Customer satisfaction becomes one of the important managerial concerns associated with corporate competency in current competitive environment for Internet communication service companies. Hence, it is demanding to improve a company's customer satisfaction through the total quality management perspective. In practice, engineers as well as the management hope to find major quality characteristics with Internet communication network that is closely related to customer satisfaction, consequently aiming to the raise of their company's customer satisfaction. This paper presents an empirical relationship analysis between network quality characteristics and customer satisfaction on Internet communication. Methodologically, the relationship analysis framework is based on the regression variable selection procedures. In this framework, it is implemented that; 1) iterative model building; and 2) consistent criteria application to statistical tests for selecting significant variables. A case study shows that; 1) the customer satisfaction on the network connection seems to be more closely related to the network quality characteristics compared with the customer satisfaction on the network speed; and 2) the download disconnection rate has relatively evident relationship with the customer satisfaction on the network connection.

본 연구는 동시출현단어 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 사회과학 중독 분야의 국내 최신 연구 경향을 반영하는 지적구조를 규명하고자 했다. KCI 데이터베이스에서 연구시작일 기준 최신 1년인 2019년에 발간된 중독 주제의 논문 총 172건을 수집하여 총 432개의 키워드를 추출하였다. 이후 Bibexcel, COOC, WNET, NodeXL 프로그램을 통해 네트워크 분석을 실시했다. 연구 결과, 중독 유형, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구변수 관련 키워드가 나타났으며 20개 군집을 파악했다. 또한 세부적으로 전역중심, 지역, 매개 중심 네트워크 분석을 통해 각 키워드 간 관계를 살펴보고 논의했다. 이를 통해 스마트폰 중독을 중심으로 하는 최신 이슈를 분석하고, 향후 보완되어야 할 관계 중독, 음식 중독, 일 중독 주제영역의 연구와 실천에 대한 기초자료 및 시사점을 제공했다. 그리고 마약 중독의 범죄와의 관련성, 알코올 중독에서의 가족의 관련성, 도박 중독에서의 동기의 관련성 및 질적연구의 필요성 등에 대해 논의하였다.

In practice, the design of forging processes is performed based on an experience-oriented technology, that is designer's experience and expensive trial and errors. Using the finite element simulation and the artificial neural network, we propose an optimal die geometry satisfying the design conditions of final product. A three-layer neural network is used and the back propagation algorithm is employed to train the network. An optimal die geometry that satisfied the same between inner extruded rib and outer extruded one is determined by applying the ability of function approximation of neural network. The neural networks may reduce the number of finite element simulation for determine the optimal die geometry of forging products and further they are usefully applied to physical modelling for the forging design.

본 연구는 마을공동체미디어의 실천과 관련 누가, 왜 참여하고, 참여자들의 역할은 마을공동체미디어의 운영에 어떠한 연관성을 가지는지, 그리고 참여자들의 참여 요건은 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 위해 농촌지역사회에서 실천되고 있는 마을신문을 민속지학적으로 접근하였고, 참여관찰, 심층인터뷰, 내용분석을 수행했다. 연구 결과는 조화로운 주민 참여가 마을신문 실천의 핵심이며, 주민 참여는 자발성, 개방성, 재능기부, 관계성이라는 요건을 바탕으로 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 자발성은 지역공동체의 구성원으로서 지역사회의 활성화에 대한 바램과 노력이 이어지는 것이다. 개방성은 주민 누구나 자유롭게 참여할 수 있는 마을신문의 운영 구조와 연관된다. 재능기부는 주민 참여의 구체적 실천 형태로서 각자의 경험, 지식, 전문성을 바탕으로 한다. 그리고 관계성은 자발성과 실천을 연결해주는 지역사회의 연결망이자 마을공동체미디어의 운영 구조이다. 이러한 주민참여의 요건들이 긍정적 협업으로 이어질 때 마을공동체미디어의 순기능이 발현되며, 지속가능성 역시 확보된다는 것을 마을신문의 사례를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다.

