In recent years, manufacturers of animal-based foods with health claims have encountered difficulties in the labeling of their products because of a lack of regulation on defining the functionality of animal-based foods. Therefore, this study was conducted to establish the basic requirements for the development of a definition for functional animal-based foods by investigating consumer and industry awareness. Survey data were collected from 114 industry representatives and 1,100 consumers. The questions of the survey included items on production status and future production plans, functionality labeling, promotion plans, establishment of definition, the role of the government, consumer perception, and selection of products. The results show that both industry representatives and consumers believe that legislation and the provision of scientific evidence should be improved for the development of a functional animal-based foods market. The results obtained from this study will contribute to consumer trust by supplying correct information and can be utilized in the industry as basic data for the development of functional animal-based food products.

Based on the results of the survey and analysis of this study, we suggested a plan to activate the use of Capital Area Public Charnel Facilities as follows. First, the elderly population in Korea increased from 11.9% in 2013 to 16.4% in 2020, and the number of deaths also increased from 266,257 in 2013 to 305,127 in 2020. The supply of Public Charnel Facilities should be expanded, reflecting the cremation demand in the future and condition for the supply and increasing demand of Public Charnel Facilities after cremation, due to an increase of 14.6%. Second, it is urgent to expand the supply because the available period of using Capital Area Public Charnel Facilities is a short period of at least one year up to five years. However, as it is difficult to build Public Charnel Facilities due to location conflicts with local residents, joint construction plans between local governments should be promoted along with renting Private Charnel Facilities. Third, the enshrinement number ratio of the Public Charnel Facilities to the total cremation number of Capital Area Public Cremation Facilities is 16.3%, which is low. Therefore, when building Public Charnel Facilities, improvement plans for the use of public funeral facilities, such as modernization and promotion of facility level, quality improvement of service level, and creation of a pleasant environment, should be actively promoted.

The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plans for prevention regulations by reflecting the toxicity, fire and explosion effects of hazardous materials factories and surrounding areas using an off-site consequence assessment program. Regarding the effects of the hydrogen cyanide leak accident, which is the 1st petroleum of the 4th class flammable liquid, Areal Locations of Hazardous Atmospheres (ALOHA) program was used to compare and analyze the extent of damage effects for toxicity, overpressure, and radiation. As a result, the toxicity was analyzed to exceed 5km in the area with Acute exposure guideline level (AEGL)-2 concentration or higher, the overpressure was 103m in the range of 1 psi or more, and the radiant heat was analyzed to be 724m in the range of 2kw/m² or more. Toxicity and radiation affected the area outside the hazardous material storage area, but the overpressure was limited to the inside of the hazardous material storage area. Therefore, we propose to improve the safety management of hazardous materials by conducting a risk assessment for hazardous materials and reflecting the results in internal and external emergency response plans to prepare prevention regulations.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present conditions and problems of the Electronic Commerce, specially by the fashion companies that utilize the Internet and to propose using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce as a strategic method of fashion companies that have a information-oriented mind to adapt itself to modern century. On the basis of my analysis, I propose some using plans of Internet Electronic Commerce by the fashion companies as follows. As a means of construction method, it is need for the pertinent companies to have an information-oriented mind and then to construct the low-expense but high-speed communication Infrastructure. As an operation and management method, positive web site advertisements plans, such as promotion, using various mass media, subscribing to the Internet search engines and dissemination of products information, etc., are need for companies to attract the consumers to connect to the web site. Second, to offer more satisfactory experiences, it is need for companies to frame the integrated shopping mall as a strategic alliance in the management of shopping mall. To frame the integrated shopping mall is also effective in solving financial problems of shopping mall management and introducing of security system As a means of technology supplement, security management systems, such as SSL or SET, should be introduced for consumers to pay the price and furnish their personal informations. Second, new technology developments, such as the newest simulation programs using Virtual Reality to solve the problem of products' actual feeling, should be need for consumers to feel as they really put clothes on. If these technological developments are realized, fashionable products will be dealt in the Internet shopping mall as well and the marketability of Internet shopping mall will be expanded.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how local governments implement and enforce library policies for their regional libraries to provide benefits to their community residents. To this end, this study analyzed public library polices of regional governments in Korea with their long-term and annual plans. According to the results almost regional governments included plans for public libraries in their long-term plans, however, organizations exclusively responsible for libraries were very rare. Main components of the policy mostly related with establishing public libraries. In addition, creating and supporting a small library, a library of building workforce capacity planning librarians, library cooperation system, whether to target the entire city reading promotion policies were included in the policy.

