Paradigm for supporting housing for low-middle income class has been changing from public rental housing to Housing Voucher. Housing Voucher started first in Seoul since 2010, and it has been expended to other areas in 2014. Given the dearth of previous research data, this study aims to analyze options determinants that the beneficiaries could consider in choosing their residential area. In this study, the researcher used for the research methods, a quantitative analysis by Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) has been conducted. As a result, the accessibility to social welfare centers, public transportation and job opportunities emerged main factors to for the Housing Voucher recipients in Seoul to choose their residential area. This is different results from previous research, which has two implications. First, reexamination of Housing Voucher is necessary. Second, Housing Voucher beneficiaries should include not only the housing but also support for family and welfare system access.
The purpose of this study is to examine the experience of case management practice for residents of low - income housing. The importance of the house for the vulnerable residents with homelessness is absolute, and case management that supports them to live as residents in the community is also very important. Nevertheless, the research so far has focused on the supply of affordable housing, the residential environment, the quality of life of the tenants, and the health, but there was a lack of interest in case management practices. In this study, we investigated the experience of case management practice by listening 10 case managers's experiences through FGI interview. As a result of the study, the case manager's experience is divided into four themes: 'Dilemma of support for the independent housing life after the facilities', 'Role competition between rent management and case management', 'Lonely practice for linkage and cooperation with the mainstream community support system', 'Double employment relationship and poor working environment' respectively. Based on their experiences, this study suggests practical and practical suggestions for case management of rental housing.

With the growth of the global sharing economy market, various sharing services have recently appeared in South Korea. Seoul city unmanned public bicycle rental service, "Ttareuni" is one of the services representing the shared mobility industry in South Korea. Although many users use this service, the usability of the mobile application, which is the essential medium of utilizing the service, is not improving. In this regard, this study conducted usability testing and in-depth interviews for Ttareungi's main users in their 20s and 30s to improve the user experience of the mobile application of Ttareungi. As a result, the problems of Ttareungi mobile application were identified, and based on this, design considerations for shared mobility services having publicity like Ttareungi were proposed. This is expected to contribute to improving the user experience of shared mobility services.

The policy introduced recently in order to promote small-size reconstruction housing projects for rehabilitating downtown area consists of aged multi houses has been little practiced, as preferential provisions for such projects are more likely applicable for large projects. Several expert interviews and surveys were conducted to find efficient clauses to overcome the problems and their relative weights. As the results, it is revealed that 'relation of floor area ratio' and 'relaxation of building height limit criteria' are the most effective whereas 'purchasing and operating of residents' common facilities with public fund' is little. The study results would be a great interests for public institutions to rebuild aged housing area without destroying local communities and to provide socially disadvantaged class with rental housing at the same time.

In Jeju-Do, there is the 1100 Road, 516 Road, and Bijarimro, which are typical mountain sight-seeing roads in Jeju. These roads are local roads that have been the location for many traffic accidents. This study focused on these roads, categorized the type of traffic accident and analyzed the accident characteristics. The major accident factors were analyzed through trip AHP analysis, Comparative analysis of the velocity distribution and the factors affecting traffic accidents were analyzed. Tourists took many trips on these roads. The mixing rate of the rental cars was 36.70%~71.60% in 1100 road and Bijarimro. Currently, these local roads are regulated by a speed limit of 60km/h. However, it might be necessary to reduce the speed limit to 40km/h considering the geometric line form of the road and the climate in these areas. The speed limit of more than 40km/h is found 87.0% on 516 Roads, 88.57% on 1100 roads, and 93.1% on Bjarimro, In these roads, the speed ratio is higher as described above. Therefore, these roads have been found to have a higher risk of traffic accidents by overspeeding driving. The overspeed driving ratio of these roads was 87.0%~93.1%, The overspeed driving enforcement method at one spot has only the effect of reducing the speed at that enforcement place; the effect cannot be expected for the other places or sections. It is necessary to introduce a section overspeed driving enforcement system utilizing the average velocity in these areas to prevent traffic accidents.
This study aims to verify the possibility of using the blog mining to collect public opinion in the field of housing policy, thus, it collected blog posts with the keyword 'Happy Housing', extracted the main keywords from them, and analyzed the public's perception through keyword and word cluster analysis. 137,002 blog posts were used as analysis data from May 2013, when social discussion about happy housing spread, to August 2021, and the words derived by dividing the period into three stages in consideration of major housing policies and data collection were analyzed. The results are as follows. In the keyword analysis, overall, the importance of words related to the location, the number, the size, and the conditions for occupancy of Happy Housing is high. In the first stage, government policy implementation, in the second stage, the application process for Happy Housing, and in the third stage, recruitment notices, occupancy qualifications, and rental conditions are found to be highly important. In cluster analysis, project progress, application process, and project area were drawn as main themes at all stages. In particular, policy implementation and implementation plan in the first stage, occupancy qualification and financial support in the second stage, and policy implementation and occupancy qualification in the third stage were drawn as main themes. These results present the possibility of the blog mining as a method of collecting public opinion by sharing policy-related information, reflecting social issues, evaluating whether policies are delivered, and inferring the public's participation in policies.