Due to the development of social networks and smartphones, many different kinds of issues have emerged in business and society. By reflecting these trends, social network sites have appeared and they are recognized as the new concept of sites. The major feature of the social network sites is that the social relationship had been taken to the online space. Social network sites support the formation of a network and offer users the relationship between users offline as well as online. Based on the features mentioned above, users enjoy the benefits using social network sites. These social network sites in the enterprise can be used to form relationships with customers. This study identified the influencing factors as relational benefits and social influence on relationship commitment in social network sites. In addition, we analyzed that how the relationship commitment between users affects user loyalty after their using social network sites. We presented empirical results by utilizing structural equation model with 244 respondents and the significant implications for the academy and the practice with discussions.

Recently, the emergence of smartphone foster the technological convergence. This convergence no longer takes place within technologies only. Rather, convergence phenomena happen as a form of embodied services. However, previous research on convergence has been subject to the technology-oriented studies, including suggesting patent-based indexes or analyzing technological characteristics. However, investigating technology-service convergence is critical since most of new smart services are technology-based convergence services. Therefore, we analyze the pattern of technology-service convergence which occurs in the smartphone application services. We divided the smatphone application services into four categories, and employ a network analysis to represent the convergence phenomena of each category. Our study is expected to provide meaningful implication in new service development practice.

Educational programs for students with intellectual disabilities have undergone drastic changes in pursuit of the general curriculum. Accordingly, teachers in various fields, including mathematics, strive to find effective methods that enhance learning. The objective of this systematic review is to examine the field of teaching mathematics to students with intellectual disabilities to investigate relevant effective teaching strategies and required teaching skills. To achieve this goal, studies published during the period 2018-2021 were reviewed. Findings indicate the inclusion of nine studies that met the inclusion criteria out of 55 studies. The included studies found that the system of least prompts (SLP) in conjunction with feedback and error correction, and schema-based instruction are generally the most effective strategies in teaching mathematical skills to students with intellectual disabilities. Addition is the most targeted skill, followed by subtraction and algebra problem solving. The least targeted skills are multiplication, recognition of geometric shapes, calculating price after discount, rapid recognition of numbers, and rapid problem solving. The paper provides recommendations and suggests venues of future research.

Purpose: This study aimed to update the previously published nursing practice guideline for prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE). Methods: The guideline was updated according to the manuals developed by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN), and a Handbook for Clinical Practice Guideline Developer Version 10. Results: The updated nursing practice guideline for prevention of VTE was consisted of 16 domains, 46 subdomains, and 216 recommendations. The recommendations in each domain were: 4 general issues, 8 assessment of risk and bleeding factors, 5 interventions for prevention of VTE, 18 mechanical interventions, 36 pharmacological interventions, 36 VTE prevention starategies for medical patients, 25 for cancer patients, 13 for pregnancy, 8 for surgical patients, 7 for thoractic and cardiac surgery, 16 for orthopedic surgery, 10 for cranial and spinal surgery, 5 for vascular surgery, 13 for other surgery, 3 educations and information, and 2 documentation and report. For these recommendations, the level of evidence was 32.1% for level I, 51.8% for level II, and 16.1% for level III according to the infectious diseases society of America (IDSA) rating system. A total of 112 new recommendations were developed and 49 previous recommendations were deleted. Conclusion: The updated nursing practice guideline for prevention of VTE is expected to serve as an evidence-based practice guideline for prevention of VTE in South Korea. It is recommended that this guideline will disseminate to clinical nursing settings nationwide to improve the effectiveness of prevention of VTE practice.

Purpose: Understanding the distribution channel is a foundational element of successful hotel revenue management. This study aims to assess hotel distribution network partnerships and develops a model that can be utilized to ensure hoteliers are not becoming increasingly reliant on a single channel, optimize their market exposure, and maximize their portion of the overall worth of the network. Research design, data and methodology: This study utilizes a grounded theory approach to form a theoretical model by analyzing and examining the current practice of hotel distribution management through interviews with 15 stakeholders in Indonesia, such as hoteliers, online travel agents, wholesalers, and connectivity managers. Results: Based on data analysis, we describe hotel distribution elements, revenue team, managed channels, and channel prioritization for a different type of hotel. Finally, we propose a distribution channel model that comprises hotel teams, customer types, indirect channels, and direct channels. Conclusions: The model contributes to the literature by exploring the options of distribution channels for various hotel types to support hotel revenue management practice. By utilizing our model, practitioners can have a complete picture regarding the strategic choice of the channel by considering their hotel capacity and market target.
