An internal membrane bioreactor system was employed for continuous succinic ac id production from glucose in order to prove its performance and practicality. Succinic acid-producing Anaerobiospirillum succiniciproducens required more $CO_2$ for the proper growth and succinic acid production in cell recycled continuous culture than in batch culture. The maximum productivity obtained in cell recycled continuous culture was about 3.3 g/L-h which was ca. 3.3 times higher than that obtained in batch culture.

In this paper, coefficient diagram method is applied to a center position controller design of the web. The significant property of this controller is the designer can design the controller simultaneously a good balance of stability, response, and robustness. Manabe's CDM is useless for designing high-order plant. We proposed a modified CDM which can be called as approximated pole placement method. The practicality of the proposed method is shown through computer simulation.

Intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) is an advanced but expensive form of 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy technique. While the initial clinical data appear to be promising for some treatment sites, the cost effectiveness of the treatment modality has yet to be justified by long-term clinical outcome. This presentation reviews the potential efficacy and limitation of IMRT in respect of the practicality, dosimetry, and resource aspects. It tries to explore and draw conclusions on the strategies for using this sophisticated and expensive treatment technique from AFOMP perspective.

The pumped generators have excellent load following characteristics. It can also be committed quickly for synchronous reserve when it is in the generating mode because it can readily increase its generating power and, consequently, increases the overall system reliability. The probabilistic production simulation model is used in this paper. The practicality and effectiveness of the multi-proposed approach are demonstrated by simulation studies for a real size power system model in Korea in 2015.

This paper proposes a generator maintenance scheduling (GMS) problem with due consideration of various objective functions. The objectives include leveling the reserve rate, maximizing reliability and minimizing production cost. The practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach are demonstrated in the simulation for a real-size power system model in South Korea.

All work related to maintenance of track has been impletemented on the basis of the measured result from EM series cars in Korea. However, since these types of cars measure only versine value of the track irregularities instead of the real ones, this method will cause the confusion to maintenance operators if commercial speed should increase. This study was showing and explaining the program developed to get the real irregularities from the versine value. Finally, the reconstruction profiles completed by two different methods were compared with artificial track irregularities to confirm the their practicality.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the modern architecture and the works of Claire McCardell in respect to Modernism. Data decribed in this article are selected from costume books-time-New York Times-Reports and art books. Modernism of modern architecture stimulate Claire McCardell to use simplication practicality and funtionality. The Claire McCardell's works represented the liberation of the modern american woman in her capability to be collegiate but stylish, functiional and fashionable, sport-minded but elegant.

In order to secure the practicality of services using drones, improve on-site operability, and improve the convenience of aircraft maintenance, it is necessary to develop a drone station that can be safely stored while ensuring charging performance. Therefore, a total seven points of improvement were derived through laboratory experiments after the development of the first prototype, and an improved second prototype will be developed in the future based on the preceding processes.