The Traffic congestion is caused by the increasing traffic demand. Thus, economic losses have been increasing every year. To solve these problems, car sharing and rental car systems that are equipped with IT technologies emerge. Car sharing has many advantages-the alleviation of the traffic congestion, the saving of maintenance cost for cars, the reduction of car possessiveness, the solution for the hassle of car ownership, for business and personal duty, and the improvement of connectivity between public transportations-. The goal of the car sharing is to achieve low-carbon and eco-friendly transportation. In this study, we review papers related to the car sharing system and the cost system of traffic systems. We estimate the optimal cost of the cloud traffic system that is one of the car sharing services. We suggest a methodology to estimate operational cost and use cost through the analysis of cost system between similar traffic means. The range of the maximum and minimum cost was determined through the comparison and analysis of similar traffic means. Expected demand and the cost that people are willing to pay were estimated through optimized value pricing. The minimum cost per hour that was compared to the cost of rental car was estimated at 5,333 won and the maximum cost per hour that was compared to taxi cost was estimated at 17,700 won. The cost for users was estimated at 6,930 won. The cost of 50% demands was estimated at 6,550won. Future studies should analyze service hours of users, weather, demand pattern and trend and consider them into the cost estimation.
It is clear that the women's participation in social activity is dramatically increased in civilian field as well as military profession. Because of the characteristics of military nursing service, there are many difficulties. Frequent move, medical insurance, baby care. and the education are typical forms of difficulties for nurse officers in the military. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the perfect execution of nursing service. guarantee the active attitude for research and improve the combat strength by solving those private and economic problems. The method of research was analysis of question survey and the review of related literatures. The subject of research was 300 active nurse officers who work at the Army Hospitals. The survey was conducted 14 days from Oct 15 to Oct 28. The collected data was processed by computer using SPSS(Statistical Package of Social Science). Frequencies and percentages were used to examine the demographic characteristics of subject, and T-test was also used in the case of necessity. The result showed as follows; As the general characteristics of subject group; 28.7 years of average age, 73.6 months of service period, 63.4% of married. In regard of specialty; General 57.7%. Intensive Care 12.7% and Psychiatries 8.8%. The dissatisfactory factors about military welfare system were the difficulties in children education (36.9%). disadvantages on the civil medical insurance system (27.3%), and little chance of self education and development (21.5%). The problems in performing their duties were shown as dwelling instability due to frequent move (67.7%), and bring up children (14.2%). The reasons for resigning their job were shown as the instability of living status (64.2%), bring up children (18.8%) and dissatisfaction to the service (11.2%). The residential status was shown that military offered houses (45.2%), rental houses (29.3%) and own houses(14.64). The average numbers of moving residencies were; 3-4 time(34.6%), less than 2 times(33.1%), and 5-7 times(21.5%). Higher than 94.7% of the subject group spent more than 50.000 Won. In regard of education, they wanted to attend graduate school with their own expense(26.2%), computer science(20%) and Office Job Training(20%). The ways of taking care of children were mother-in-low(49.6%), mother(14.6%), and others(25%). The average expenditure per month for children were 20-30 hundred Won(44.2%), 10-20 hundred Won(25%) and 30-40 hundred Won(22.3%). The places of children care selected were public or occupational care center(56.2%), religious organization(20.8%), and other center managed by social organizations(10.4%). The result of survey for general welfare of nurse officers are as follows; By and large they seem to be satisfied with their job. however. there are some dissatisfactory factors. They are children care facilties, promotion. income. welfare facilities. disadvantage in medical insurance and civil hospitals. house purchase. unfair chances in specialty training. influence on promotion by educational status. and insufficient role for their children and husbands. As conclusion. the recommendations for improving nursing service are as follows; 1. Children care center managed by occupation 2. Dormitory system for children by military personnel 3. Equal opportunities in education according to ability 4. Reasonable moving price according to the distance and scope of family and extra allowance

This research is to explore resident's assessment of the Automated Vacuum Waste Collection System (AVWCS), which is devised to attain sustainability of residential environment. A number of AVWCS has been installed in Gyeonggi Province, so 283 households in 11 new public housing estates of 5 cities participated in a self-administered questionnaire survey. The data collected from 133 respondents in for-sale housing estates and 150 participants in rental housing estates, and the primary findings were as follows: a vast majority of both owners and renters had neither been aware of nor used the system before moving to their current housing estate. Also, most of the respondents learned how to use the AVWCS from on-site housing management staff, and the learning among renters was greatly delayed. Renters were in stronger favor of the system than owners, and their satisfaction was greater than the counterpart. Although few items were unsatisfactory, many emphasized that AVWCS should be augmented with user-centered, environmentally friendly features, and also they viewed that the system would substantially contribute to sustainable urban environment.

Although the government and local governments devote efforts to activate bicycles, they only access to the supply infrastructure such as bike lanes and the public bicycle rental service centers without considering the measures to overcome the geographical constraints of slope. Therefore, this study constructs bicyclist's energy consumption estimation model through experimental methods of slope gradient and heart rate measurement and suggest the bicycle route choice model which could minimize the energy by the slope gradient. After calculating the RMSE of the estimated energy consumption by applying this model to the simulation section, it is confirmed to be 41% better than the model which does not reflect slope gradient. The results of this study are expected to be applied to the bicycle infrastructure planning that considers both longitude and transverse of bike lanes and the algorithm of bicycle route guidance system in the future.
