예산의 성과계획서에서 성과지표의 적정성 검토 및 개선방안 연구 -2020년 제주특별자치도 농업부문 성과지표를 중심으로- (A Study on the Appropriateness and Improvement Methods of Performance Indicators in the Budget Performance Plan-Using 2020 Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Agricultural Sector Performance Indicators-)

  • 예산의 성과계획서는 예산과 성과를 연계하고 성과 중심적인 정책 수행을 위하여 도입되었다. 본 연구는 성과지표가 사업부서별로 어떻게 계획되고 달성되는지 알아보기 위하여 제주특별자치도의 2020년도 농업 분야 예산의 성과계획서를 대상으로 성과지표의 적정성에 대해 검토하였다. 분석결과 정책사업과 목표 간 낮은 연계성, 성과지표에 대한 가중치와 목표치에 대한 근거 불명확, 성과지표의 낮은 도전성 등의 문제점이 있었으며, 다수의 성과지표가 실적 중심의 산출지표였다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서는 도전적인 성과지표와 인센티브를 통한 실질적인 성과지표 구축이 필요하다.

  • 지능융합 클러스터는 전기전자정보통신, 컴퓨터공학부, 건축공학부, 디자인공학과로 구성된 학제간 융합 프로그램이다. 지능융합 클러스터의 효과적인 운영방안을 도출하기 위하여 클러스터 소속의 학생과 교수를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 이 설문을 바탕으로 효과적인 운영안을 도출하였다. 운영안은 교과과정 운영 개선과 연구 활성화를 위한 두 가지 측면으로 제시되었다.

  • The significance and means of parks and green space planning have been changed dramatically in this century in Japan. The first priority must be given to define the means and purposes of planning., especially the role of ecological, social and economical management with the increasing trend of environmental concern, and the method to estimate values of park and green space from the point of view of regenerative society development. The role of planning parks and green space is reviewed in the following three aspects; as tools for land use control (master plan), as tools for finding appropriate lands for purchasing land (development plan) and tools for application of individual development technique of green space and landscapes(site plan and design). It is a serious issue that the existence of parks in urban setting which used to be considered as a top priority, is now being challenged in terms of economical, social and environmental benefits. In such processes, the most important issue is to define what makes parks and green spaces attractive and ecological to obtain social support to be developed.

노후 공동주택 리모델링 수직증축분 소형 평면 계획에 대한 연구 (A Study on Small Size Plans of Vertical Extension Remodeling for Aged Apartment)

  • This study suggested practical considerations in case of planning Small-Sized Household Units of the Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment along with selecting particular Age-Apartment Complex to plan Small-Sized Household Units. Four parts of consideration; (1) Architectural planning aspects, (2) Resident aspects, (3) Structural aspects, and (4) Facility aspects were thoroughly examined to apply in the remodeling construction period. Proposals for Small-Sized Household Units, in this study, covered two different combinations. One was the combination of six equal units, the other was the combination of eleven different types of household units which reflected resident aspects in plan organizations. Plan organization proposal could be chosen and applied to Vertical Extended units by Local Government, Remodeling Association, or Constructor based on their potential residents' aspect, such as family size, life style, age, amount to income and etc. to fulfill their satisfaction. Furthermore, this study had great significance of the adequately reflecting demand on Small-Sized Household Units in Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment.

농촌체험농장 개발모형 연구 - 수청마을농장을 중심으로 - (A study of basic developmental model for experiential farm - Case study on the farm of Sucheong Village located in Gyeonggi Province -)

  • The agricultural tourism is something that urban people can have an experience of the traditional culture and knowledge of the agriculture, so that it result the improvement of the agricultural profit and keep the special agricultural system. Recently, the demand of the agricultural tourism was increasing, but it was not really enough today that the practice of the tourism for essential farm experience or physical plan. The experiments were practiced by a land in Sucheong-li, Namjong-myun, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do which provides the program for the basic plan and management of the experiential farm, so it shows a developmental model of that typical farm. The basic design of developmental model was formed by the analysis of the natural, civilized and visual environments. The site plan for the experiential farm was composed of a parking lot, public facilities, resting place, experiential site, sports facilities and pedestrian space. There was an examination that the activation of experiential farm should change the concept of the big production or labor-focused farm from a tourism-focused form.

