포스트-코로나 시대에는 방역 조치의 중요성이 크게 강조되고 있으며, 이에 맞춰 딥러닝을 이용한 마스크 착용 상태 검출 및 다른 전염병 예방에 관련된 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 질병 확산 방지를 위한 문화시설 관람객 탐지 및 추적 연구도 마찬가지로 중요하므로 이에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사전 수집된 데이터 셋을 이용하여 컨볼루션 신경망 기반 객체 탐지 모델을 전이 학습시키고, 학습된 탐지 모델의 가중치를 다중 객체 추적 모델에 적용하여 방문객을 모니터링 한다. 방문객 탐지 모델은 Precision 96.3%, Recall 85.2% F1-Score 90.4%의 결과를 보여주었다. 추적 모델의 정량적 결과로 MOTA 65.6%, IDF1 68.3%. HOTA 57.2%의 결과를 보여주었으며, 본 논문의 모델과 다른 다중 객체 추적 모델 간의 정성적 비교에서 우수한 결과를 보여주었다. 본 논문의 연구는 포스트-코로나 시대의 문화시설 내 방역 시스템에 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

연구 목적 : 코로나 팬데믹 종식이 본격적으로 거론되는 시점에 이 논문은 팬데믹이 초래한 사회 변화를 집중적으로 살펴보고, 그것을 기초로 해서 향후 기독교교육의 방향을 가늠하고 제시하는 것을 목적으로 삼고 있다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 코로나 팬데믹을 거치면서 진행된 사회 전반의 급속한 변화를 다섯 가지 관점, 즉 세계화, 디지털, 불평등, 교육체제, 교회 변화를 중심으로 검토한다(II장). 계속해서 코로나 이전에는 전혀 예상할 수 없었던 사회 변화를 충분히 고려해서 팬데믹 이후 세계에 필요한 기독교 교육의 향후 방향을 결론적으로 제시하고자 한다(III장, IV장). 결론 및 제언 : 코로나 이후 세계를 위한 기독교교육은 교회의 교육적 사명을 성취하도록 현재 상황을 위기 극복의 계기로 활용해야 한다. 추후 기독교교육은 팬데믹 시대의 사회 변화(지역 중심 세계화, 디지털 전환, 경제 불평등, 교육환경 변화)에 관심을 갖고 성찰하면서 모바일 교회학교, 거점 교회학교, 안전한 교회학교, 생태 교회학교로의 혁신적 전환이 시급하다.

Concerns about a global economic recession are rising following the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Accordingly, government entities, which are committed to overcome two barriers to severe inflation and economic recession, are showing high interest in spending management so as not to undermine fiscal soundness. Since the health care sector especially accounts for a large proportion of fiscal expenditure, it should be managed in a manner that the expense is appropriately spent. The National Health Insurance System and Healthcare System have secured international competitiveness and reliability by effectively responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. Likewise, considerable efforts should be made to reorganize the welfare and healthcare systems so that they can be sustainable during the post-COVID-19 era and the recession.

본 연구는 코로나-19 이후로 미지의 질병과 맞닥뜨렸을 때의 소비 경향에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 요소를 데이터베이스화하여 다각적인 방면에서 분석하고 성향 측정방법을 제시하였다. 포스트 코로나 시대는 디지털 혁명이 일어난 후 경제활동에 참여하고 있는 사람들 중 그 누구도 피해갈 수 없는 흐름이다. 또한, 소비의 흐름에 있어서 모바일을 통한 배달이 주류가 될 것이라는 것은 누구든 손쉽게 알 수 있을 것이다. 후에 제2의 포스트 코로나 이후 방대하고 구체적인 데이터를 사용하여 똑같은 방법으로 재분석 한다면 기업의 입장에서 발 빠른 대응으로 경제 침체 속의 호황을 맞이할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

The COVID-19 pandemic has posed significant community challenges towards higher education around the world. The urgent and unexpected request for full-time university courses to switch over to online teaching was a particular challenge. Online learning and learning imply a certain pedagogical knowledge content (PKC), mainly related to the design and organization for better learning and the creation of unique learning environments using digital technologies. With the help of the present academic paper, we provide some expert opinion on the PKC connected with online learning with the aim of helping non-university professionals (that is, those with lack of online learning experience) navigate these challenging times. Our findings point to the planning of learning activities with certain features, a combination of three types of presence (social, cognitive and facilitative) and the need to adapt the assessment system to new learning requirements. We will conclude by contemplating on how responding to a crisis can improve teaching and learning practices in the post-digital era.

이 연구는 Post COVID-19 시대 유아교육의 새로운 형태로써 하이플렉스 수업 모형의 적용 가능성을 탐색해보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 연구 절차로는 1) 현재 국내 유아교육의 당면과제 및 국내 원격교육의 운영형태를 살펴본 후, 2) 하이플렉스 수업 모형의 개요와 특징, 해외 기관의 적용 사례, 특히 해외 유아교육기관에서 하이플렉스 모형을 적용한 사례를 검토해봄으로써 3) 국내 유아교육 현장에서 하이플렉스 수업 모형을 적용하고자 할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 온라인과 오프라인, 실시간과 비실시간을 혼합하여 사용하는 모형인 하이플렉스 수업 모형은 학습자의 선택권과 주도성, 활동성을 강조하는 모형으로 고등교육뿐만 아니라 유아교육에서도 활용 가능한 것으로 조사되었다. 국내 유아교육 현장에 하이플렉스 수업 모형을 적용하기 위해서는 첫째, 물리적 환경의 구성, 둘째, 보조교사, 기술지원자 등 보조인력의 활용, 셋째, 교수법 적용을 위한 주체별(교사, 교육기관, 유아 보호자) 교육 및 공동체 운영이 고려되어야 함을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 의의 및 향후 연구를 제시하였다.

