  • The result of management profits create to manufacturing activity. The gross sale profits must be maximum thraw spend of economic value. The profit maximum have to management based key value driver of manufacturing activity. The important factors of the study model are manufacturing value driver(MVD) and manufacturing value added(MVA). We show necessity of management based value by means of a case study.

  • 이 논문에선 작업자와 회사 모두 이익이 최대가 되게 작업자의 생산속도를 정하는 문제를 연구하였다. 작업자의 이익은 생산량에 비례하고, 불량률에 반비례한다. 회사의 이익은 작업자의 생산량에 비례하고 작업자의 불량품만큼 감소한다. 또한 회사에서는 검사 등에 비용이 들어간다. 이 논문에서는 작업자의 이익을 나타내는 함수를 수식으로 모델링하였다. 또한 회사의 이익을 수식으로 표현하였다. 작업자와 회사 모두가 최대 이익을 갖는 경우의 생산속도를 해석적으로 여러 경우로 나누어 해를 구하였다.

  • This paper presents the System Marginal Price(SMp) forecasting implementation using backpropagation Neural Networks in Competitive Electricity Market. SMP is very important term to seek the maximum profit to bidding participants. Demand and SMP that necessary data for training Neural Networks, supplied from Korea Power Exchange(KPX). Statistic analysis about predicted SMP presents a part of consideration in end of this paper.

  • 본 연구에서는 기계 기구의 각속도 변동을 줄이는데 사용되는 플라이휠을 운동에너지의 법칙을 이용하여 해석하고, 주어진 허용 각속도 변동률을 정확히 만족하 는 플라이휠의 크기를 결정하는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 수치 해석을 통하 여 본 해석방법에 의해 설계된 플라이휠과 종래 방법에 의한 플라이휠의 성능을 비교 하였다.

  • 본 논문은 시스템 트레이딩을 사용하여 피라미드 전략이 상승장에서 어떠한 수익률을 보이는가를 분석한다. 옵션 시장에서 매도는 프리미엄의 감소라는 이점과 무제한 손실이라는 단점을 가지고 있다. 옵션의 매도는 증거금 제도로 인하여 개인의 매매 기법으로는 제한되어 있으나 효과적인 전략을 사용하면 수익성을 높이는데 매우 중요한 매매 기법이다. 다중 매도 진입으로 풀이되는 피라미드 전략을 제시하고 최근 상승장에서의 성능을 분석한다.

  • The environment of automobile industry in the world is rapidly changing. It is changing of high oil price, technology, environment and construction of competition by newly rising an economic district. Automobile company is focusing on three issue because they want to reinforce competition of automobile industry in the world. That is innovation of production profit management through quality management and Lean. Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.

  • When the high voltage is applied on insulation materials that have voids and impurities inner one, then probability of electrical tree inception is increased at defects. Electrical tree gives a profit to degradation analysis, because it is possible to observe by eyes and provides electrical degradation step. And electrical tree is divided to three types in usual - tree type, bush type and chestnut type tree. But these three types are divided not by method of quantitative analysis but visual and experiential analysis. In this paper, three types of electrical tree were calculated by quantitative analysis using fractal mathematics and classified to fractal dimensions (FD). FD of tree types are 1.1$\sim$1.4, bush types are 1.4$\sim$1.6 and chestnut type trees have above 1.6 FD.

The Effect of Technology-Based Entrepreneurship(TBE) Activities on Firms Growth (기술기반창업기업의 기업활동이 기업성장에 미치는 영향)

  • Most technology-based entrepreneurship(TBE) go through an process of decline or disappear without overcoming the valley of death(VoD). The purpose of this study is to identify the growth dimension of TBE and to test the influence of firms activities on firms growth over time. This study identified the two-dimensional growth dimension divided by size and profit through exploratory factor analysis(EFA) of a number of growth indicators. Then, we defined the discrete state of growth firm in four states, divided by size and profit, and five states, including the closure of business. Multi-nomial logit model is used to predict the effect of TBE activities on a discrete state of growth firm(size×profit, closure of business) based on multiple independent variables. The independent variables are based on five representative firms activities: employment, marketing, R&D, financial activities, and general management activities. The growth stage of TBE over time has been categorized into three stages: early stage, middle stage, and late stage of business, taking into account the main periods during which the survival rate of startups sharply decreases. The analytical data of this study was based on the secondary data of the start-up supporting companies of government and public institutions. The subjects of analysis were TBE within 10 years. As a result of the empirical analysis, the employment and marketing activities of TBE show that early and mid-term activities had an effect on the state of firms growth. However, if there is a difference, employment activities have both positive and negative effects, while marketing activities have only a positive effect on size and profit growth. And besides, R&D activities, financial activities, and general management activities throughout the entire process of firms growth were found to be firms activities that have both positive and negative effects on firms growth. In addition, the age of the founder, the firms' industry, and the geographic location of the firms, which are general characteristics of the company, were found to have a distinctive effect on the growth status of the firms according to the growth stage.

  • In this paper, ESS capacity installed in industrial customer is calculated using economic analysis. To do this, electric charge for industrial customer is analyzed and power management system(PMS) of ESS is selected. Reduction of kW cost and kWh cost are set to 'benefit' according to operation of ESS. Also, installation cost and maintenance cost of ESS are set to 'cost'. Proper ESS capacity is determined as a result of benefit-to-cost(B/C) analysis according to the variation of ESS installation cost. In case study, B/C is analyzed for the specific industrial customer and minimum capacity of ESS to make a profit are proposed for the customer.

  • Today's fierce competition and global economic recession make most of manufacturing companies in the world difficult to gain a profit. In order to survive such a environment and increase competitiveness, manufacturing companies have to continuously eliminate their wasteful factors through an efficient process analysis, improve quality of products, increase the flexibility of manufacturing processes. In this paper, we consider a case study for the Shanghai New Auto which is a subcontractor of MOBIS in China, to improve productivity by using therblig method, one of the motion analysis, to minimize the work-in-process inventories and to shorten the manufacturing cycle times. We also try to relocate the facility layout to increase the efficiency and flexibility of manufacturing processes.
