It is essential that the evaluation of official development assistance (ODA) projects is conducted based on empirical research for the performance and improvement of the project. This study intended to quantitatively figure out the actual status and performance of ODA projects. The performance of the Rumpin Seed Source and Nursery Center project implemented by the KOICA was evaluated in items of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability, which are OECD Development Assistance Committee(DAC) evaluation criteria. From August 26, 2019 to August 29, 2019, a survey was conducted on 50 visitors and 54 stakeholders of the Rumpin Seed Source and Nursery Center. Through on-site survey, problems in the donation project and operation in Indonesia were identified and measures for improvement was grasped. As a result of the study, the value scored by OECD DAC evaluation criteria of the Rumpin Seed Source and Nursery Center project based on the Economic Development Cooperation Fund(EDCF) evaluation grade was evaluated as a very successful class in all items. The average score of the recognition question was 4.08 points for visitors and 4.08 points for stakeholders, and the average score for the satisfaction question was 4.37 points for visitors and 4.11 points for stakeholders, which were high overall in both groups. The main factor that affects the project awareness of the visitors was the fact that the Rumpin Seed Source and Nursery Center was created based on Korean technology, and it was confirmed that Indonesia's own items related to similar projects had a great influence on the project satisfaction. In the case of stakeholders, project support in Korea affected their recognition, and it was found that relevance, efficiency, effectiveness items had the greatest impact on the level of project satisfaction of stakeholders derived from the DAC individual evaluation results. Efforts are required to increase the main factors by reflecting the results of each item and to preserve and maintain the project. This study is significant in determining the performance of the ODA project based on empirical data, and it is believed that it can be used as basic data for supplementing and strengthening the project in the future.

The success and failure of any project depends upon many factors, the Project Manager is considered to be the key contributor to the success of any project, as well as a guide to the team members to achieve the client satisfaction (Cost, Time and Quality). Therefore the main aim of this paper is to provide a practical approach for understanding the importance of the Project Manager and his effectiveness to the success of the construction projects. In addition, the Project Manager's roles, responsibilities and duties have direct impact to the success of the construction projects. In order to identify the thoughts and opinion of the construction industry on this particular assertion, a quantitative study was carried out within the UK construction industry. The result of the study shows that there is an extremely strong correlation between the Project Manager and the success of the construction projects. In construction projects the Project Manager is considered to be one of the most important people who can lead and drive the projects in the right direction and conclude construction projects successfully. Moreover, these can play the most important role regarding the improvement of the organization's performance, the organization's profitability and the client's satisfaction. The research confirmed that the Project Manager is a very essential element to the success of the construction project and have an impact at every stage of the construction project. So it concluded that selection of a Project Manager should be carefully done with regard to experience, knowledge, power/authority and good understanding to the kind of the project.

Recent years, nationwide projects for ecological restoration are implemented with emerging issues on the stream ecosystem. In order to enhance effectiveness of the ecosystem restoration and reduce negative impact, the appraisal of effectiveness through the follow-up monitoring and the adaptive management process are executed in consecutive phase. In this study, planning phase, monitoring and adaptive management in Hakui stream which is part of An Yang stream restoration project is introduced as representative ongoing case of effective adaptive management. The aim of this study is to verify the adaptive management process and suggest direction of effective restoration. Restoration project of Hakui stream resulted in increasing number and diversity of species (vegetation, fish, bird, invertbrates, amphibian and reptilia) according to monitoring from 2004 to 2013, and enhancing natural river landscape by evaluation of river naturalness among 2001(before restoration), 2007 (after), 2015 (recent). However, excessive vegetation expansion or sediment deposition on channel over time caused unexpected results such as terrestrialization or degradation of habitats. Adaptive management action such as removing disturbance species (Humulus japonicus)(2007), coppicing willow (2007), release of march snail (2007), creation of wetland (2014) were implemented based on monitoring results. And then appraisal of management action was discussed.

[ $ulcorner$ ]Cost-Effectiveness Analysis$\lrcorner$ has been wifely used to evaluate economic efficiency of R&D projects, but most of cost-effectiveness evaluation systems have some problems such as systematic method for setting and evaluating cost factors, estimation of single effect on each R&D project, and estimation of cross effects among R&D projects. To solve these problems, we have designed a new evaluation indicator called a $ulcorner$Cost-Cross Effect Integration Indicator$lrcorner$ including cross effects developed in this research. The major research findings are summarized as follows : (1) $ulcorner$Coist Estimation Model$lrcorner$, which estimates the cost factors divided into two classes of assembly product and system product and then integrates the total cost values, has been designed. (2) A new method for estimating parameters of cross effects among R&D projects has been developed. (3) $ulcorner$Cross Effects Estimation Model$lrcorner$ to estimate multi-effects and cross effects by completion time among several projects has been designed. (4) $ulcorner$Integration Estimation Indicator$lrcorner$ for setting priority on a project group has been extracted by combination of total cost value and total effect value.

The purposes of this study were to be free from the fixed instruction and help students have confidence in computer education and improve finding a solution voluntarily. The researcher designed the project instruction of UCC to enhance the community spirit through understanding the problems and solving those. The results of this study are as follows. First, learner changed their consideration in social education. They changed positively the thought about computer education: Form It is tedious and a memoriter subject.' to 'It's fun and good to do by ourselves. Second, students interested in UCC and doing it more actively. Especially, they enhanced the skill of using informations in both on and off-line and community spirit through helping each team members. This shows possibility and availability in not only social studying but also various adaption in other subjects. The researcher provides it would be better if this developed model should be practiced in school and examined the effectiveness in other aspects. lastly in other to examine its validity of enhancing problem-solving and effectiveness of interaction in community, the standard questionnaire and testing tools will be developed in the future.

