So, the multi-national companies are shaping ideas how to reduce energy costs and use substitute energy.   • 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 소 중 대형 산불의 공중진화 방화선 구축형태에 대하여 제안하였다. 산불확산은 현장의 지세, 경사, 바람, 수종 등에 영향을 받으므로 공중진화 방화선을 구축할 때에는 연소방향 및 형태, 강도 등을 분석한 후 진화작업을 실시하여야 하며, 공중진화 방화선 형태를 A형에서 M형까지 13개로 제안하였다.

Comparative Evaluation of Machine Learning Models for Predicting Soccer Injury Types

  • Soccer is type of sport that carries a high risk of injury. Injury is not only cause in the unlucky soccer carrier and also team performance as well as financial effects can be worse since soccer is a team-based game. The duration of recovery from a soccer injury typically relies on its type and severity. Therefore, we conduct this research in order to predict the probability of players injury type using machine learning technologies in this paper. Furthermore, we compare different machine learning models to find the best fit model. This paper utilizes various supervised classification machine learning models, including Decision Tree, Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Naive Bayes. Moreover, based on our finding the KNN and Decision models achieved the highest accuracy rates at 70%, surpassing other models. The Random Forest model followed closely with an accuracy score of 62%. Among the evaluated models, the Naive Bayes model demonstrated the lowest accuracy at 56%. We gathered information about 54 professional soccer players who are playing in the top five European leagues based on their career history.   • This study tried to know the chang of lifestyle and the factors causing of lifestyle change by the outcome of oriental medical examination for labors in one of the automobile factories in Jeon Buk area. The results will be helpful to the effective health care for the labors in factory. Oriental medical examination was done 22 times from May 20 to June 19, 2002. The numbers of labor who received oriental medical examination were 531, and 300 questionnaires among them were collected. The results were as follows: 1) General characteristics of examinee for oriental medical examination; total 300 labors, high percentage in age range $31{\sim}45$ years old, mostly married, high percentage of high school in completion of study. High percentages in drinking, smoking, and working hour were less than 1 time per week, non-smoking, and above 10 hours, respectively. High percentages in working year and salary were $11{\sim}15$ years. 2) The degree of lifestyle change by the oriental medical examination had the highest score with consult of oriental medicine doctor, and the lowest score was from moire typography result. 3) The degree of lifestyle change by medical examination was highly influenced by the subject characteristics that were less than 1 time per week for drinking, non-smoking, and less than 10 years of working year. 4) For the lifestyle change by the cognition of subject, the subjects who had high confidence for oriental medical examination, high recognition for oriental medical examination's requirement, high concern for health. effective cognition for early detection of disease, had high degree of lifestyle change. 5) The variables that cause lifestyle change in Sasang constitutional analysis result were early detection of disease, type of smoking, working year, moire typography result, interview for health. The variables that cause lifestyle change in moire typography result were type of drinking, ages, working year, consult for health, moire typography result. The variables that cause lifestyle change in interview with oriental medicine doctor were constitutional analysis and moire typography result.

  • Talent is a person who has the values and skills necessary to achieve effective goals and performance of the nation, society, organization, and individuals, or those who play a key role in generating the success or performance of the nation and companies. It can be said that it is a talented person who will achieve a well-equipped library world and a knowledge-based national society. In this study, in order to derive the talent image of the librarian, the talent image, competency, role of the librarian, librarian job development, PEST analysis, etc. suggested in various fields of society including the library world were performed. First, 11 human resources were derived, and 4 types of human resources were derived through the FGI process, and a verification process was conducted for users, librarians, and students. Finally, in this study, four librarian talents were proposed: creative convergence type talent, personality type talent, professional type talent, and communication type talent.

Product-Sharing and Outcome Generation: New Contributions of Libraries to Research, Learning and Professional Development in Japanese Context

  • The author analyses the challenging activities of Japanese libraries in this decade by launching two keywords; "product-sharing" and "outcome generation." "Product-sharing" means that libraries share knowledge, skills, and records which are produced as the result of the services or in the process of activities. And "outcome generation" means that libraries generate any efficiency or effectiveness through their services to users. Using these concepts, reported are the current situation and aspects of Japanese libraries which try to make various contributions to the society; research and learning of the people, and education and training for professional librarians, and so on. In the analysis, the author shows some examples of "product-sharing" at first, including the records of reference transaction and the multi-functioned online public access catalogue. Especially, focused is on the various possibility and adoptability of the Collaborative Reference Database System of the National Diet Library of Japan. This system is one of digital reference service in Japan, and the database of reference transaction records is expected to be useful for research and academic studyies as knowledge-base of professional librarians. And the system is also expected to be a platform for LIS education and professional development in the e-learning environment. Secondly, as the examples of "outcome generation", explained are the problem-solving-type activities, and provision of the collection about books on struggling against disease and illness. A few examples of outcome in the problem-solving-type activities are these; increase of sales in the services for shop managers, business persons, and entrepreneurs, contribution to affluent daily life by providing the local information services to residents and neighbourhoods, and etc. And for both the patients with serious cases and their family or those who nurse them, books about other persons' notes or memorandum are the greatest support, and sometime healing. The author discuss the 'raison d'etre' of these activities focusing on public libraries in Japan.

  • This paper proposes a novel RF MEMS dc-contact switch with stiff membrane on a quartz substrate. The uniqueness of this work lies in the utilization of a seesaw mechanism to restore the movable part to its rest position. The switching action is done by using separate pull-down and pull-up electrodes, and hence operation of the switch does not rely on the elastic recovery force of the membrane. One of the main problems faced by electrostatically actuated MEMS switches is the high operational voltages, which results from bending of the membrane, due to internal stress gradient. This is resolved by using a stiff and thick membrane. This membrane consists of flexible meanders, for easy movement between the two states. The device operates with an actuation voltage of 6.43 V, an insertion loss of -0.047 dB and isolation of -51.82 dB at 2 GHz.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest planning direction to Co-housing as alternative house. The questionnaire survey is used. The subjects of questionnaire are professional having concerned with architectural, housing, city plan and environment. The results of the study are summarized as follow : It is necessary to connect with neighbors in Co-housing. It is important to make membership and member's will for community. Co-housing as a housing alternative is essential residents' participation. In terms of life in community, eating together, childrencare and residents' autonomy activity are very important. Finally, it is proper to locate suburb and city. The size under 50 units is proper. In terms of housing type, the low apartment housing is proper.

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify factors affecting the innovative behavior of general hospital professional staff. Methods: In the final analysis, the study focuses on the 442 structured questionnaires received from the professional staff (doctors, nurses, medical technicians, and administrative staff) of H Hospital, a public medical foundation. Data were collected from August 1 to 31, 2014. The SPSS/WIN 19.0 program was used for data analysis which included t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff\acute{e}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Multiple regression showed that factors affecting innovative behavior of hospital professional staff were conditional reward, innovation-oriented culture, education, and job (Adj $R^2=.317$). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that it is necessary for the leader to demonstrate leadership with innovation and transaction in harmony to cultivate innovative behavior in hospital staff. Also, positive support and role in the hospital organization are fundamental to developing the strengths that each type of culture possess on the basis of the organizational culture of hospital, enabling hospital staff to exhibit their best voluntary innovative behavior.
