The study aimed to investigate the differential effects of visual and verbal scaffoldings on web-based problem solving performance. A quasi-experiment with 143 high school students in South Korea was administered. Each student's visualization tendency score was obtained at the beginning of the study. Based on the visualization tendency scores, students were divided into two groups; low and high level visualization tendency groups. Then each group was split in half and randomly assigned to one of the two lessons - one with visual scaffolding and the other with verbal scaffolding. The contents of the two lessons were the same. All students' performance was measured through an essay assignment for a problem solving at the end of the lesson. The result showed that the visual scaffolding group outperformed the verbal scaffolding group (F=22.54, p<.01), regardless of each student's visualization tendency level. The effect size was 0.81, indicating high practical significance. There was no statistically significant interaction effect between scaffolding modalities and students' visualization tendency levels. These findings imply that visual scaffolding is an effective strategy to promote students' problem solving performance.

본 연구에서는 협동학습에서의 언어적 행동과 화학문제 해결력 사이의 관계를 조사하였다. 고등학교 2학년 학생을 대상으로 사전 화학 성취도의 측면에서 이질적인 3인 1조의 소집단을 구성한 후, 협동학습 환경에서 4단계 문제 해결 전략을 사용하도록 하였다.이러한 소집단 문제 해결 과정에 대해 녹화 및 녹음을 실시하였다. 학생들의 화학 문제 해결력은 문제 해결 전략 수행 능력 검사로 측정하였다. 언어적 행동은 크게 정보 주기, 정보 받기, 질문하기, 부정하기로 유형화하였고 총 16개 하위 범주로 세분하였다. 학생들이 가장 많이 나타내는 언어적 행동은 정보 제공하기의 하위 범주인 제공이었다. 언어적 행동과 문제 해결력 사이의 부분 상관을 조사한 결과, 7개 범주에서 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 제공 범주가 문제 해결력과 가장 밀접하게 관련 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 선행 연구에서 보고되지 않은 교정, 정당화, 제공 명료화, 명료화 등에서의 상관도 유의미하였다. 하위 수준 학생들은 정보를 주거나 받는 언어적 행동과 문제 해결력 사이의 관련성이 높았으나, 상위나 중위 수준의 경우 언어적 행동이 문제 해결력을 향상시키지 못하는 경향이 있었다.

정보 교과는 지식정보화 사회에 필요한 정보 활용 능력은 물론 창의적인 문제해결력을 함양하기 개설된 교과이다. 그러나 창의적 문제해결요소가 교과서에 어느 정도 포함되었는지를 분석하는 연구는 미미하다. 따라서 본 논문은 중학교 정보 1 교과서 '문제해결방법 및 절차' 영역의 창의적 문제해결력 경향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 정보 교과서가 창의적 문제해결력 함양 요소를 어느 정도 포함하고 있는지 최길수의 정량적 분석법으로 분석한 결과, 교과서별로 문제해결과정 반영과 문제해결전략 제시의 충실도에 차이가 크게 나타났고 모든 교과서가 활동 요구 지수, 창의적 문제해결력 관련지수, 활동 유형지수가 전체적으로는 바람직한 범위에 있으나 소 영역별로는 바람직한 범위를 벗어난 것이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 지수 값이 균형을 이루지 못한 교과서가 있고 활동 유형이 일부 유형에 치우쳐 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 앞으로 정보 교과서의 개발 및 수정 보완 시 문제해결과정 반영과 문제해결전략의 충실도를 높이고, 교과서의 학습 활동 구성 시 다양한 학습 활동 유형을 활용하고 기본 정신 기능과 고등 정신 기능을 요구하는 활동 비율의 균형을 유지할 것을 제안하였다.

The utilization of Internet, which started only at the level of advertisement, has been gradually expanding its application areas as the trial commercial transaction becomes successful, the password-coding technology which removes the risks on the cyber transaction develops, the electronic money appears and other various related technologies progress. Following this trend the securities industry has been experiencing changes along with efforts to use it commercially. This study is to analyze the work of cyber securities companies on the basis of the theoretical background through preceding studies and literature and also analyze the common and different reasons for superiority-securing strategy in competition along with problems and their reasons. And also the objective of this study is to offer new superiority-securing strategy in competition and problem-solving strategy.

