Regarding to the cadastral information and building information as a spatial information, studies on linking between cadastral records and building information, or integration methodology on 2D based building map and land information were proposed. Cadastral information has grown its values by cadastral resurvey project and cadastral confirmation survey. There is a tendency of BIM in the design stage which is not just simple 3D dataset and BIM is spreading in public and private sectors. However, studies on the linkage between building information and cadastral information is relatively weak comparing to the BIM spreading. One of the main features that have been improved in IFC4 is the interoperability with GIS. In this regards, the researcher propose several revision methods to link cadastral information to building information. Cadastral information needs to improve the quality of the dataset's such as unifying the different coordinate systems and preparing continuous cadastral map. For buildings, standardization of BIM in the public and private sectors is urgent task. IFC4 and upcoming IFC5 are international standards which need to be considered and BIM reverse engineering for the existing buildings is necessary for the public utilization in the near future.

As the paradigm shifts in the era of accelerated technological development and technology convergence, the defense sector is pursuing national defense research and development through selection and concentration, as well as the expansion of investments to develop defense science and technology to the highest possible level. In addition to investing heavily in cutting-edge weapons and core technologies that are consistent with the future, the defense sector is also developing investment strategies within a limited budget. In the private sector, the PD system has been introduced in order to maximize the performance of R&D policy and to improve the professionalism and responsibility of planning & management. In accordance with this trend, in the field of defense, the PD system of defense technology with specialization is being promoted, in order to strengthen the task planning capacity and to promote the utilization of private technology. Considering the need for coherent technical support for the core technology developed by R&D, the improvement of open technology planning systems and expansion of inter-civil & technical linkage, the use of the PD system in the defense field is indispensable. In this study, we review similar cases abroad and at home to examine the introduction and management of the PD system for defense technology. This study is based on the current state of the defense technology PD system that is being pursued.
The purpose of this study is to explore how North Korean woman defectors' memories of their past lives are represented in Korean television talk show, (Channel A, 2011~) and its social implications. In order to carry out this task, this study first discusses the emergence of the concept of 'memory' in its relations with 'collective memory', 'cultural memory' and 'history', and its social appropriation in media such as television. And, the ideological aspects of the recent trend of television talk show that deals with people's private memories were also discussed. The study used the method of structural narrative analysis. The findings are the following. First of all, North Korean woman defectors' memories in collide with the dominant public memories in South Korea. In any case, it has been found that the show tended to make North Korea and their defectors as exotic 'others' and thereby reinforce the existing public memory. After all, this study argues that the representation of the defectors' memories in the talk show only results in stressing the melodramatic narrative emotionally packaged with 'laughing' and 'crying' without any sincere consideration of them.
This study analyzes the contents of 1,279 articles related to administrative, management, marketing, and service for private clients among the scholarly research results in the field of security and security, and categorizes the main topic security, private security, The results of this study are as follows. With increasing interest in 3D printing, the interest in the 3D modelling training that should precede the 3D printing is increasing. However, the existing 3D modelling software is developed mostly by foreign brands. Thus, the interfaces are all in English. 3D modelling software training for Korean novices who are not familiar with these terms has constraints. This study aims to explore what to consider when developing a Korean model for 3D modelling educational software for 3D printing in the face of such reality. For this goal, after having novices with no experience in 3D modeling to perform a house building task using either 12D Design or Tinker CAD, we conducted a survey. It was found in the result that more users favored Tinker CAD over 123D Design, and the errors involved while working with the Tinker CAD were less than those with the 123D Design, and the ratio of people who completed the task with the Tinker CAD was higher than that with the 123D Design. In general discussion, an introductory level educational 3D modeling software development is proposed which utilize characteristics of Tinker CAD (easy modelling is possible by three-dimensional figures) and web-based method. Also, a beginner/intermediate level educational 3D modeling software development is proposed which utilize characteristics of 123D Design (with finer measurement manipulations and figure alignment) and Windows-based method.
The objective of this study is to closely examine the relationship between intrinsic extrinsic job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and closely examine a moderation effect that job characteristic variable has, focusing on workers in private security guard industry. In order to attain the above-mentioned objectives, a purposive sampling method was used as sampling method. Data on 207 people were used for analysis. A frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation model analysis, multiple group analysis of the collected data was made by utilizing SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of study can be summarized as follows. First, it was shown that intrinsic satisfaction, sub-factor of intrinsic extrinsic job satisfaction, had a positive (+) effect on altruism. Second, it was shown that intrinsic satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on conscientiousness. Third, it was shown that intrinsic satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on participation. Fourth, it was shown that extrinsic satisfaction didn't have significant effect on altruism. Fifth, it was shown that extrinsic satisfaction didn't have significant effect on conscientiousness. Sixth, it was shown that extrinsic satisfaction didn't have significant effect on participation. Seventh, it was shown that skill variety had a moderation effect on the relationship which intrinsic satisfaction had with altruism and participation. Eighth, it was shown that task identify had a moderation effect on the relationship which intrinsic satisfaction had with altruism and participation. Ninth, it was shown that task significance had a moderation effect on the relationship which intrinsic satisfaction had with altruism, conscientiousness and participation.
