The purpose of this study was to investigate how student felt the strengths and shortness of presentation methods for formation of interior spaces. For this study, the process of the interior architecture design class was divided into three stages: the programming. the design development, and the design completion. In the design development stage, students used presentation methods: hand sketch, scale model, computer modeling, and virtual realty. The strengths of hand sketch was that quick expression. Models provided three-dimensional feelings. Computer modelling provide realistic color and texture. Virtual reality provided three-dimensional immersion and real scale. It is effective that students collect brain storm images using quick hand sketch in the beginning of design development stage. After that, they compose interior spaces in study models with small scale. Watching the models, they design details of spaces by using hand sketch and computer modelling. Using virtual reality, they can check the scale and circulation. Finally, they complete computer modelling by texture mapping and check the final design in virtual reality.

The Purpose of this writing is a presentation of small turbine efficiency measuring method, applicable new technology, and several analysis result for real turbine. Measurement methods of hydraulic efficiency written in here are extracted from small turbine applicable international code(IEC, ASME). It includes brief synopsis of 'Current meter method' and 4 other methods and ASFM as a new small turbine applicable technology. And several analysis of test result are for recently performed domestic small turbine result in korea. Through this presentation of extracted code, I hope that it make other small turbine concerner be familiar to perform an efficiency test. for small turbine. And, some analysis of that, make other to feel the importance of efficiency test.

The purpose of present study is to applied center assess method to Military General's Promotion System. This study aim to examine assessment center method based on core competency model will be applied to Military General's Promotion System and Human Resource Management. This study propose that Military General's core competency model based on job analysis to identify competency of Army, Navy, Air Force's Generals and to identify the consequences and performances of assess center method. This study propose that assess center method applied to Military General's Promotion System have many kinds. Facilitated Simulation methods were Planning and Analysis /Oral Presentation, Presentation management Coaching, customer /Peer lnteraction. Non-facilitated Simulation methods were In-Basket game, Leaderless Group Discussion, role playing. And this study propose that Military General's assessment center method based on core competency model will be effective in Military field.

인터넷 상상에서 멀티미디어 연출을 수행할 때 근원지와 목적지의 멀티미디어 데이터의 서비스 품질이 다른 경우가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 경우에는 근원지의 멀티미디어 데이터를 목적지에서 필요로 하는 대로 변환하여 주는 과정이 필수적이다. 이때 발생하는 문제는 동일한 멀티미디어 연출 프로그램일지라도 그것이 재생되는 단말기나 통신망의 환경에 따라 서비스 품질의 변환 과정이 다르다는 점이다 즉 재생되는 단말기나 통신망이 정해질 때마다 그에 알맞은 변환 과정을 다시 생성해야 한다. 또한 멀티미디어 스트림이 변환 자원을 통과하는 동안 지연되어 목적지에서 필요로 하는 대로 재생이 가능하지 않을 수도 있다. 따라서 여러 개의 변환 자원을 통과한 후에도 재생이 가능한지 확인하여야 한다 본 논문은 주어진 변환 자원과 통신망을 고려하여 근원지 데이터가 목적지에서 필요로 하는 모든 가능한 변환 경로를 찾는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제시한 변환 경로를 생성하는 알고리즘은 목적지에서 필요로 하는 서비스 품질로 변환해나가는 과정에서 동일 변환 자원(들)의 반복 연결인 순환 경로를 방지하여 프로그램이 반드시 종료되도록 서비스 품질 전이도를 이용한다. 그리고 재생 가능성을 검사하기 위하여 변환 과정에서 소요되는 시간과 지연 등을 계산하는 방법과 요구하는 시간 내에 재생될 수 있는지 검사하는 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로 이러한 방식을 실험실에 서 개발한 TransCore라는 멀티미디어 스트림 엔진과 VIP라고 하는 저작 도구에 구현하였고, 간단한 시나리오에 적용한 결과를 기술한다

분산 멀티미디어 문서 시스템은 네트워크로 연결된 여러 서버에 있는 미디어들은 검색하여 제시된 시간 관계에 따라 미디어들을 프리젠테이션한다. 효과적인 프리젠테이션을 위해서는 동기화가 지원되어야 하며, 특히, 분산 환경에서의 프리젠테이션은 네트워크 대역폭과 지연시간 등에 의해 영항을 받기 때문에, 그러한 요소들이 고려되어 동기화가 지원되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 분산 환경에서 프리젠테이션을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 분산 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션 시스템을 제안하고, 프리젠테이션을 위해 미디어들이 각 서버로부터 전송될 때 네트워크의 상태와 자원을 검사하여 그에 따른 변화를 서버에 피드백시켜, 서버로부터 전송되는 데이터의 양을 조절함으로서 동기화를 지원하기 위한 기법을 제안한다. 네트워크의 상태 변화를 효과적으로 파악하여 서버로 피드백하기 위해, 버퍼에 경계점을 설정하여 버퍼를 관리하는 기법과 서버로부터 패킷이 전송되는 시간과 클라이언트에 도착하는 시간의 차이를 체크하는 기법을 함께 사용하고 있다.