Post-COVID-19 시대에 다가올 전염병의 위협에 대비하기 위해 인간, 동물, 환경의 건강이 하나라는 One-health 개념에 기반한 연구가 필수적이다. 현재 인간의 SARS-CoV-2의 높은 감염률과 바이러스 부하로 인해 종을 뛰어넘는 감염이 확인되고 있다. 대표적으로 사람에서 밍크로의 전파 가능성이 확인되었고, 밀접 접촉 중에 사람에서 고양이로 전파가 가능할 것으로 추정되고 있다. 현재까지의 자료를 통해 가축류, 가금류에서의 감염 가능성이 낮은 것으로 보여지나 새로운 변이로 인해 감염이 확립된다면 인간의 식량 안보, 경제, 무역 등 다양한 분야에 파급 효과가 클 것으로 예측된다. 또한 SARS-CoV-2의 풍토화 전망과 반려동물로의 접근성이 높다는 점 등이 우려되는 상황이다. 바이러스의 진화는 동물 숙주에서 발생할 가능성이 높고, 다른 종에서 SARS-CoV-2가 확립되면 인간 집단에 바이러스가 다시 출현할 수 있는 중간 숙주 역할을 할 수도 있기 때문이다. SARS-CoV-2의 동물 감염에 대한 연구 데이터를 지속적으로 축적하여 빠른 대응이 필요하다고 생각된다. 또한 동물 감염에 대한 연구는 SARS-CoV-2 백신 및 치료제 연구에 사용되는 동물 모델의 개발 등을 포함한 다방면에서 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SARS-CoV-2의 동물 감염에 대해 역학 검토 및 대응 전략을 One-health 관점에서 접근하여 분석하였다.

2019년 12월 중국 우한(武漢)으로부터 발생한 신종 코로나바이러스(COVID-19)는 전 세계적으로 급속하게 퍼지며 대학수학교육 환경을 대면 방식에서 비대면(Untact, 비접촉) 방식으로 전환시키고 있다. 이로 인해 대부분의 수학 연구자와 교수자들은 2020년 봄부터 인터넷을 활용한 온라인 화상 회의와 온라인 교육 등 새로운 방식을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 과정에서 발생한 난점과 이를 극복한 방법들을 소개하고, 비대면 환경에서 교육의 질을 보장하는 대학수학교육의 다양한 사례를 통하여 체득한 노하우(Know-How)를 공유하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 코로나 이후(After Corona, AC) 시대의 대학수학교육과 연구 환경의 변화 가능성에 대하여 논한다. 특히 갑작스런 전면 비대면 방식의 온라인 교육을 진행하면서 교육의 질을 보장하기 위하여 취한 다양한 테크놀로지 활용 및 학생과의 소통에 대하여 언급한다. 마지막으로 비대면 교육환경의 교수·학습에서 당면한 문제에 대한 해결책과 특히 학생의 학습 활동과 학습과정에 기반한 평가의 구체적인 안을 제시하고 언택트 교육의 사각지대에 대하여 논한다.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted how people work, resulting in a massive shift towards working from home or remotely. Work from home has played a critical role in reducing the transmission of COVID-19 by limiting in-person interactions and reducing the density of people in office buildings. It also enabled businesses and organizations to continue operating while keeping their employees safe and healthy. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of work from home in business and organizational sectors worldwide, and it is likely to continue as a preferred mode of work even after the pandemic is over. This shift towards working from home has not only impacted the way people work but also has significant implications for urban development, transportation, and the environment. This study intends to develop measures for addressing potential physical and mental health issues among remotely working employees. Additionally, it identifies the major influencing factors of home workers' health hazards and proposes improvement measures that can be applied to working from home, along with existing laws and prevention methods.

The study aims to understand the impact the consumption value changed by COVID-19 has on the purchasing behavior of industry foodservices dietitians and to provide baseline data in setting the marketing strategies for the food materials distribution companies in the future. The main survey was conducted for eight days from May 13th to 20th 2021 and 260 copies were collected and analyzed. Through the results of the study, the following conclusion elicited. First, consumption values that impact purchasing behaviors of industry foodservices dietitians are functional value and situational value. Second, for dietitians working at directly managed foodservice establishments, the higher the functional value of the food materials is, the higher the purchasing behavior. But such correlation was not found in the case of dietitians at consignment establishments. Third, compared to before and after COVID-19, the importance of functional value of food materials decreased, while the importance of situational value increased. Therefore, it is assumed that establishing marketing strategies differentiated by direct and consignment management will contribute to the energetic sales of the food material companies in the era of post COVID-19.
