Demand for manpower of conducting pharmaco-economic evaluation was investigated. The priority order of conducting economic evaluation on the already listed drugs was set by the budget impact for health insurance by the therapeutic groups. Manpower demand was estimated by the Anatomical, Therapeutical, Chemical (ATC) code. The total number of economic evaluation on the already listed drugs is estimated to be 346 cases. Based on these numbers, at least 53${\sim}$102 of full-time-equivalent (FTE) manpower is needed for conducting economic evaluation per year in the following 5 years.

This paper proposes an SWAD-KNH(Sybil & Wormhole Attack Detection using Key, Neighbor list and Hop count) technique which consists of an SWAD(Sybil & Wormhole Attack Detection) module detecting an Worm attack and a KGDC(Key Generation and Distribution based on Cluster) module generating and an sense node key and a Group key by the cluster and distributing them. The KGDC module generates a group key and an sense node key by using an ECDH algorithm, a hash function, and a key-chain technique and distributes them safely. An SWAD module strengthens the detection of an Sybil attack by accomplishing 2-step key acknowledgement procedure and detects a Wormhole attack by using the number of the common neighbor nodes and hop counts of an source and destination node. As the result of the SWAD-KNH technique shows an Sybil attack detection rate is 91.2% and its average FPR 3.82%, a Wormhole attack detection rate is 90%, and its average FPR 4.64%, Sybil and wormhole attack detection rate and its reliability are improved.

We have developed a composition containing three kinds of plant extracts (Deris, Citronella, and Cinnamon) and supplements (xanthan gum and silicone-based compounds) having high control effects on Metcalfa pruinosa. This composition had more than 90% of the nymph bug control effect in the ginseng plantation. In addition, since the insecticidal rate is high for other absorptive pests, it is considered that it can be used as a countermeasure against the implementation of the PLS (positive list system).

Because HTTP-related ports are allowed through firewalls, they are an obvious point for launching cyber attacks. In particular, malware uses HTTP protocols to communicate with their master servers. We call this an HTTP-based command and control (C&C) server. Most previous studies concentrated on the behavioral pattern of C&Cs. However, these approaches need a well-defined white list to reduce the false positive rate because there are many benign applications, such as automatic update checks and web refreshes, that have a periodic access pattern. In this paper, we focus on finding new discriminative features of HTTP-based C&Cs by analyzing HTTP activity sets. First, a C&C shows a few connections at a time (low density). Second, the content of a request or a response is changed frequently among consecutive C&Cs (high content variability). Based on these two features, we propose a novel C&C analysis mechanism that detects the HTTP-based C&C. The HAS-Analyzer can classify the HTTP-based C&C with an accuracy of more than 96% and a false positive rate of 1.3% without using any white list.

The fusion of virtual and reality and the revolution of gamification are beginning in human culture. As the quaternary industrial revolution enters the era, major developments of convergence main content games are expected as human-made play products. Now that we need a diverse game IP, we need a methodology that makes it easy to approach game scenario creation. The creation of the game scenario has a very large difference due to interactivity with the general video scenario. Therefore, without interactive knowledge, it is difficult to challenge game scenario creation. In this paper, 'Game Scenario Creation List' was created in order to lower the barriers to entering game scenario creation. I hope that this paper will be even a little positive for the development of game contents.

This study is to find out primary factors through the punch list in the large scale apartment housing complex, to prevent repeatedly occurring defects of construction and to gain quality management. The following are the findings of the research. (1) The positive strengthening of supervision for the workers can contribute to prevent defects of apartment construction and make better quality of the construction. (2) A solution should be made for the poor of surface join and the damage of work element showing a lot in the apart construction, which prevent defects and improve construction quality. (3) Indirect factors such as negligence and carelessness of the management should be improved to advance construction quality, and the caution and control strengthening of the management should be followed. It is revealed that hitch, omission, and heedlessness come from the defects, and the shortage of skill and checking appear as indirect factors. Therefore, to get quality improvement, the enhancement of the management factors, employment of excellent workers, and enhancement of working attitude and construction management are needed.