Background: Dendritic cells (DCs) playa critical role not only in the initiation of immune responses, but also in the induction of immune tolerance. In an effort to regulate immune responses through the modulation of antigen presenting cell (APC) function of DCs, we searched for and characterized APC function modulators from natural products. Methods: DCs were cultured in the presence of propolis components, WP and CP, and then examined for their ability to present exogenous antigen in association with major histocompatibility complexes (MHC). Results: WP and CP inhibited class I MHC-restricted presentation of exogenous antigen (cross-presentation) in a DC cell line, DC2.4 cells, and DCs generated from bone marrow cells with GM-CSF and IL-4. The inhibitory activity of WP and CP appeared to be due not only to inhibition of phagocytic activity of DCs, but also to suppression of expression of MHC molecules on DCs. We also examined the effects of WP and CP on T cells. Interestingly, WP and CP increased IL-2 production from T cells. Conclusion: These results demonstrate that WP and CP inhibit MHC-restricted presentation of exogenous antigen through down-regulation of phagocytic activity and suppression of expression of MHC molecules on DCs.

Background: Cordyceps militarys water extract (CME) has been reported to exert antitumor and immunomodulatory activities in vivo and in vitro. However, the therapeutic mechanism has not yet been elucidated. In this study, we examined the effects of CME on the antigen presenting function of antigen presenting cells (APCs). Methods: Dendritic cells (DCs) were cultured in the presence of CME, and then allowed to phagocytose microspheres containing ovalbumin (OVA). After washing and fixing the efficacy of OVA, peptide presentation by DCs were evaluated using CD8 and CD4 T cells. Also, we confirmed the protein levels of proinflammatory cytokines through western blot analysis. Results: CME enhanced both MHC class I and class II-restricted presentation of OVA in DCs. In addition, the expression of both MHC class I and II molecules was enhanced, but there was no changes in the phagocytic activity of exogenous OVA. Furthermore, CME induced the protein levels of iNOS, COX-2, proinflammatory cytokines, and nuclear p65 in a concentration-dependent manner, as determined by western blot. Conclusion: These results provide an understanding of the mechanism of the immuno-enhancing activity of CME on the induction of MHC-restricted antigen presentation in relation to their actions on APCs.

컴퓨터 기술의 발달함에 따라 일선 교사들로 하여금 애니메이션과 같을 다양한 시각도구를 이용하여 멀티미디어 교육자료를 고안, 개발하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 화려한 3D 애니메이션 기법을 도입한 게임, 또는 영화의 특수효과들과는 달리 멀티미디어를 이용한 교육자료들의 경우 정지된 영상이나 2D 애니메이션을 이용한 것들이 대부분이다. 컴퓨터 애니메이션이 학습효과에 도움을 준다는 것은 누추나 인식하고 있는 사실이지만 3D 애니떼이션을 이용한 멀티미디어 교육이 얼마나 학생들에게 효과 있는지에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 1차 색상을 혼합하여 2차 색상을 얻는 기본적인 색채이론 과정을 3D 컴퓨터 애니메이션으로 표현하는 방법을 기술하고 본 시청각 교육자료를 통하여 이루어진 색채교육의 결과가 기존의 방법들을 보완하면서도 어린이들로 하여금 색채이론의 이해도를 제고하는데 미치는 효과를 알아보았다.

최근 이동단말기로 멀티미디어 데이터를 서비스 받는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이동단말기는 저장공간이나 주 메모리가 부족하여 멀티미디어 데이터를 한꺼번에 다운로드 받는 것이 쉽지 않으므로 스트리밍 형태로 서비스를 받는 것이 일반적이다. 이러한 스트리밍 서비스는 정해진 시간 안에 지속적으로 데이터가 전송되어야 끊이지 않게 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션을 협소한 저장 공간을 갖는 이동단말기에서 재생이 가능할 수 있도록 하기 위한 여러 가지 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 프리젠테이션이 이동단말기에서 재생이 가능한지 파악하는 프리젠테이션 영역 분할 기법과 재생가능성 분석기법을 통해 재생여부를 분석한다. 만약 이 분석 시에 재생이 불가능한 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션이 있다면 EPOB(End point or over Bandwidth)지점을 이용한 선인출(prefetch)기법을 적용한다. 이 기법은 선인출을 통해서 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션들을 사용자 QoS를 유지시키며 재생이 가능하도록 해준다. 즉, 선인출 스케줄링 기법을 통해서 각각의 프리젠테이션들이 선인출하는 시점과 데이터의 양을 지정해 줌으로서 원활한 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션을 재생 할 수 있도록 제안하였다.

본 연구는 이중부호화, 매체풍부성, 인지부하의 정도가 다른 e-러닝 콘텐츠가 학습에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 실행되었다. 이를 위해 e-러닝 콘텐츠의 학습내용 요약과 설명의 정보제시방식을 정보 양과 종류에 띠라 분류한 후, 교수실재감과 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 요약 제시방식은 텍스트형과 텍스트+그림형으로, 설명 제시방식은 음성형과 음성+영상형으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요약방식 중 텍스트+그림형의 교수실재감이 텍스트형보다 의의 있게 높았다. 둘째, 설명방식 중 음성형의 학업성취도가 음성+영상형보다 의의 있게 높았다. 셋째, 요약방식과 설명방식 간에 교수실재감과 학업성취도에서 유의미한 상호작용이 있었다.