This study is to investigate determinants of social workers' career commitment, compare the level of career commitment of social workeks by social work organization, and analyze the effects of career commitment on job attitudes. Social workers working for government agencies and community welfare centers and institutions in Busan city and Gyeongnam province were surveyed using structured questionnaires and 326 usable questionnaires were obtained. The questionnaires were analyzed for job, career, role, and organizational justice characteristics models and comprehensive model using SPSS/PC+.. The results are as follows; the level of social worker's career commitment was relatively high but the level of career commitment of social workers working for government agencies was slightly lower than that of social workers working for private agencies. According to the demographic characteristics, the level of career commitment of males was higher than that of famales. That of older workers was higher than that of younger worker, that of 2nd rank workers was higher than that of 1st rank workers. Task significance, task identity, feedback for the job done, career satisfaction, low role conflict, high distributive justice and interactive justice were related to higher level of career commitment while the skill variety was related to the lower level of career commitment. However, the main determinants differ according to the social work organization. Career commitment affected negatively on the career turnover intention while it affected positively on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, job involvement, and intrinsic job satisfaction. Therefore, different approaches and systematic measures are needed according to the organization.

As the public Internet and private internet have grown from small networks into large infrastructures, the need to more systematically manage the large number of network components within these networks has grown more important as well. The rapid growth of network size has brought into question the salability of the existing centralized model, such as SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) and CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol). Thus, for efficient network management, researches about mobile agent have also been performed recently. This paper presents analytical models of centralized approach based on SNMP protocol, distributed approach based on mobile agent, and mixed mode to make up for shortcomings of SNMP and mobile agent. We compare the performance of these analytical models based on network management response time. Experiment results show that performance of mobile agent and the nixed mode is less sensitive to the delay in WAN network environment. However, SNMP is more efficient for the simple network environment like LAN. We also propose an adaptive network management algorithm in consideration of network t environment. delay, task, and the number of nodes based on the results of analytical models. The results show that the adaptive network management algorithm can reduce the network management response time by 10% compared with either mobile agent or mixed mode network management algorithm.
The purpose of study were the effect of stress levels and duty type of guarder on 8-OHdG(hydroxydeoxyguanosin), Immunoglobin, T-cell, NK-cell and antioxidant enzyme. The subject of this study is people who have the guard's career over 2 years. A group of object sample consists of sixty guards carrying the guardbusiness. The group division and distribution of the number of persons a group divided into the guard group of international factor(N=23), private guard group(N=23),and the others(N=14) as a group following the guardbusiness. The group following a stress level divided into 3groups as their score of stress measure; low stress group(N=14), middle stress group(N=26),and high stress group(N=20). In the office type, the experiment sampling the blood, analysing result of following the office type and stress had a conclusion after measuring stress as the followings. The stress level in the office type of guard showed highly in the guard group of international factor(p<.05). Finally we knew that the guard have different stress levels in the office type, even the immune function and the activation of superoxide dismutase affected them in the stress level. Stress showing in the guard career can do them an injury so it is desirable for the guard themselves to participate in the activities settling their stresses and in the development of exercise programs.
In the early 1990s, IETF(Internet Engineering TaskForce) had started the discussion on new address protocol that can modify and supplement various drawbacks of existing IPv4 address protocol with the introduction of CIDR(Classless Inter-Domain Routing) which is a temporary solution for IPv4 address depletion, NAT, private IP address. While various standards related to new address protocol has been proposed, the SIPP(Simple Internet Protocol Plus) was adopted among them because it is regarded as the most promising solution. And this protocol has been developed into current IPv6. The new concepts are introduced with modifying a lot of deficiencies in the exisitng IPv4 such as real-time data processing, performance on QoS, security and the efficiency of routing. Since many security threats in IPv6 environment still exist, the necessity of stable data communication environment has been brought up continuously. This paper deveopled one-way communication algorithm in IPv6 based on the high possibility of protecting the system from uncertain and potential risk factors if the data is transmitted in one way. After the analysis of existing IPv6 and ICMPv6, this paper suggests one-way communication algorithm as a solution for existing IPv6 and ICMPv6 environment.