Under the "Positive List System (PLS)," a uniform limit of 0.01 mg/kg is applied if the agricultural product does not have a Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) for a pesticide. The purpose of this research is to conduct residual pesticide monitoring on tropical fruits distributed in Gyeonggi-do to investigate the effects of PLS and provide basic materials for establishing MRLs of residual pesticides for tropical fruits produced in Korea. By inspecting 120 tropical fruits distributed in Gyeonggi-do according to Multi-class pesticide multi-residue methods, we detected sevenfruits from threekinds of banana, mangoes, and kiwis with six different residual pesticides. Azoxystrobin and chlorpyrifos were detected from bananas, chlorfenapyr from mangoes, and chlorothalonil, iprodione, and procymidone from kiwis. A single case of chlorfenapyr and chlorothalonil was found with a mango and a kiwi produced in Korea, respectively, and by applying PLS we found that they exceeded the MRL of residual pesticide. Thus, it is necessary to set the MRL of residual pesticides for tropical fruits produced in Korea.

Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the dose-dependent effects of Gastrodia elata Blume for memory improvement. Methods: This study was a 12-weeks, double blind, and comparative clinical study. Those who were eligible worked with a group of healthy seniors, all 60 years of age or older. 22 subjects were randomized either to Gastrodia elata Blume powder form that was steeped in hot water or placebo. We measured the faculty of memory by using MMSE-K, Digit Span, Letter Fluency Test, Word List Memory Test, and Trail Making Test, and again after 12 weeks. Results: 1) Neither Gastrodia elata Blume groups nor control have a difference in MMSE-K, Digit Span, Letter Fluency Test, and Trail Making Test. 2) Gastrodia elata Blume group showed significant advances in immediate recall 1 and 2 of Word List Memory Test, and 3 g group show better results than the 4 g group. 3) 4 g Gastrodia elata Blume group showed significant advances in the recognition of Word List Memory Test. Conclusions: The results suggest that positive effects on memory improvement due to Gastrodia elata Blume depend on the amount.

In this investigation, the following study was carried out for an experimental proposal of the knit item lists which were not actualized due to lack of studies. First of all, we have put the knit item titles that have been used through the document investigation, into the lists in order to clarify the original item list. Furthermore, we have pointed out the problems and the areas to be developed in the original item lists, and proposed twenty new knit item lists. By defining the design traits of each item, we have established item list which could be classified more systematically. As a result, the knit item titles of twenty newly proposed item titles are knit pull over, knit pull over top, knit top, knit t shirt, knit shirt, knit polo shirt, knit blouse, knit vest, knit hood, knit jumper, knit jacket, knit coat, knit cardigan, knit ensemble, knit cape, knit shawl, knit bikini, knit one-piece, knit pants, and knit skirt. Secondly, in order to investigate the possibility of practical use of twenty knit item lists proposed by this study, we have applied anova with repeated measurement for foreign fashion collection knit item trends of the past 10 years based on the proposed item lists. As a result, four items classified as top, shirt, cardigan, and pants had similar changes in the trend for last 10 years in S/S season while eleven items classified as pull over, pull over top, blouse, vest, jacket, coat, cardigan, ensemble, cape, shawl, and one-piece had similar trend changes for F/W season. The first significance of this study is on the experimental proposal of knit item list which could be used in the actual clothing industry and academic field. Furthermore, by defining the design traits of each knit item, it sublated the confusions brought by vocabularies in design of knit products and distribution in the industry perspective, and it made it possible to categorize the knit items correctly in knit design analysis and knit design education in academic field. The second significance shows that this study brought about positive results in the possibility of industrial academic practical use of proposed list by indicating that most of the knit designs appeared in the foreign collections in the past ten years could be correctly classified through investigational analysis.