Focusing on the cases applied to korean brand-name apartments In 1960s, economical growth and introduction of western-type cultures led to a boom of apartment construction. After internationalization'in 1980s through Olympic games in 1988, korean culture has attracted attention and individual life quality has been improved. Since 1990s, changes in personal life style has affected the housing culture and the construction companies started moving from quantitative supply to developing their own differential characteristics. Differentiation scheme triggered by construction companies since mid-1990s mainly focused on various ideas for space deployment. Space plans include such things as a private ground, a kitchen in the south, etc. while interior plans include to provide selection of the korean traditional style, natural or casual one. 'korean traditional style' apartment is one of such theme of the brand-named apartment. Interests on 'Tradition' can be broken down into a social trend and media trend. Firstly, the former includes the designation of Bukchon as a reserving area, one of the governmental 'Hanok Survival Program', and traditional building promotion scheme on the basis of construction policy plans. Secondly, the latter covers the interests which attract through the media showing oriental cosmetics, korean culture export via Hallyu, popularity of korean dramas, etc. Thus, it seems worth studying on the apartments with traditional factors. And also, this study aims to setup the concept and trends of korean traditional style apartments through the interior expression on the korean-factor space developed by brand-name apartments so that it could correct such false knowledge out of misunderstood concept of traditional space which results from simple decoration or structure type not accompanying Korean emotion or spirit rendered by some misleading media.

Since the village maintenance type public housing project was introduced in 2015, the resident needs for regional revitalization and pleasant living conditions are not being met due to the poor performance of the public housing complexes that reflect the surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) and regional characteristics. The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to revitalize the village maintenance type public housing project in consideration of regional characteristics as a result of analyzing the needs of local residents through the problems of the village maintenance type public housing project being promoted so far and resident satisfaction. As a result of the analysis based on the public housing project implementation status analysis and resident satisfaction, the plans to activate the village maintenance type public housing project are as follows. First, in order to secure the effectiveness of the village plan, it is desirable to promote the public housing project and the village plan at the same time. It is necessary to secure a budget according to the selection of public offering projects in the village plan, such as promoting public housing projects without setbacks by prioritizing land purchases for public housing sites and establishing specialized strategies considering regional characteristics. Second, a public housing project that responds to local demand is required. The evaluation factors such as continuous promotion of the urban architecture integration plan and strengthening of regional linkage plans such as specialization of regionally tailored designs should be supplemented so that regional resources and village plans are linked with the public housing specialization plan. Third, surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) should be secured by the strengthen of the legal status or establishing related provisions. It is also necessary to promote system improvement for area maintenance plan (village plan) when selecting a publicly funded public project.

The purpose of this study is first to analyze domestic laws and systems related to independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care, second to conduct and analyze a survey on current status of child discharged from out-of-home care, and third to present plans for improvement of laws and systems to promote independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care. In this study, first, laws and systems related to independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care in Korea were analyzed. Second, a survey was conducted on the status of child discharged from out-of-home care, and the results were analyzed. With cooperation of Korea Child Welfare Association, Korea Child and Youth Group Home Council, and the Central Foster Support Center, a survey was conducted on 251 children discharged from out-of-home care, and the results were analyzed. Third, plans for improvement of laws and systems to promote independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care were presented.

This paper investigates plans to expand distribution channels for books by installing a book vending machine at convenience stories for the vitalization of the publishing culture and industry. After establishing the meaning of convenience stories and the concept of a book vending machine, the researcher identified a need for the installation and management of a book vending machine at convenience stories. This plan will promote fairness and transparency in book sales through the convenience store system and push forward outsourcing between the publishing industry and the convenience store industry, the expansion of omnichannel service for consumers, and experiential values for clients to increase their customer satisfaction. The composition of the book vending machine will take the smart library form for its management with a universal design applied to a kiosk program. In the study, the researcher schematized this process and conducted a survey with 310 adults to search for practical management plans for a book vending machine. In the future, more research on the diversification of sales and distribution channels for publications such as the installation of a book vending machine at convenience stores will hopefully contribute to the growing amount of reading per capita and promotion of a reading environment for people according to the vitalization of the publishing culture and industry.
