간호이미지 개선을 위한 간호전문직의 중요도에 대한 일반인의 인식유형 (A Factor Analysis on the Degree of Importance of Professional Nursing for Advancing Nursing Image)

  • This study was designed to find the characteristics and patterns in subjectivity of an attitude on the degree of importance of professional nursing for advancing nursing image. Q-methodology was used as a research design and the research procedures were as follows. Q-sampling has been derived from the literature review and interview. Its credibility and validity were also tested by nursing professors. Total of 34 statements were selected. P-sampling has been drawn and 32 samples were selected. Based on 9 point scale. the selected respondents rated their operant definition on the degree of importance of professional nursing for advancing nursing image. The results of above procedures were analyzed by PCQ program. The attitude about the degree of importance of professional nursing for advancing nursing image were analyzed based on the typical array. extreme comments. and the demographic information of study subjects. The results revealed that there were four types of attitude about the degree of importance of professional nursing for advancing nursing image. The four types were named as follows; 1) The first type. agree of problem-solving perspectives. was consisted of 8 subjects. They emphasized that the nurse should solve a patient's problem promptly and precisely for advancing nursing image. 2) The second type. agree of kindness perspectives. was consisted of 5 subjects. They insisted that the nurse should be kind to patient and his family for advancing nursing image. 3) The third type. agree of love and service perspectives. was consisted of 4 subjects. They emphasized nursing spirit based on love and service for advancing nursing image. 4) The fourth type. agree of professional knowledge perspectives. was consisted of 6 subjects. They emphasized that the nurse should construct of professional nursing knowledge for advancing nursing image. As a result. this study discovered three types of the degree of importance of professional nursing for advancing nursing image. By identifying the nature of each of four types. this study can be useful to develop efficient strategies for advancing nursing image.

간호사의 비판적 사고성향, 학습 관련 자기주도성 및 간호업무수행능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Critical Thinking Disposition, Self-directed Learning Readiness and Professional Nursing Competency)

  • Purpose: A descriptive survey was used in this study to identify the relationship between nurses' critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning readiness and professional nursing competency and to examine factors that influence professional nursing competency. Methods: The data were collected from 188 nurses and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$' test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 PC program. Results: Professional nursing competency was found to have significant pure correlations with critical thinking disposition (r=.59, p<.001), and self-directed learning readiness (r=.54, p<.001). The most influential factor influencing nurses' professional nursing competency was critical thinking disposition, followed by self-directed learning readiness (${\beta}=.25$, p=.003), work department (${\beta}=.19$, p=.001), total clinical career (${\beta}=.19$, p=.003), and position (${\beta}=.12$, p=.040), and these factors explained 43.8% of the variance in professional nursing competency. Conclusion: The findings indicate the necessity of developing and applying strategies and educational programs to enhance individual nurse's critical thinking disposition and self-directed learning readiness. Furthermore, exploration is needed on ways to enhance professional nursing competency.

간호대학생의 전문직 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감 및 전공만족도 간의 관계 (The Relationship among Professional Self-concept, Academic Self-efficacy and Major Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 전문적 자아개념, 학업적 자기효능감 및 전공만족도의 정도를 파악하고 이들 간의 관계를 확인하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 J도의 4년제 간호대학생 137명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집은 2017년 10월 19일부터 23일까지 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 전문직 자아개념은 학업적 자기효능감(r=.598, p<.001) 및 전공만족도(r=.598, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계가 있으며, 학업적 자기효능감은 전공만족도(r=.470, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문직 자아개념(${\beta}=.479$, p<.001)으로 36.0%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구 결과 전문직 자아개념이 전공만족도에 긍정적인 영향요인으로 확인되었으므로 간호학생의 전공만족도를 높이기 위해 전문직 자아개념을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육내용을 잘 구성하는 교과목과 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

농촌지역 재가 장애인의 삶의 질 영향 요인 분석 -PRECEDE 모형을 이용하여- (The Analysis of Factors Affecting Quality of Life of Disabled Persons Living at Home in Rural Community - Using the PRECEDE Model -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 역학적 요인(우울), 행위적 요인(일상생활 수행능력), 소인요인(자기효능감), 강화요인(가족지지, 전문가 지지), 촉진요인(자원이용가능성, 접근성)이 농촌지역 재가 장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 연구의 개념적 기틀은 Green과 Kreuter의 PRECEDE 모형을 기반으로 하였다. ${\bigcirc}$군 보건소에서 실시한 지역사회중심 재활사업 기초조사 결과 자료를 근거로, 기초조사에 참여한 190명중 186명이 최종분석에 포함되었다. 선택된 요인들과 삶의 질 간의 직 간접 경로를 파악하기 위하여 AMOS 19.0을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 모형 검증 결과 농촌지역 재가 장애인의 삶의 질은 85.5%의 설명력을 가지며, 역학적 요인(우울)과 강화요인(가족지지, 전문가지지)에 의해 직접적 영향을 받은 반면, 행위적 요인(일상생활수행능력), 소인요인(자기효능감), 촉진요인(자원이용가능성, 접근성)을 통하여 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 농촌지역 재가 장애인의 삶의 질 증진을 위한 재활사업 계획 시 우울을 감소시키거나 가족이나 건강전문가로부터의 지지를 강화해야 할 필요성을 조명하였다. 뿐만 아니라 자기효능감 향상을 위한 전략을 세우고 지역의 보건기관과 전문 의료기관과의 연계를 확대하는 것도 농촌지역 재가 장애인을 위한 지역사회 중심 재활서비스에 유용할 수 있음을 제안하였다.