This study was conducted to analyze the policy impacts of the '2014 Rural Field Forum'. From 2013, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs implemented Rural Field Forum to push forward rural development of inhabitants' initiative. In this study, we have evaluated that Rural Field Forum has crucial impacts on residents' competence, region capability and driving force of project by targeting the 374 residents of 350 villages in 9 states who participated in 2014 Rural Field Forum. We also sought for the solution to institutional improvement. Futhermore we analyzed each of leader group and normal residents for departmentalization of policy effects. Taken together, the analysis reveals that: 1)Rural field forum is demonstrated to have a positive effect on the establishment and execution of village development plan and all of its necessary components. 2)Regarding the effect on the village capabilities, the understanding and recognition of village organization was shown to be improved. 3)About regional capabilities, the interest in village project was advanced. 4)In terms of the project execution, Rural field forum turned out to affect the village council processes positively. 5)lastly, between the leader and the residents, the difference effectiveness between them revealed, with the same directivity and considerably bigger effect felt by the leader than by the residents overall.

There are few domestic studies on medical services in medically vulnerable areas where medical use is not met due to a lack of medical resources. The past studies on smart medicine targeting medically vulnerable areas grasp only the overall satisfaction level, or the sub-dimensions of satisfaction are not classified clearly. Also, it lacks consideration of the patient's needs. This study aims to analyze the effect of users' experience of the smart medicine pilot project conducted in medically vulnerable areas on satisfaction and demand. The user's experience was measured by variables in the dimensions of structure, process, and outcome. Among the pilot project participants, 282 subjects responded to the 2019 survey. Using the hierarchical regression method, we tried to find out the determinants of satisfaction and service demands. Experience factors affecting satisfaction were found to be accessibility, certainty, effectiveness, and efficiency. In addition, it was found that the demand in their 60s was high and that accessibility, certainty, effectiveness, and efficiency had a statistically significant effect on the demand. It is expected that the smart medicine pilot project will be effectively operated by well utilizing the factors influencing satisfaction and demand revealed in this study.

Background: Emergencies in outpatient clinics are rare. However, potentially catastrophic events can be challenging to manage due to a variety of factors, including limited equipment and staff. The purpose of this quality improvement project was to improve the staff knowledge and familiarity with critical performance elements for emergencies encountered in the setting of a periodontics clinic. Methods: Emergency cognitive aids tailored to the clinic's resources were created for anaphylaxis, airway obstruction, and sublingual hemorrhage. The project pre-post-test repeated measures design evaluated the effectiveness of cognitive aids using a combination of hands-on simulation, written knowledge assessments, and self-efficacy surveys. Training sessions and simulations were provided to the clinic's existing care teams made up of a periodontist and two dental assistants with an anesthetist who was present for simulations involving sedation. Due to the small sample size (N = 14) and non-normal distribution, all metrics were evaluated using non-parametric statistics. Results: Significant improvements were found in knowledge assessment (-2.310, P = 0.021) and self-efficacy (-2.486, P = 0.013) scores when retention after a training session before and after the introduction of cognitive aid was compared. The mean simulation scores and times improved steadily or reached maximum scores during the project progression. Conclusion: Training sessions before and after cognitive aid introduction were effective in improving knowledge, self-efficacy, and simulation performance. Future projects should focus on validating the process for creating contextualized cognitive aids and evaluating the effectiveness of these cognitive aids in larger samples.

Construction Productivity is one of the most important elements in construction management. It is used in construction process scheduling and cost management, which are significant sector in construction management. It is important to make appropriate schedule and monitor how works are done within schedule. But construction project contains uncertainty and inexactitude, modifying construction schedule is being an issue to manage construction works well. Even though prediction and monitoring of productivity can be principal activity, it is hard to predict productivity with manager's experience and a standard of estimate. A large number of factors influencing productivity, such as drawing, construction method, weather, labor, material, equipment, etc. But current calculation of productivity depends on empirical probability, not consider difference of each influencing factor. In this research, the aim is to present a productivity predicting regression model of form work, which includes effectiveness of influences factors. 5 variables existed inside form work are selected by interview and site research based on literature review of existed various productivity influencing factors. The effectiveness and correlation of productivity influencing factors are analyzed by statistical approach, and it is used to make productivity regression model. The finding of this research will improves monitoring and controlling of project schedule in construction phase.

건설 프로젝트 관리를 위한 정보시스템을 적용하고 있는 건설기업의 경우, 그 특성에 맞는 적절한 정보시스템 계획 방법이 필요하다. 건설관리 업무를 분석하여 업무의 특성을 파악하고, 정보기술적 측면을 함께 고려함으로써 정보시스템 계획이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 업무의 특성에 따른 정보시스템화의 효과와 정보기술 적용의 가능성에 따른 기회를 분석하여 최종적으로 정보시스템화 기대가치를 평가하기 위한 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 정보시스템화 기대가치 평가 모델은 단위업무와 전보의 두 가지 관점에서 정보시스템화에 대한 기회와 효과를 평가하는 과정으로, 건설관리 업무의 정보시스템 계획을 위한 의사결정에 활용될 수 있다.
