As companies use increasing amounts of data more and more, people are more concerned about protecting their privacy. Many researches studies have been conducted with a to securely view of manage managing and share sharing private information securely using the Bblockchain technology. These studies have suggested a Bblockchain-based approaches to provide efficiency, scalability, data ownership, and systematic data lifecycles that were are the limitations of lacking in traditional access controls. More Sspecifically, these studies have introduced a new access control models, distributed hash tables, trusted execution environments, and hierarchical ID-based cryptographic mechanisms to provide reliable access control even in complex environments such as IoT Internet of Things. In this paperstudy, we present the criteria to for classifying the functional characteristics of the Bblockchain-based access control methods and derive the differentiateion between of each the several methods.
With the recent increase in dementia patients due to aging, measures to prevent their wandering behavior and disappearance are urgently needed. To solve this problem, various authentication methods and location detection techniques have been introduced, but the security problem of personal authentication and a system that can check indoor and outdoor overall was lacking. In order to solve this problem, various authentication methods and location detection techniques have been introduced, but it was difficult to find a system that can check the security problem of personal authentication and indoor/outdoor overall. In this study, we intend to propose a system that can identify personal authentication, basic health status, and overall location indoors and outdoors by using wristband-type wearable devices in a private blockchain environment. In this system, personal authentication uses ECG, which is difficult to forge and highly personally identifiable, Bluetooth beacon that is easy to use with low power, non-contact and automatic transmission and reception indoors, and DGPS that corrects the pseudorange error of GPS satellites outdoors. It is intended to detect wandering behavior and abnormal signs by locating the patient. Through this, it is intended to contribute to the prompt response and prevention of disappearance in case of wandering behavior and abnormal symptoms of dementia patients living at home or in nursing homes.
Entering the 4th industrial revolution, many technologies are developing and various threats are emerging. In order to cope with such threats, research is being conducted in many fields. Even in the development of various fields, the threats caused by the development of medical technology and intelligent vehicles are the threats to life due to misinformation about medical care and the threats to life by preventing the safe operation of people through intelligent vehicles. In this paper, as the patient's information is important, the private blockchain is used to increase the safety, efficiency, and scalability of the patient's medical records. We propose an information protection technique using blockchain technology to hack the car system and threaten the driver's life, solve privacy problems by identifying personal information and differences, and prevent forgery in the Internet of Things.
Smart home with various IoT devices provides convenient and efficient services. However, security is important because sensitive information such as private video and audio can be collected and processed, as well as shared over the Internet. To manage such smart home IoT devices, we use blockchain technology that provides data integrity and secure management. In this paper, we utilize a PoS(Proof of Stake) method that verifies the block through the accumulated stake in the network rather than the computation power, out of the PoW(Proof of Work) block chain, in which the computation for the existing verification must be continuously performed. Among them, we propose a blockchain based system with DPoS(Delegated Proof of Stake) method to actively solve the scalability part, for security that is suitable for smart home IoT environment. We implement the proposed system with DPoS based EOSIO to show realization, and we show performance improvement in terms of transaction processing speed.

With the development of information technology, the size of the system has become larger and diversified, and the existing role-based access control has faced limitations. Blockchain technology is being used in various fields by presenting new solutions to existing security vulnerabilities. This paper suggests efficient role-based access control in a blockchain where the required gas and processing time vary depending on the access frequency and capacity of the storage. The proposed method redefines the role of reusable units, introduces a hierarchical structure that can efficiently reflect dynamic states to enhance efficiency and scalability, and includes user-centered authentication functions to enable cryptocurrency linkage. The proposed model was theoretically verified using Markov chain, implemented in Ethereum private network, and compared experiments on representative functions were conducted to verify the time and gas efficiency required for user addition and transaction registration. Based on this in the future, structural expansion and experiments are required in consideration of exception situations.
Blockchain technology is also actively studied in the real estate transaction field, and real estate transactions have various ways. In this paper, we propose a model that simplifies the authentication procedure of auction systems using Ethereum's Ether to solve the problem of offline court auctions. The proposed model is written in Ethereum's Solidity language, the court registers the sale date and the sale date with the DApp browser, and the bidder accesses the address of the individual's wallet created through Metamask's private key. The bidder then selects the desired sale and enters the bid price amount to participate in the auction. The bidder's record of the highest bid price for the sale he wants is written on the Ethereum test network as a smart contract. and creates a block. Finally, smart contracts written on the network are distributed by the court auction manager to all nodes in the blockchain network, and each node in the blockchain network can be viewed and contract verified. As a result of analyzing the smart contracts of the proposed model and the performance of the system, there are fees incurred due to the creation and use of Ether on platforms using Ethereum, and participation. Ether's changes in value affect the price of the sale, resulting in inconsistent fees in smart contracts each time. However, in future work, we issue our own tokens to solve the market volatility problem and commission problem with the value change of Ether, and refine complex court auction systems.