병원과 지역사회에 근무하는 정신보건간호사의 전문직 자아개념 (Professional Self-concept of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Hospitals and Public Health Centers)

  • This study was conducted to investigate and compare the degree of professional self -concept (PSC) of the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP) in hospitals and public health centers and to identify the factors predicting PSC of them, in order to provide basic data for developing PSC increasing program PSC. The 355 PMHNP were sampled from the university or general hospitals. mental hospitals, community mental health centers and public health centers across the country. The scales used in this study were PSCNI by Arthur (1990), PSI by Heppner & Petersen (1982) and the Index of work satisfaction by Slavitt et al. (1978). The results of the study were as follows : 1. The average item score of PSCNI of PMHNP in hospitals was $2.83\pm0.27$, and that of PMHNP in public health centers was $2.76\pm0.28$. There was significantly different between two groups (p=0.0202) 2. A comparison of the scores for the dimensions of the PSCNI were as follows ; the mean item score of professional practice of nurses in hospital was $2.90\pm0.30$, and that in public health centers was $2.83\pm0.35$. There were significant differences between two groups in the scores of professional practices (p=0.0315), leadership (p=0.0071) and skills (p=0.0231). 3. There were significant differences between two groups according to education (p=0.0057) with no significant interaction effect of group and education. 4. Job satisfaction (JS) was the highest factor predicting PSC of PMHNP in hospitals $(34.5\%)$, and problem solving inventory score (PS) was the highest factor predicting PSC of PMHNP in public health centers $(33.6\%)$. JS and PS accounted for $42.6\%$ in PSC of PMHNP in hospitals. and PS, JS, age, marital status, religion, and career accounted for $57.6\%$ in PSC of PMHNP in public health centers. In the light of these results. to gam the professional self-concept. nurses should be educated continuously through role modeling in clinical nursing and research. Also, nurse educators and administrators need to develop programs and policies to increase professional self-concept of nurses, particularly of community PMHNP.

Mechanism of Relaxation of Rat Aorta by Scopoletin; an Active Constituent of Artemisia Capillaris

  • In the present work, we examined the mechanism of vasorelaxant effect of scopoletin, an active constituent of Artemisia capillaris on rat thoracic descending aortic rings. Scopoletin induced a concentration-dependent relaxation in rat thoracic descending aortic rings pre-contracted with phenylephrine (EC/sub 50/ = 238.94±37.4 μM), while it was less effective in rat thoracic descending aortic rings precontracted with high potassium solution (KCI 30 mM). Vasorelaxation by scopoletin was significantly inhibited after endothelial removal, but recovered at high concentration. Pretreatment of rat thoracic descending aortic rings with N/sup G/-nitro-L-arginine (100 μM), a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, and atropine (1 μM), a muscarinic receptor antagonist, significantly inhibited scopoletin-induced relaxation of rat thoracic descending aortic rings. Neither indomethacin (3 μM), an inhibitor of cydooxygenase, nor propranolol (1 μM), a β -adrenoceptor antagonist, modified the effect of scopoletin. The combination of N/sup G/ -nitro-L-arginine (100 μ M) and miconazole (10 μ M), an inhibitor of cytochrome P 450, did not modify the effect of scopoletin, when compared with pretreatment with N/sup G/-nitro-L-arginine(100 μM) alone. Vasorelaxant effect of scopoletin was inverted by pretreatment with diltiazem (10 μM), a Ca/sup 2+/-channel blocker, at low concentration, while restored at high concentration. Apamin (K/sub ca/-channel blocker, 1 μM), 4-aminopyridine (4-AP, K/sub v/-channel blocker, 1 mM), and tetrodotoxin (TTX, Na/sup +/-channel blocker 1 μM) potentiated the vasorelaxant effect of scopoledn, but glibendamide (K/sub ATP/-channel blocker, 10 μM), tetraetylammonium(TEA, non-selective K-channel blocker, 10 mM) did not affect the relaxation of scopoletin. Free radical scavengers (TEMPO, catalase, mannitol) did not modify vascular tone. These results suggest that nitric oxide, Ca/sup 2+/ -channels play a role in endothelium-dependent relaxations to scopoletin in rat aortas, that apamin, 4-AP, TTX but not glibenclamide, TEA potentiated relaxation to scopoletin mediated by these channels, and that free radicals do not concern to the vasorelaxant effect of scopoletin.