본 연구는 도식기반교수가 학습부진 또는 학습장애 위험군 학생들의 비와 비례 문장제 문제해결 능력 향상, 일반화와 유지에 도움이 되는가를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 교수 실험은 기초선 검사, 중재전략교수, 일반화 및 유지검사의 순서로 3명의 중학교 1학년 학생이 본 연구에 참여 하였으며, 문제해결을 위한 중재전략은 FOPS로 이에 기반하여 수업지도안을 작성하여 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 중재 받은 3명의 학생 모두 비와 비례 문장제 문제해결 능력이 향상되었고, 유사한 유형에도 일반화 할 수 있었으며, 2주 후에 실시한 유지검사에서도 문제해결 능력을 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 사용한 도식기반전략의 확장을 위해, 장애 학생들의 특성에 맞는 처방적 학습 전략의 개발과 이들에게 실제적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 도구가 포함된 교재 개발을 후속연구로 제안하였다.

Problem sovling skill is one of the core skills in mathematics education. To improve students' problem solving skill, the project approach or project based learning has been developed and applied. A teaching and learning strategy utilizing 'project' encourages students to understand the problem embedded in the project, find and reflect the solution, which might be effective in improving students' problem solving skill. The present study systematically reviews literature regarding project based learning and analyzes the characteristics of project. The findings from the systematic review illuminate an appropriate approach to apply project based learning in mathematics classrooms.

We introduce what is the meaning of problem and problem solving and also different type of problems and problem-solving strategies were discussed in this paper, with suggestions for teaching both Polya's four-step strategy and specific problem solving strategies. Many real and concrete examples of routine and nonroutine problems in elementary school mathematics are introduced. Especially, we have researched on the actual condition how children in elementary school think about multiplication of fraction for the routine problem. As a result, we have noticed that children have diverse thinking in their own way and also concrete expressions are much better effective than algorithm showing in textbook.

Task allocation is a key problem in multiagent systems. The importance of automated negotiation protocols for solving the task allocation problem is increasing as a consequence of increased multi-agent applications. In this paper, we introduce the multiagent Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP) as an example of task reallocation problem, and suggest Vickery auction as an inter-agent coordination mechanism for solving this problem. In order to apply this market-based coordination mechanism into multiagent TSPs, we define the profit of each agent, the ultimate goal of negotiation, cities to be traded out through auctions, the bidding strategy, and the order of auctions. 본 논문은 수학과 교육과정에서 최근 지속적으로 강조되어 온 문제해결과 관련하여 제7차 초등학교 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 내용을 살펴보고, 이와 관련하여 현재 개정 시안에서 논의되고 있는 내용을 분석하였다. 또한 수학 교과서와 익힘책에서 교육과정의 기본적인 취지를 어떻게 구현하고 관련 세부 내용을 어떻게 구체화하고 있는지 알아보기 위해, 문제해결전략, 문제영역, 문제유형별로 문제해결 관련 내용을 상세하게 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 문제해결과 관련하여 차기 교육과정 및 교과용 도서 개발에 기초적인 자료 및 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 고등학교 학생들의 화학문제 해결력과 인지적 변인(논리적 사고력, 기억 용량,학습 전략) 및 정의적 변인(자아 효능감, 능력에 대한 자아 개념, 학습 목적, 과학에 대한 태도) 사이의 관계를조사하였다. 수리 문제와 개념 문제 해결력에 대한 변인들의 예언력을 중다 회귀 분석으로 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 인지적 변인 중 논리적 사고력이 수리 문제의 해결력을 유의미하게 설명하였고, 개념 문제의 해결력은 학습 전략이 가장 많이 설명하였으나 유의미하지는 않았다. 정의적 변인 중 능력에 대한 자아 개념은 수리 문제와 개념 문제 해결력 모두에 대해 유의미한 예언 변인이었으며, 자아 효능감은 개념 문제 해결력과 유의미한 상관이 있었으나 설명력은 없었다.