This study explored the sustainability of a blockchain-based cultural art performance video platform through the construction of Gyeonggi Art On, a new media art broadcasting station in Gyeonggi-do. In addition, the technical limitations of video content transaction using block chain, legal and institutional issues, and the protection of personal information and intellectual property rights were reviewed. As for the research method, participatory observation methods such as in-depth interviews with developers and operators and participation in meetings were conducted. The researcher participated in and observed the entire development process, including designing and developing blockchain nodes, smart contracts, APIs, UI/UX, and testing interworking between blockchain and content distribution services. Research Question 1: The results of the study on 'Which technology model is suitable for a blockchain-based performance video content distribution public platform?' are as follows. 1) The blockchain type suitable for the public platform for distribution of art performance video contents based on the blockchain is the private type that can be intervened only when the blockchain manager directly invites it. 2) In public platforms such as Gyeonggi ArtOn, among the copyright management model, which is an art based on NFT issuance, and the BC token and cloud-based content distribution model, the model that provides content to external demand organizations through API and uses K-token for fee settlement is suitable. 3) For public platform initial services such as Gyeonggi ArtOn, a closed blockchain that provides services only to users who have been granted the right to use content is suitable. Research question 2: What legal and institutional problems should be reviewed when operating a blockchain-based performance video distribution public platform? The results of the study are as follows. 1) Blockchain-based smart contracts have a party eligibility problem due to the nature of blockchain technology in which the identities of transaction parties may not be revealed. 2) When a security incident occurs in the block chain, it is difficult to recover the loss because it is unclear how to compensate or remedy the user's loss. 3) The concept of default cannot be applied to smart contracts, and even if the obligations under the smart contract have already been fulfilled, the possibility of incomplete performance must be reviewed.
Globally, under the leadership of advanced ICT countries, the private sector is promoting various policies to promote the digital transformation of public services. Looking at the research trend, design of public service indicators, development of evaluation system, and empirical research are being carried out steadily, but there are insufficient research cases on models in which the private sector participates in the planning, development, and operation of public services. In this study, Private-centric digital public service suitability evaluation indicators were discovered through interviews with experts in various fields, and weights for each indicator were analyzed through AHP evaluation. In addition, by applying the analysis results to 18 digital public services on a trial basis, the importance and priority of evaluation indicators for each service were derived, and at the same time, the evaluation framework was designed and applied to diagnose implications. As a result of the study, 'social utility', 'corporate acceptability', and 'public acceptability' were selected as the top three indicators of suitability evaluation. At this time, it was analyzed that the weight of the 'company acceptability' index, which includes sub-indices such as 'service profitability', 'service scalability', and 'private initiative possibility', was the highest among the three top indicators. As a result of the demonstration for public services, "IoT facility unmanned remote monitoring service", "blockchain real estate transaction service", and "digital twin disaster prediction service" were evaluated as the most suitable public services for the transition to the private sector.

In the public certificate technology commonly used in Korea, users have a cumbersome problem of always resetting when they forget their password. In this paper, as a solution to this problem, we propose a secure authentication certificate password recovery protocol using blockchain, PKI, and DID for distributed storage. DID is a schema for protecting block ID in blockchain system. The private key used in the PKI is configured as a user's biometric, for example, a fingerprint, so that it can completely replace the memory of the complex private key. To this end, based on the FIDO authentication technology that most users currently use on their smartphones, the process of authenticating a user to access data inside the block minimizes the risk of an attacker taking over the data.
The purpose of this study is to study the technical implementation methods to prevent problems such as the record of important educational activities of the student life record department or the continuous illegal leakage and manipulation. To this end, in this paper, by applying a private blockchain that can be participated only by a given organization or individual, it prevents outsiders from participating in the block network, and creates legitimate authority by creating two types of block data: student information block and access record block in the life record book. We proposed a block mechanism that can be registered, modified, and accessed only by authorized staff members. As a result, we have prepared an alternative to prevent forgery and alteration of the living records by third parties and to secure the integrity of the living records. If applied to the educational administrative information system, social consensus will be established that the operation and management of the life record book is reliable.
