Generally, the inspection is hard work and needs a lot of time. So, this work contains subjectivity of inspector owing to carry out the visual evaluations through naked eye. Thus, the result of inspection is not objective and reliable. The purpose of this study is to develop new inspection technique to solve above problems and to provide convenient inspection work. We make a new inspection system using digital image processing technology. This program can stitch each image and detect cracks of surface of concrete bridge. Also, It can extract an investigation drawing from the picture. Also, this program is a kind of management tools designed to have some functions such as converting the image data obtained from cameras to Data-Base format, searching and storing the data. At first, we try to make a automatic extracting program. But, changed by semiautomatic method because of various problems. Through field experiments, the application of this inspection system with specialty software has proven to be much faster, safer, and reliable than the inspections carried out by the naked eyes in managing safety of the bridges. The new inspection method may be able to make the inspection of bridge more efficient and reliable.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the online lifelong education program which is a key words card production and demonstration on the job preparation skills for work for part-time developmental disabilities. The subjects of this study were three developmental disabilities workers working in a restaurant business on a part-time basis, and the experimental environment was composed of the home and subway stations where they reside. The study method used a single subject study, and the baseline, intervention, and maintenance were reflected as the design conditions of the experiment. As a result, the subjects of the study effectively acquired and maintained the job preparation skills for work work through the online lifelong education program for the production and demonstration of key words cards. Through the results of this study, it was possible to discuss and conclude that the significant functional relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables is valid.

Purpose: This survey aimed to find out the relationship of work stress, self-efficacy, and task performance of the preceptor. Method: The data of this study were collected from 215 Preceptors who have been working in four hospitals in Deajeon. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test for group differences, Pearson's correlation and Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS WIN 17.0 program. Result: There were significant positive relations between the work stress (r=0.193, p<0.05), self-efficacy (r=0.346, p<0.00), and the task performance of preceptor. The most predictive factors of the task performance were self-efficacy(11.5%), the job stress(2.7%), and age(2.0%). Conclusion: Nursing department supervisors need to manage preceptor to reduce work stress and to improve self-efficacy. It is recommended that work stress should be decreased and programs for increasing self-efficacy need developing in order to satisfy self-realization of preceptors and their needs.

The aim of this study is to understand the effects of a self-leadership program on career recognition and self-efficacy in adolescents under probation. As a result, it was discovered that the self-leadership program had statistically significant differences in self-understanding, the understanding of work and the job world, setting a career goal and strategies in the sub-area of career recognition in adolescents under probation while there was no significant difference in the area of attitudes and values of work. The self-leadership program had statistically significant differences in confidence, self-regulated efficacy among the sub-area of self-efficacy of the subjects while there were no significant differences in the difficulty of the challenge. These results suggest that the self-leadership program had significant effects on career recognition and self-efficacy in adolescents under probation. In order to improve the career recognition and self-efficacy in adolescents under probation, further studies on the self-leadership program are needed and care should be paid to its usability.

This study includes the possibility of organizing courses that can accommodate both NCS-based and course-based qualifications program in terms of contracting departments operating a college-based work and study in parallel system, examining and comparing differences between the two qualifications. Based on the case study of mechanical design engineer based on the job of machine design, curriculum that meets both composition regulation is developed. The author predicts future operational differences and problems and suggests several ways to overcome them. In conclusion, a few words have been added to modify the composition regulations to help the professional educational institute that simultaneously operates a work parallel system and a course evaluation type as to develop the field-oriented curriculum minimizing the gap between provider-centered education and consumer-centered qualifications, and maximizing the performance of training and education.