초등학교(初等學校) 교사(校舍) 평면유형(平面類型) 및 면적(面積)의 현황(現況)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 평면도(平面圖)의 분석(分析)을 통해 - (A Study on the Status of Plan Type and Area at Elementary School Facilities - by Analyzing Architectural Plans -)

  • This paper presents results from analysis of architectural plan drawings of 355 elementary schools recently designed for 4 years. Theses plans are analyzed by factors such as local distribution, number of classes, type of plan, total construction area, area per a class, area per a student, and area status of each space. The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental resources for architectural designing and planning of elementary schools through finding trend and status of elementary school buildings that have no detailed data of area index. The results of this study are as follows: 1. As a result from analyzing number of classes in the surveyed schools, schools having 36 classes are dominant and schools having 72 classes are also shown. Average number of classes is 34.1. This result reflect s that elementary schools have been planned as large-scale schools. 2. In terms of type of plan, we found out that instead of disappearing traditional single corridor type building, the open school building that have multi-purpose spaces are mainly designed. In addition to that, there are few schools with large class rooms. 3. In the status of area of each school, they have much larger areas than areas provided by building guidelines. Secondly, there are some schools with two times area difference even though they have same class number. Therefore, it needs to adjust the school building guidelines to practical needs in the consideration of elementary school building for compulsory education. Though the plans of recently designed school for 4 year s are more differentiated than past, there are few schools planned by appropriate plan design and area distribution scheme. As a consequence, some improvements like improvement of building guidelines are desperate.

국가도서관의 전략적 계획 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Strategic Plans of National Libraries)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 국립중앙도서관의 발전계획과 서구 및 중국, 일본의 국가도서관의 전략적 계획을 비교하여 국립중앙도서관 발전계획의 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내외 국가도서관 발전계획과 전략적 계획을 수집하고 루브릭 평가를 시행하였다. 분석결과, 국립중앙도서관의 계획은 현황 분석 및 실무위주 계획으로 작성되고 사명 및 역할의 천명이 미흡한 반면, 외국 국가도서관의 계획은 사명과 비전을 명확하게 제시하고 그러한 틀에서 목적과 목표 및 세부계획을 수립하고 이를 대내외에 천명하여, 도서관의 장기적 발전을 견인하는 이정표로 기능하는 경향을 보였다. 이 연구는 결론으로 국립중앙도서관의 사명과 비전의 정립 및 천명, 사명 비전 목적 목표 실행계획의 연계, 지속적인 도서관마케팅 등을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 국립중앙도서관이 전략적 개념을 활용하여 발전계획을 수립하는 데 기여할 수 있다.

실과 가정생활 영역을 활용한 융합인재교육프로그램이 초등학생의 실과에 대한 태도와 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of STEAM Program Based on the 'Home Life' Area of the Practical Arts Education on Attitudes Toward Practical Arts and Learning Flow)

