The term 'fourth industrial revolution' was mentioned at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2016 and has become a term representing a new industrial era based on information and communication technology (ICT). In the environment of the 4th industrial revolution, ESG management activities are becoming a very important factor in business activities. With the emergence of a new paradigm of organizational operation in the post Covid19 era, the demands for ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) investment related to the environment, social responsibility are increasing. This study examines the role that can support ESG management by utilizing the expertise of appraisers. Real estate is one of the fields of high public interest, and since most ESGs have been conducted centered on the role of private companies, the role of the expert group or the role of public corporations and public institutions is relatively insufficient. If a company or general company engaged in the real estate investment business establishes the role of the Korea Appraisers Association to revitalize ESG management using appraisers, such as ESG appraisers, when investing in real estate, it is believed that it will be possible to promote efficient and sound development of the real estate industry. It was judged that a study on a group of experts was also necessary. In addition, even if the impact of Covid-19 is excluded, it is necessary to gradually introduce an appraisal using non-face-to-face or various advanced technologies (the 4th industry). This study differs from previous studies in that it focused on the role of ESG by the Korea Association of Property Appraisers while research on the role of ESG in public institutions or expert groups is being actively conducted in recent years.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for designing and implementing non-face-to-face online classes at the College of Engineering in the post-corona era by analyzing the instructors' evaluations and experiences of non-face-to-face online classes operated in the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the overall evaluation results of non-face-to-face online classes from instructors at the College of Engineering, 'instructional design' was the highest among the five areas including instructional design, learning management, learning support, learning evaluation, and instructional outcomes. In addition, the effectiveness of non-face-to-face online experimental or practical classes was found to be relatively low. The results of this study imply that the instructors need to consider several instructional strategies such as active interaction with learners, clear explanation, and the use of technology in non-face-to-face online engineering classes.

As a result of the global effect of infectious diseases like COVID-19, remote patient monitoring has become a vital need. Surgical ICU monitors are attached around the clock for patients in critical care. Most ICU monitor systems, on the other hand, lack an output port for transferring data to an auxiliary device for post-processing. Similarly, strapping a slew of wearables to a patient for remote monitoring creates a great deal of discomfort and limits the patient's mobility. Hence, an unique remote monitoring technique for the ICU monitor's physiologically vital readings has been presented, recognizing this need as a research gap. This mechanism has been put to the test in a variety of modes, yielding an overall accuracy of close to 90%.

Developing smart cities increasingly relies on metaverse technology. This has become much more apparent in the post-COVID-19 pandemic urban environment. The demand for fast processing of huge amounts of data and the convergence of various media types is essential for keeping city residents well-informed and safe. This paper builds on recent research on metaverse, smart cities, and digital outdoor advertising media. It proposes that "space culture media", which collectively functions by using physical or virtual spatial information, will play a key role in the smart city, functioning as an augmented city. Specifically, this paper deals with significant issues related to the smart city changes created by tecoration, a metaverse urban media space facilitated and enhanced through digital outdoor advertising.

In the educational environment of the post-COVID-19 era, metaverse learning, which can improve the disadvantages of online learning and improve learning outcomes, is attracting attention. Metaverse is expected to play an important role as a learning experience platform (LXP) that can provide immersion and experience for learners. In order to successfully introduce and utilize metaverse learning that utilizes the metaverse platform, teachers' knowledge of metaverse-related technologies and pedagogical convergence is important. So far, teacher knowledge for educational use of the metaverse has not been explored. In this regard, this study explored the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical And Content Knowledge) framework as a teacher's knowledge system for metaverse learning. Based on this, this study designed the class contents of metaverse learning. The results of this study are expected to diffuse the importance of TPACK required for metaverse learning and contribute to the development of teachers' competence.

코로나와 같은 전파력이 높은 감염병의 확산을 감소하기 위해서는 광역적으로는 방역 및 위생 수칙에 대한 정보 제공이 요구되며, 개개인별로는 접촉 등 전파 위험에 노출된 상황이나 장소 등에 대한 신속한 정보가 필요하다. 이러한 기능을 부합하는 재난경보 매체로는 개인이 보유한 휴대폰 단말을 통해 재난정보를 제공하는 긴급재난문자 서비스를 들 수 있다. 브로드캐스팅 방식을 통해 필요한 지역 및 시간에 일괄적으로 정보를 제공할 수 있다는 장점이 있으며, 이에 코로나 대응을 위해 국내를 비롯한 각국에서의 활용이 증가하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 코로나 시대에 따른 여러 나라의 긴급재난문자 활용에 대해 분석하고 앞으로의 긴급재난문자의 활용방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

코로나 바이러스가 2019년 12월 처음 중국 우한에서 발생한 뒤 우리나라를 포함한 전 세계로 확산되어 있다. 각 나라에서는 사전차단을 위한 방역과 격리 등 바이러스의 확산을 막기 위하여 온 힘을 다하고 있으며, 우리나라 역시 국가 차원에서 대응정책을 펼치고 있다. 이에 코로나 바이러스를 대비한 정부의 대응정책과 긴급재난문자를 이용한 상황지원 현황, 그리고 포스트 코로나 시대의 긴급재난문자 발전방향에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

The main purpose of the research was to review the global trends of airport's smart security technologies. Moreover, using the case studies of airport using smart security, this paper tried to propose the implication how the findings through the case studies may be important for airport policy and will impact the future research of airport operation. It is expected in the future the aviation security technology with biometric information evolves from single identification to multiple identification technology which has combined application of iris, vein and others. Facing post COVID-19 era, the number of passengers traveling through airports continues increase dramatically and the risks as well, the role of AI becomes even more crucial. With AI based automated security robotics airport operators could effectively handle the growing passenger and cargo volume and address the associated issues Smart CCTV analysis with A.I. and IoT applying solutions could also provide significant support for airport security.

With the start of COVID-19 in 2020, the MBTI test became popular among Korean young generation and then developed into a nationwide hot topic. This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of the MBTI popularity in Korea and the public opinions toward this phenomenon. With the analysis of the reports contents, 231 news reports related to MBTI were selected from KINDS (Korea Integrated News Database System) as research samples. The general attitude of the media towards MBTI tests and the reasons for the formation of positive and negative evaluations will be discussed from three perspectives: media attention, media attitudes and cognitive sources. The research finds that the increasing interest in MBTI among the younger generation in Korea is driven by a post-epidemic desire for self-exploration, emotional planning, and online group affiliation. MBTI has gained quasi-scientific status, similar to horoscopes, influenced by celebrities and a substantial fan base in online communication. While widely used for entertainment and social currency, there are concerns that extensive labeling may unconsciously impact individuals' self-perception and hinder the development of a holistic and objective cognitive framework.