한국어판 사회복지 가치 지향 척도(Professional Opinion Scale)의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가 - 사회복지 실천가를 대상으로 - (Validation of a Korean Version of the Professional Opinion Scale)

  • 본 연구는 국내 연구와 실천현장에서 사회복지 실천가들의 사회복지 가치 지향 정도를 가시적으로 측정해 낼 수 있는 적정한 척도가 부재하다는 한계점을 인식하고, 국외에서 개발된 대표적인 사회복지 가치 척도인 Professional Opinion Scale(POS)을 우리말로 번안한 후, 신뢰도, 타당도를 평가하여 국내 사회복지 상황에 유용한 척도를 개발하고자 하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 한국어판 POS는 영어판 POS와 마찬가지로 4가지 차원(기본 권리에 대한 존중, 자기결정에 대한 지지, 사회적 책임감에 대한 의식, 개인 자유에 대한 책무)으로 구성되었음을 확인하였다. 한국어판 사회복지 가치 지향 척도의 신뢰도는 양호하였으며, 옹호척도와 정적상관관계를 보여, 척도의 수렴타당도가 입증되었다. 본 연구를 통해 사회복지 실천가들의 가치 지향과 관련한 논의가 활성화되고, 실천현장의 서비스와 사회복지 가치 지향과의 관련성을 보다 용이하게 파악할 수 있길 기대한다.

Professional Moral Courage Scale(PMCS)의 한국어 번역의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Study of Reliability and Validity testing for Professional Moral Courage Scale Translated in Korean)

  • 본 연구는 Professional Moral Courage Scale(PMCS)의 한국어 번역에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 방법론적 연구이다. 자료수집은 2017년 1월 13일부터 2월 20일까지 196명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 실시되었고, 내적 일관성 신뢰도와 탐색적 확인적 요인분석을 통한 구성타당도를 검증하였다. 4개의 요인(도덕적 목표와 실천, 단순한 지시수행을 넘어서, 위협을 감수함, 다양한 가치기준 고려하기), 12문항이 도출되었고, 4개의 요인은 전체 변량의 62.20%를 설명하였다. 모델 적합성은 ${\chi}2/df=1.89$, p<.001, RMR=.055, GFI=.93, AGFI=.89, CFI=.92, RMSEA=.067로 나타났다. 전체 문항의 내적 신뢰도 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 .79이고, 요인별 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 .44-.80의 범위를 나타내었다. 본 도구를 실무 간호사를 대상으로 반복 연구함으로써 도구가 간호학생과 임상간호사의 전문직업적 용기를 측정하기에 과학적이고 실증적임을 입증할 필요가 있으며, 수준 높은 간호를 제공하기 위해서 필요한 도덕적 용기를 측정하고자 한 국내 최초의 시도라는 점에서 의의가 있다고 여겨진다.

병원간호사의 극복력과 긍정심리자본이 전문직 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Resilience and Positive psychological Capital on the Professional Quality of Life in Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병원간호사의 극복력과 긍정심리자본이 전문직 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 2021년 6월 1일에서 30일까지 221명의 종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 세 하위영역(공감만족, 소진, 이차 외상성 스트레스)으로 구성된 전문직 삶의 질과 극복력, 긍정심리자본 도구를 사용하여 자료수집을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 극복력이 높을수록, 긍정심리자본이 높을수록 공감만족에서는 높은 점수를, 소진과 이차 외상성 스트레스는 낮은 점수를 보였다. 공감만족의 주요 영향요인은 극복력과 긍정심리자본으로 나타났으며, 공감만족을 47% 설명하였다. 소진의 주요 영향요인은 극복력, 긍정심리자본, 근무형태로, 소진을 36% 설명하였다. 특히 극복력은 공감만족을 높이고, 긍정심리자본은 소진을 낮추거나 예방할 수 있는 주요요인이므로, 병원간호사의 내적자원 강화를 위한 극복력 증진 프로그램 및 긍정심리중재 프로그램의 개발과 효과검증을 제언한다.

일 대학병원 간호사의 잔류의도 영향요인 (Affecting Factors on Intention to Stay of Nurses Working at a University Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore professional self-concept, work environment, resilience and intention to stay for nurses in university hospitals, and to identify the relationship between these variables and factors that influence intention to stay. We aimed to provide basic data to develop measures for increasing intention to stay. Methods: This study used a descriptive design, the subjects were nurses who worked for more than 1 year at a university hospital with 744 beds, located in city C. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 120 nurses. The data collection period were from September 15 to 30, 2020. The data were analysed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: There was a positive correlation between the subject's intention to stay and the professional self-concept (r=.57, p<.001), the nursing working environment (r=.29, p=.002), and resilience (r=.50, p<.001). Significant factors influencing the subject's intention to stay was the sense of satisfaction (β=.40, p<.001), a sub-factor of professional self-concept, indicating the higher the satisfaction level, the higher the intention to stay. The regression model explained 45.0% of the variance of the outcome variable (F=9.64, p<.001). Conclusion: Sense of satisfaction was identified as a factor impacting the intention to stay. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and to apply intervention programs to improve the satisfaction of the professional self-concept in order to increase the nurses' intention to stay.
