어 효과적임을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 감정을 표현하기 위한 표정 연습을 보조하는 인공지능을 개발하였다. 개발한 인공지능은 서술형 문장과 표정 이미지로 구성된 멀티모달 입력을 심층신경망에 사용하고 서술형 문장에서 예측되는 감정과 표정 이미지에서 예측되는 감정 사이의 유사도를 계산하여 출력하였다. 사용자는 서술형 문장으로 주어진 상황에 맞게 표정을 연습하고 인공지능은 서술형 문장과 사용자의 표정 사이의 유사도를 수치로 출력하여 피드백한다. 표정 이미지에서 감정을 예측하기 위해 ResNet34 구조를 사용하였으며 FER2013 공공데이터를 이용해 훈련하였다. 자연어인 서술형 문장에서 감정을 예측하기 위해 KoBERT 모델을 전이학습 하였으며 AIHub의 감정 분류를 위한 대화 음성 데이터 세트를 사용해 훈련하였다. 표정 이미지에서 감정을 예측하는 심층신경망은 65% 정확도를 달성하여 사람 수준의 감정 분류 능력을 보여주었다. 서술형 문장에서 감정을 예측하는 심층신경망은 90% 정확도를 달성하였다. 감정표현에 문제가 없는 일반인이 개발한 인공지능을 이용해 표정 연습 실험을 수행하여 개발한 인공지능의 성능을 검증하였다.