  • 이 연구는 초등학교 5,6학년을 대상으로 2007 개정 실과교육과정의 가정생활 영역을 활용한 STEAM 교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 2007 개정 실과교육과정의 7개 가정생활 영역 중 STEAM을 적용하기 적합한 주제를 하나씩 선정하여 총 10차시의 교사용 교수-학습 과정안과 학생용 학습지를 개발하였다. 대구광역시 소재의 A초등학교 5학년 한 학급 21명을 대상으로 프로그램을 적용한 후 실과에 대한 태도와 학습몰입의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 실과 가정생활 영역은 STEAM을 적용하기에 적절한 주제로 이루어져 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 7개 주제의 10차시 STEAM 교육프로그램이 개발되었다. 개발된 프로그램은 교사용 교수-학습 과정안과 학생용 학습지로 구성되어 있으며, 교사용 교수-학습 과정안에는 선택적으로 활용할 수 있는 다양한 STEAM 교육 요소를 제시하였다. 둘째, 개발한 실과 가정생활 영역을 활용한 STEAM 교육프로그램은 초등학생의 실과에 대한 태도를 향상시키는데 효과적이다. 셋째, 개발한 실과 가정생활 영역을 활용한 STEAM 교육프로그램은 초등학생의 학습몰입 수준을 향상시키는데 효과적이다.

역량중심 경혈학실습 교육을 위한 교수학습매뉴얼 개발 및 활용방안 (Development of Teaching and Learning Manual for Competency-Based Practice for Meridian & Acupuncture Points Class)

  • Objectives : In our previous study, we developed the prototype of a lesson plan for meridian and acupuncture clinical skills education by applying the rapid prototyping to instructional systems design. The present study aimed to develop a teaching-learning manual, including the lesson plans, practice notes, and instructions for devices. We also aimed to present a guideline on how to use the manual in class. Methods : The manual and materials for teachers and learners were developed based on the solutions and the prototype derived from our previous study. Practical classes on meridian and acupuncture points consist of four major subjects, and the lesson plan and practice note were designed according to each topic. Results : Flipped learning, George's five-step method, peer role-play, and peer-led objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) were applied as main methodologies in the meridian and acupuncture points practical class. The teaching-learning manual, including practice notes, detailed lesson plan, OSCE checklist, and instruction manual for devices, was developed to be utilized at each stage of the learning activity. Conclusions : The application of the teaching-learning manual is expected to provide effective clinical skills education, strengthen learners' communication skills, establish professional identity, assess learners' performance, and provide immediate feedback. The educational effect of the manual for the existing class should be identified, and its feasibility should be verified by implementing it on another group. This manual could be helpful in designing classes for other subjects of Korean medicine, especially for clinical skills education.

고교생의 모유영양 지식과 태도 및 모유수유 영양교육 요구 (A Study on Knowledges and Attitudes about Breast Milk Feeding and Needs for Breast Milk Feeding Education among High School Students)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the experiences of breast milk feeding information and education, breast milk feeding knowledge and attitude and needs for breast milk feeding nutrition education of high school students to encourage breast milk feeding. The subjects were 565 (male: 250, female: 315) high school students from first to third grade. The results obtained were as follows: In this survey, only 30.0% of subjects experienced breast milk feeding information and only 6.1% of subjects had breast milk feeding education. And the subjects showed the average scores of knowledge of breast milk feeding were 0.29 points of 1 point. Subjects knew well about ingredients of breast milk but they didn't know well about the physiology and method of breast milk feeding and benefits of breast milk feeding for mothers. The average scores of attitude of breast milk feeding were 3.03 points of 4 points, showed slight positive attitudes of breast milk feeding, but they had negative attitudes of emotional and practical aspects. The future plan of feeding practices was breast milk feeding 35.9% and 60.0% of formula milk feeding. A concern was that the students showed high ratio of formula milk feeding plan and they decided by incorrect knowledge of breast milk feeding. The 33.5% of students answered high school students will need breast milk feeding nutrition education, and they thought hospital faculties were the proper educators of breast milk feeding education, but dietitians were recomended as educators because of easy access at school and good knowledge of life-cycle nutrition. Therefore, to encourage breast milk feeding by mothers and supporters of breast milk feeding, breast milk feeding nutrition education is needed urgently among high school male and female students. And nutrition education programs will have to contain benefits of breast milk for babies and mothers and physiology and practical methods of breast milk feeding to improve emotional and practical attitudes for breast milk feeding. Nationwide campaign to promote breast milk feeding at public areas will be needed.
